Nice area, but there are 3 buildings and only the main one has a clear lake view. I was in one of the other buildings and although it had a balcony that faced the lake, there were parking lots in between. The price was only 104 with tax for a king bed and balcony, though, so i can't complain there. The room was average or below, with scuffed looking and mismatched furniture and very thin towels. Cleanliness was ok, but could have been better. Breakfast was also ok, but not great. I would stay again but would want to stay in main bldg overlooking lake.

Clean, quiet with excellent staff. Great location near historic Mount Dora, Florida. Smaller hotel, just three floors, but has a pool and exercise room. Beds were somewhat firm. Comfortable. Elevator was very smooth and quiet. No restaurant immediately nearby. Smaller breakfast area with less options than other hotels. No store in hotel to buy basic items. Just vending machines. Also, breakfast was 6AM to 10AM but by 9:30 many items were gone. Room itself was clean although somewhat small. Microwave, fridge, coffee pot ironing board. Two Wifi options, free for basic surfing and email, pay for super fast, about $5 a day. The free worked fine for us. The odd thing was the sliding door that covered the bathroom and the closet. If closing the bathroom the closet was open, and vice versa. Probably due to lack of space in the room. The staff though, were awesome! Kristina actually found me some Tums she had in the office when I needed them. The front desk staff were great. While nothing really special, a quiet and clean hotel. Will stay there again.

From the moment we walked into this hotel we were very impressed. The front desk person was excellent. Her name is Giselle. She was extremely professional, courteous, friendly, paíd attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication.She went above and beyond the scope of her job by making sure we have everything we need. The young lady that worked in the complimentary breakfast area was excellent, she was really on top of keeping that area extremely clean. She also was very attentive to refill anything that was getting low.She has a very humble demeanor. She really cared about doing the very best she can at her position, She was very friendly and smiled a lot.This is something you do not see a lot these days.Her name is Maria. Please please please consider staying at this hotel, you will be extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the room , the kindness of the staff.

From the front desk staff to the employees in the kitchen, each employee was genuinely hospitable! Our room was clean, beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of towels already in the room and nice quality toiletries. Air conditioning worked great and the mini fridge worked great and even had a operating freezer area! The complimentary breakfast was superb with a variety of options for everyone in the family! Coffee, tea & hot chocolate station, which is open all day, was visited often by my husband and kids. The location is conveniently located minutes away from cute downtown/historical area of Clermont, many sport complexes and very easy to jump onto the interstate. Our family will be back for sure!

The room was perfect and clean.i was visiting my 9 year old daughter and she loved the room as well.the only thing I say is the 100$ deposit just incase damages is a bit extensive.if you are on a tight budget I would look else where first that doesn't require so much of a deposit incase of damages.overall I enjoyed my stay with my daughter there and look forward in the future to stay there again when I'm visiting my daughter

We booked a room at the last minute for a one-night stay. This was one of two hotels offering a hot breakfast. The service was exceptional by all staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast is just enough to get you on the road without making another stop for food, get there early for best selection. The restaurant just in front of the hotel is perfect for a quick meal and drink for dinner, park at the hotel and walk over.

The motel registrar took care of it all for me. She was friendly, patient and helpful beyond belief. The room was recently renovated. Very clean , tasteful and comfortable. This is a great place to stay. I will happily return here on my next stay in the area.

Clean, quiet with excellent staff. Great location near historic Mount Dora, Florida. Smaller hotel, just three floors, but has a pool and exercise room. Beds were somewhat firm. Comfortable. Elevator was very smooth and quiet. No restaurant immediately nearby. Smaller breakfast area with less options than other hotels. No store in hotel to buy basic items. Just vending machines. Also, breakfast was 6AM to 10AM but by 9:30 many items were gone. Room itself was clean although somewhat small. Microwave, fridge, coffee pot ironing board. Two Wifi options, free for basic surfing and email, pay for super fast, about $5 a day. The free worked fine for us. The odd thing was the sliding door that covered the bathroom and the closet. If closing the bathroom the closet was open, and vice versa. Probably due to lack of space in the room. The staff though, were awesome! Kristina actually found me some Tums she had in the office when I needed them. The front desk staff were great. While nothing really special, a quiet and clean hotel. Will stay there again.

The hotel was in a good location that met our needs. The breakfast served was good and staffed. The room was clean but smelled musty. Refrigerator did not work. Bathroom finishes were sloppy, caulking. Room was quiet.

