With a little work, this could be a really special hotel and it looks like they are trying to make it that way by remodeling. I wasn't impressed with the parking lot as there were a very limited amount of handicapped parking spaces. The lobby had a lot of remodeling going on and the bar and restaurant was closed. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy access off I-77 and close to Akron-Canton Airport.

Very clean hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location with lots of stores & restaurants nearby. The front desk attendant was so sweet and helpful. The room was beautiful and cozy. Staff is helpful, courteous and professional. I would stay here again.

I was nervous staying at a Best Western, but we needed to save some $. It exceeded my expectations. The workers are very kind and helpful, especially at breakfast! The breakfast has tons of choices - one of the better free hotel breakfasts I've had. Most of all, the hotel looks and smells CLEAN! Even the baseboards in the stairwell are clean. Over and above what I expected. We used the gym, which was good enough for a workout out of town. The room (king with a small divider, sofa, and kitchenette) was perfect for my teenage son and myself. Save a good amount of money and stay here!
