My wife and I go to Nashville about twice a year. We have stayed here before but only for a night. This time we stayed for 7 nights. At over $300 a night, If you are wanting all the creature comforts that normal hotels have, move on. This is a place to sleep and you gotta work if you need more than that. Here is what I like about it. It is on the strip, so once you are about to pass out from drinking all day, you are only a short stumble to your room. Also, they always have a singer in the lobby so if your just close to passing out, but not quite done, you can always chill in the lobby for one more drink. The hotel is pretty new, so it is pretty clean. Here is the bad. They must have a lock on how low you can put the temperature of your room. We set it to 66 but the room never got any colder than 70. Sometimes at night it was up to 72 so we were hot all night and woke up sweating. House keeping is ”on demand” they will not clean your room if you do not specifically request it. I had to request it twice, because nobody cleaned it the first day that I asked. The toilet seat was broken in the room we had. (not fall off broken, but not attached properly and would slide around) The roll of toilet paper on the actual dispenser had gotten wet before we checked in and god only knows what from, we had to use the other unopened roll on the counter. The rooms do not have an ironing board and iron, the hotel has a community ironing room. They have one iron and no boards. The first time I stayed there, they had an ironing board, this time, they had a table with towels over it. They have a water station to fill the iron with water for steam, but it didn't work. You could hear it clicking, but nothing ever came out. the table to iron on is square so you cant easily get a shirt on it properly to iron it and the towels are just laid there so they keep flipping up when you move the shirt and making a bump under it. the room does have USB ports, but the ones on the right side of the bed did not work. They have what they call a rooftop bar, but the bar is inside and they have a tiny little area that has about 4 tables and tiny stage outside. The restaurant prices are comparable to fine dining. 4 drinks, and a shrimp cocktail almost $200. (4 shrimp for $25) Nashville is expensive, but you can go next door and get a full meal for less. (on the bright side, door dash gives you lots of options just pick it up at the check-in area in the lobby. They will tell you that you get a complimentary drink when you check in, but don't be misled, this is either a Bud Light or some fruity drink that has almost no liquor in it.

Hotel was fine. Bed was not very comfortable and pillows were pretty soft with very little firmness. Room had a full kitchen with fridge. Unfortunately, the dumpsters that were located just behind the building were emptied around 2:30am Thursday morning and were incredibly loud. I was on the 5th floor and it woke me up and felt like it lasted for 30 minutes as the trash truck picked up, emptied, and slammed them back on the ground (probably 5 dumpsters). I wouldn’t recommend staying here just for that reason. Trash can in the kitchen had trash in it when I checked in so I question overall cleanliness. Also was not a fan of the pin pad to enter the room (and building after hours). About 2 blocks from Broadway so a very walkable distance.

Fantastic location, just a 15 minutes walk from Nissan Stadium and if you're going Downtown, they have a shuttle as well. The rooms were renovated and clean. The breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend staying here for any time you want to visit the Stadium!

Good Location for walking around in the Broadway Road

Perfect everything!!! The location is close to everything walking distance. The room was big and spacious. I reserved for three people and it had even more sets of towels. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included with many fresh options. Parking is extra but a good price. Would recommend it

Great Spot! Walking distance to downtown, the one complaint would be that the hotel is at the top of a hill and trust me that feels so tall after a night out. Great staff all super friendly. Clean rooms. My one complaint would be if you have noisy neighbors the walls are thin and you can hear them and hear people outside but that totally depends on luck of the draw. Overall great trip loved this hotel!

다 좋았습니다. 주차 관련 주의점은 미리 공부하고 갔기애 별 문재 없었고, 채크아웃 하는 날 다운타운 관광을 워해 주차 시간을 추가로 더 허락해 준 부분까지도 좋았습니다. 무료 저녁 스낵코너는 저녁식사 비용을 아끼게 해 주었으며, 위치 또한 다운타운 내에서는 걸어서 모든 곳을 갈 수 있었기애 더더욱 좋았습니다. 간혹 사이렌 소리 등으로 시끄러웠다는 분들이 계셨는데, 저희는 운이 좋았던건지 조용히 너무 잘 잤습니다. 다음에 네슈빌에 또 방문할 일이 있다면 저는 다시 여기를 선택하겠습니다. ^^

Thr hotel is close to Boardway. It is Just about 800 meters from Boardway. It is just behide The Music Center Hall of Fame. It is clean and people their is no nice and patient for my question. Glad to be here!

The staff on both days were excellent when above and beyond made my stay feeling very welcome and comfortable to stay at the hotel I didn’t catch the girls name on Friday. I was at the front desk, but she was absolutely wonderful and very pleasant to deal with. I wish I wrote down her name but my stupidity I forgot
