Hotel Mountain view di Kunming

Our stay in the hotel was great from start to finish. Overall, the hotel is very pretty, clean, and spacious. On top of that, the service is of upmost quality. We have been treated very carefully by the entire team, be it at the breakfast, the reception or the general butler service. Despite the hotel being a bit far away from the city center, our stay was very pleasant. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone who seeks a peaceful and recharging experience.

I loved my time at Healingmind Hotel (忽岚间)! Very special place that I would highly recommend to everyone looking for a unique and wellness-focused retreat, while still having time to explore the wonderful city of Kunming. Will be telling all my friends about this! Details: Experiences: stay includes three free experiences a day - morning yoga, afternoon sound bath meditation, evening aromatherapy. Had to rearrange my schedule a little to fit these in but I highly highly recommend going for them, the teachers were lovely and welcoming, and you might even end up with a ”private lesson” if you're the only person for that session! Especially recommend the morning yoga, the teacher was so kind and willing to customise the session to fit my experience level, and it was an amazing way to start the day and end my trip :) Service: excellent, staff were young and enthusiastic and always willing to advise or lend a helping hand. Amenities: included breakfast was excellent, decent range and variety - the rice noodles were great! The room was spacious, clean, and airy with good views, and I loved the little touches like the aroma diffuser and teapot set. The teahouse and pool were especially unique touches! Location: easy to get around by car, drivers had no problem picking me up. There's a lovely park right opposite that runs along Dianchi Lake (滇池) towards the bay (海埂大坝) and from there you can take the cable car to Xishan (西山景区). About 20 minutes by car to Kunming Train Station (昆明站) and 40 minutes by car to Kunming Airport (昆明长水机场).

The hotel is located nearby the airport, which is convenient for a night before your flight next day. The room was comfortable enough for the price per night, but it was not well-cleaned. There were dirty spots in the sofa and the walls, and lots of hair remaining from previous guests (see photos). The breakfast was small in variety but decent in flavour. The worst was the transportation to the airport: the drivers instead of putting the luggage in trunk, they put in in the hallway of the bus between the passengers. I was shocked at how unsafe that was. The transportation services should learn about safety, and the cleaners must do a better job cleaning.

My short stay at this hotel was amazing. It is onveniently located near The Green Lake Park (翠湖公园）, a great place to have a relaxing morning walk surrounded by scenic views and local vibes. The service the staff provided were top notched throughout my stay, friendly and attentive. They have a robot to send your delivery right to your room. The room was also clean and well-maintained, which made the overall experience even comfortable. I would definitely come back to stay here if I am back in Kunming. Thank you for having me!

We had a comfortable stay at Atour with no complaints at all. The staff were genuinely helpful throughout, always happy to assist and quick to sort out anything we needed. They were really nice too, and even gave us rose biscuits on check-out, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was decent, a nice enough start to the day. One fun little extra was the robot that brings your ******* food deliveries up to your room. The laundry service was also great to have. If there’s a wait for the machine, you can just leave your things with a card filled out with your details, and housekeeping will help get it through for you. Once everything’s dry, they bag it all up and leave it ready for you to collect or you can request it to be sent to your room. So convenient and really took the hassle out of it. A comfortable, well-run stay that we’d happily recommend.

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. We had a great one-night stay. The room was clean and spacious, located in a quiet gated community. We arrived around noon and were warmly welcomed by the owner. At the gate, we showed our booking details to security, then walked a short distance to the unit with our luggage. We enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by the in-house chef, and the owner also made us excellent, good quality coffee. The house is very close to Dianchi Lake, just a few steps from the gate. We were able to walk around the lake and even took a cableway across to the Western Hills (Must do). The lake area was also lovely for a nighttime walk. Overall, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We wish we had stayed longer. The owner and staff were very friendly and made our stay even more pleasant.😊

The hotel was very inexpensive compared to the size of the room. It's great for the passengers who had to get the early flight .The hotel provided the airport transfer, which was very convenient. It was a little bit difficult to reach the hotel by yourself.

We feel very happy to stay in this hotel, because the location is convenient and close to the metro with plenty of restaurants and shops. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and the shower facility was excellent with temperature control. They even upgraded a room with a bath tub for us. The breakfast served was good with coffee, soya milk, tea, noodles soups, bread etc etc.