I would like to update my review for the Westin Lake Mary, which previously had been satisfactory. It is no longer satisfactory. The Westin has joined the growing list of hotels which find it acceptable to dispense with the Housekeeping staff. I’m not clear whether this policy exists only on weekends, but it is appalling nonetheless. For some bizarre reason, the Westin told us when we checked in for the weekend that the room wouldn’t be cleaned until we checked out…..seriously?! Thank you Westin for blaming it on the pandemic….aren’t there enough things being blamed on the pandemic? Do we really need to invent more? We begged and begged the front desk, but to no avail. I even told them that they’d get a poor review because of this. They didn’t care. Apparently, the housekeeping staff has been drastically reduced. Why? Who knows? One would think that during a pandemic, there would be extra employees on staff in order to help keep things sanitized. Mind you, our nightly room rate was not at all reduced for this lack of essential service. Nor did it matter that I have been a Marriott/Westin Rewards member for at least the past 30 years. To be clear, our nightly rate was close to $200 per night….equal to or even exceeding what it was before they stopped providing essential cleaning services. Am I the only one who doesn’t to pay $200 per night, only to live with empty pizza boxes and wet towels on the floor inside and outside the rooms? This hotel was basically average before this so-called no-cleaning policy was established. Now it has plummeted to poor.

A very nice and friendly hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, as was the rest of the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. David always had a big smile and a cheerful attitude. There are many food options within a short drive. Overall a great place, would recommend.

Staying here was a great pleasure. The registrar was wonderful! I made a mistake in booking my room through a third-party. Dealing with the third-party to clear up my mistake was a nightmare! The motel registrar took care of it all for me. She was friendly, patient and helpful beyond belief. The room was recently renovated. Very clean , tasteful and comfortable. This is a great place to stay. I will happily return here on my next stay in the area.

Absolutely fantastic, Clean, awesome staff, great location, plenty of parking, great breakfast, on-site convenient store,most of all comfortable BED. Our room was King, had a comfortable sofa, fridge and the hand soap was a pump not a bar now all Hotels should be doing this. Great coffee & comfortable bed its a winner.

There is a massive $30 per day ( including the day you leave??) Resort Fee that is not worth it at all. In addition, when I was booking my hotel at first, and called them to question what the additional fee was, they said it was a deposit. It wasn't! When we called them after, they were rude and hung up on us. The booking site did their best to refund me as well, since the prices mismatched. The fee is not worth it though, there is nothing resort like if you're staying at the Express Inn. They are your typical motel, but worse as: - They continuously call and bother and trick you about going to a scam of a timeshare. Even when I had expressed no several times, they woke me up with a call. - Offer no services that warrant it ( my room never got cleaned? ) - They wouldn't even hold your luggage at the front desk. - You couldn't close the curtains ? - Half the plugs are straight up BROKEN! - No snack vending machines, because they want you to order their overpriced food. - Small TV / No Safe / Terrible free Wifi / 'Aracde' is 3 prize-grab type games with very outdated prizes / Gym was 2 machines in a very tight small room The clubhouse is nothing special, it is a pool with attached overpriced bar, and cafe I guess? It is a very large walk away from where the Express hotels are, that it shouldn't really count. I do not recommend it if you're disabled like me, and hoped to not drive on a holiday away. Not that it's worth even going there, it doesn't offer much else. There are the daily events, but you'll probably find nothing interesting to do, or have to pay even more. Some good: +The rooms were very spacious, and had connected rooms? +They have free mini-golf, the course is lame and boring, but could be fine +Breakfast was missing waffles, but was decent and even had sausage croissant sandwiches, which is rare for free breakfasts to offer any sort of meat. + Incredibly close to other stores + They do have a lake where you can rent vehicles, so you can't swim in it. + Well maintained grounds & lovely wildlife Overall though, spend the extra 30 a day you'd pay in resort fees and get somewhere good, or somewhere reliable. It completely ruined the last few days of my holiday.

Kami tiba tepat pada pukul 3 petang dan telah mendaftar masuk serta-merta. Kami bangun ke bilik kami dan mula menetap, apabila kami menyedari bahawa unit AC kami tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Pekerja penyelenggaraan berkata dia akan segera bangun, bagaimanapun, kami memberitahunya untuk menyelesaikan apa yang dia sedang kerjakan pada masa itu. Dia sampai ke bilik kami dalam masa 10 minit. Dia mencuba beberapa perkara berbeza dengan unit AC tetapi tidak berjaya. Dia membawa suami saya ke meja depan untuk memberitahu mereka bahawa kami perlu dipindahkan.
