Hotel Kyoto dengan Spa

Hotel is gorgeous but located quite a walking distance from the train/bus station. Staff were very hospitable, tentative and helpful with directions. Theres limited washer/ dryers so it might be a challenge to get washing done.

Hotel was super nice! I loved almost everything. The room was very big for Japanese standards and the staff was very professional and fluent in English. Location couldn’t be better, right next to Kyoto Station and a lot of options for shopping and dining. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. They divide it in a western and japanese breakfast. But the western breakfast didn’t really have much western choices. And the coffee was not good. This could be improved. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and I would recommend it. :-)

京都之旅最正確的選擇就是入住了一直心心念唸的安縵京都，安縵酒店隱匿在靜謐的森林之中，綠茵環繞，禪意清幽。這次入住楢房，房間很新，一層的大落地窗採光非常好，陽光洋洋灑灑的透過窗照進房間感覺匆忙的旅行一下就慢下來了。最難忘的是入住期間每一位工作人員的笑臉和熱情周到的服務！這次提前預約了兩天的晚餐和下午茶，都在the living pavilion，餐廳所有工作人員服務都是特別有禮貌，服務無可挑剔，菜品都非常精緻美味，下次來要品嚐鷹庵，非常棒的入住體驗，下次秋天來！

我來自江蘇揚州。雖然揚州就是園林城市，江浙一帶也有很多這樣的風格的避世酒店，但星野集團的虹夕諾雅肯定是值得一住的。整體衛生很不錯，設施保養的很好，沒有霉味。就是所有窗戶可以再擦乾淨一些。 這次是傍晚入住，打車的時候看到了嵐山的晚霞，是增值項。接待人員非常禮貌、熱情，晚上接待女生開小車送我們到酒店門口，這段路開的太有水準了，幾乎貼着山在走，有種探險的感覺。退房的時候感受了星野的船。 順便推薦一下染坊祐齋亭就在斜對麪，喜歡景的，值得一看。

Optimal location, friendly service, superb view for mountain side rooms, especially corner rooms. I would recommend Okura to all my friends who visit Kyoto.

hotel was overbooked, has to transfer to another hotel for first night. not really happy at that night as feel tired after a long day but satisfy with the arrangement of a better hotel.

Public onsen rooms were great, and even the private ones, while small, had their own unique charm. Although a timer on their usage would be good as well, so people don't have to wait too long. The ryokan itself has a pleasantly old-fashoned style, and the design and furniture of the rooms reflect that - but in some cases, a bit of renovation here and there would be welcome. Our room also didn't have any curtains, only an old-fashioned paper sliding one. Which meant the room was bright as midday from 6am. Maybe too old-school for our tastes! We booked a room with dinner and breakfast included, both in kaiseki style. Really nice presentation, but the taste itself was nothing special. As well, the hotel was very busy and the staff kept reminding us we have a set amount to time before we need to finish our meals - definitely not a relaxing atmosphere, where you could enjoy each bite. But they did offer a late-night ramen, great for people finishing up in the onsen.

Only first time trying this hotel. Surprisingly got free upgrade to their best suite for our silver wedding anniversary! All hotel staff we’ve come across are very cheerful & helpful and made us feel so warm at our stay. Room service is also of very high quality at reasonable price range 🥰

big love with this hotel, very near to the train station, shopping mall and restaurants. got several washing machines and there was a qr code scan to check which one available, very efficiency. the Spa was my favourite, the pool is big, not crowded, I took the spa every night and enjoyed it so much.

Hotel was convenient, room was decent size too. If you are not comfortable with wearing their room slippers (they use a common slipper as there is a public bath), then I would suggest for you to bring your own slippers.
