Hotel Mountain view di Kunming

Our stay in the hotel was great from start to finish. Overall, the hotel is very pretty, clean, and spacious. On top of that, the service is of upmost quality. We have been treated very carefully by the entire team, be it at the breakfast, the reception or the general butler service. Despite the hotel being a bit far away from the city center, our stay was very pleasant. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone who seeks a peaceful and recharging experience.

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Taman Yu dan Taman Daguan, hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki jauhnya. Saya tertarik dengan terapi mangkuk nyanyian sebelum saya pergi! Dan ia benar-benar menakjubkan! Sesi yoga pagi benar-benar memberi tenaga kepada seluruh badan saya, membuatkan saya berasa penuh tenaga sepanjang hari. Terapi mangkuk nyanyian tengah hari sangat menenangkan, dan saya tidur dengan sangat selesa. Sesi relaksasi yang mendalam pada waktu petang juga sangat menenangkan, dan saya tidur nyenyak sepanjang malam selepas itu! Sepanjang penginapan saya, Shi'an dan Songhe memberikan kami perkhidmatan yang sangat baik dan penuh perhatian! 🎊🎉 Kemudahan: Kemudahan hotel adalah lengkap dan baru. Minyak pati di dalam bilik digabungkan dengan pelembap sangat menenangkan, dan minyak pati berbau harum. Kebersihan: Hotel ini baru dibuka tahun ini, dan kebersihan keseluruhannya sangat baik. For an overnight stay to be in close proximity to the airport, this hotel was perfect! I really liked our family room. It was very clean, new and modern. We had a nice view from our room. Complimentary airport transfer was easily arranged at 5am with takeaway breakfast prepared for us. There is no drive-thru for us to alight with our luggages. Our driver had to drive to the basement carpark which was dark and extremely confusing. Then we had to go through a narrow passage to find the hotel lift. Which was challenging with 2 toddlers (5 and 2 years old) and 4 large luggages and stroller. Hotel staff also doesn’t help with the luggage- this can be improved. This was the most challenging part for us.

This is our second day at Liride Red Hotel. In 2024, we stayed at the Guestroom City-View (bathroom). We gave a full score review at that time.. This time, we are a little disappointed with the room temperature control in 1805, a deluxe queen room. It is a nightmare, either too warm or too cold. We don’t have this problem in any other hotels we stayed in Yunnan. The controls is blocked by a bedside lamp, see photo. All things else, the hotel services were good and breakfast is well balanced with Western options.

We had a comfortable stay at Atour with no complaints at all. The staff were genuinely helpful throughout, always happy to assist and quick to sort out anything we needed. They were really nice too, and even gave us rose biscuits on check-out, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was decent, a nice enough start to the day. One fun little extra was the robot that brings your ******* food deliveries up to your room. The laundry service was also great to have. If there’s a wait for the machine, you can just leave your things with a card filled out with your details, and housekeeping will help get it through for you. Once everything’s dry, they bag it all up and leave it ready for you to collect or you can request it to be sent to your room. So convenient and really took the hassle out of it. A comfortable, well-run stay that we’d happily recommend.

連住三晚，整體體驗非常滿意，也是這次雲南之行印象最深的一家酒店。獨立庭院和私湯很有度假感，環境安靜，非常適合放鬆休息。早餐品質很高，除了常規餐食，還有現煎牛排、鮮蝦等現做菜品，每天都有期待。 服務更是加分項。早餐由管家開車送到山頂餐廳，入住期間有任何需求都能及時響應，整個過程都讓人感覺很舒服，沒有過度打擾，但需要幫助時總能第一時間解決。離店時還貼心送了一份茶葉作為伴手禮，很有儀式感。 如果是想找一家真正適合度假、放鬆身心的酒店，我認為非常值得體驗，以後有機會還會再來。

We are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.) Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

Everything was clean and the service was impeccable where it is located is in the middle of nowhere yet 5-10 mins drive from the main airport which was good. Only stayed for a day and the owner was more than accommodating also they offered me food which was very pleasant

The room is pretty decent and big. There's just a bit of noise as the room I got is next to a room being renovated, but it is only during the daytime. The best thing for me aside from the beautiful view, big room, and big bed is the smart toilet (I specifically check for places with bidet for my stays, and this place got a high-tech one). The hotel and cold water are also great. I appreciate that the toilet, sink, and shower are separate. The staff are all kind and helpful. I got an issue with my DiDi account and need to book one for my scheduled tour, and the staff on duty gladly helped me book one paying for it and said I could just settle the payment later, and even escorted me to the DiDi and let the driver know I don't speak the language and to get me safely to the location. The other staff also helped me with my WeChat, which helped a lot during my whole stay in China. The only con that I can say (if you are specific with location) is that it is not that close with the usual tourist spots like the Kunming Old Street, but it is close to the South Railway station (Kunmingnan). This is not a big con for me as I actually enjoyed the nearby malls and alleys. This is one of the good stuff here as well. It is on top of a mall, and just across the place is also a place to go shopping (for clothes, food, restaurants). There's a big supermarket/department store in the next door mall too. It also gets lively at night. Overall, personally, I find this a great place to stay in Kunming.

The location of Ruibo was so convenient to get to our early morning train at Kunmingnan Station in under 10 minutes. It is also situated right across from a lovely suburban lake with a beautiful path around it. Our family so enjoyed walking around this lake in the afternoon. The air was fresh, there were not so many people that you might encounter in Downtown Kunming, and my daughter found so many dandelions to blow! There are also many lovely and fairly priced restaurants down below the hotel to choose from offering a variety of Yunnan fare. Check in was flawless, and the check in agent was so kind and calm in the lobby. Now let's get to the room!!!! It had a stunning view of the lake, the train stAtion, trains and surrounding mountains. Everything in this brand new room is so well designed. There many nooks and crannies with well situated seats and cupboards. Space is so well thought out. My daughter's favourite seat was the couch incorporated into the windowsill. She could sit there and draw while looking out the window. The loft was awesome for our larger group of 4 people. The upstairs loft has its own bathroom and shower and sink!!! This was so appreciated after weeks of waiting our turns for the single toilet and shower that we found with other loft hotels! Best of all...both bathrooms had smart toilets!!! This was the first of 6 rooms we have stayed in around Yunnan to feature smart toilets. The price of this room was such value for the amenities and facilities we got! I would definitely stay here again, especially if arriving or departing on the southern trains!
