PPengguna TetamuI enjoyed my stay for 2 days. The hotel is suitable for international guests with English speaking staff, responsive transport arrangements and a good restaurant. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine and wide variety of fruits. The papaya, honey melon and water melon were so delicious !
We had lunch here, the food was well prepared and generous. A bit pricey but thats hotel-ish.
Bed was firm and goo, pillow a bit high but otherwise very comfy
Whats not so great - the shower water goes from cold to hot to luke warm to cold and then warm - its erratic
and leans toward cold/luke warm
People who complain about the distance from town must understand this place is for people who dont want noise and the activity. Its peaceful and for people who seek to relax away from the crowds. No shopping, its isolated but near to airport and Iguazu Falls. Thats what I am here for and so Mercure works for me.

До ближайшего ресторана идти 20 минут пешком вдоль дороги, супермаркетов в шаговой доступности нет.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is way above my expectations. We really enjoyed our stay there. It is very clean and the room is very spacious. The on-site restaurant is a gem. It is fine dining at reasonable prices. Everything they cooked is full of flavors. You must try the steak there. It is much better than most of the five star restaurants elsewhere. The breakfast is very good too. I wish I could stay a few more days there.

SshawndaikiCame over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth.
The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel.
The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch.
The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread.
We had an enjoyable experience.

PPengguna TetamuVery beautiful courtyard. There is a swimming pool. Flowers, hummingbirds are flying. But one day there was no light and no Internet. The breakfast is not very varied. I came to breakfast at 7.45 (15 minutes after the start), and there was a group of tourists sitting there, and the whole breakfast had already been eaten.

El spa atiende solo 5 horas al día y es difícil conseguir turnos para la cantidad de huéspedes del hotel, y si reservamos a las 15, podemos ingresar a las 16 porque tardan 1 hora en llenar el hidromasaje y el personal no llega hasta las 15. El restaurante no abre de noche, por lo que hay que ir a cenar al hotel de al lado, a unos 150 metros de noche y sobre la ruta.
Lo mejor del hotel, el servicio del restaurante y la atención de altura y rocio.

BBarrsHotel Lillian is conveniently located less than a five minute walk to the bus station. There are lots of restaurants around and it's walkable to do a lot of the attractions in town. The staff was extremely helpful with information and cheerfully answered all of my questions, even lending me an electrical adapter. The room was adequate and a decent value, but a bit outdated. The breakfast is fairly bland, consisting only of coffee, juice, and various pastries. All in all, a good stay!

CChrystopherEn realidad para el precio que se pagó esta bastante ok, si quieres algo lujoso este No sería buena opción es preferible que pagues un poco más en otro hotel, pero si lo que buscas es contacto con la naturaleza y economía, esta cabaña esta recomendable, un poco descuidada la cabaña pero te hace sentir en una casa de campo real con sus pequeñas fallas e imperfecciones. El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, las manillas del baño rotas. Las piletas 5/10. El personal muy amable, te hacen sentir Muy bien. Por ir a ver las Cataratas valió la pena
