A1 service will definitely stay again.Location was perfect for my trip.

Great service. Staying another night. Room was clean. Bathroom spigot had some rust and goo break off from inside spout as I tried to create a full bath but I cleaned it with tissue and had no other complaints. Keurig, microwave, sink area were clean. Not much furniture.. sp**** except for chair but I liked that. Room to stretch and do exercise. I will stay again for the value. Brought my own food so I didn’t try the free breakfast but Ive stayed at HIX in the past for business and the breakfast is actually nice.

Nice place to stay for a night, the beds were ok and the shower was great. They had breakfast in a bag you could grab on your way out. Not as good as a hot breakfast but ok.

The host name is Lucky Day .. we paid over 3 thousand dollars to stay at her place in queens NY and when we arrived , the outer door is supposed to be left unlocked 25/7 as per her rules . The hallway of the first floor was filled with Garbage and rotting food and old furniture stacked up all the way to the side and it smells so terrible , my family could not stay another day there . They all left and went and book hotels . I was left to stay there with my husband because I couldn’t leave at the time . Came to attend a wedding and I was a main person there and my presence was highly demanded , and I was short on time .. I couldn’t find the time to move over to a hotel . I tell you , the stench of the place goes all the way up to the second floor which is where we were staying . We couldn’t bear it but we were out of the house most of the time . As soon as we found the time , my husband and I moved to a hotel and afterwards we came back to the Airbnb place and cleared out our things and cleaned up the place and left it the way we found it . When I got home I started a resolution with the Airbnb about getting a part refund due to us having in by to leave the place because of the stench . We sent pictures of the garbage stacked up in the hallway of the first floor . We send proof of our stay at the hotels . We send proof of the way Lucky Day was very rude to us , in text , in phone calls and in answering to our calls . We literally begged Airbnb to have Lucky Day give us back a part of our money spent . We explained how the house was unsafe for guests because of the door being unlocked 27/7 and she gave us one key to be used among all my guests . She asked us to put the key under the mat so everyone can get access to the house . There was many many other issues that Lucky Day proves to be a very nasty host to her guests .. In the end the Airbnb people claimed that there was nothing hey could do at that point . We were left with a big bill , to pay the Airbnb which we hardly used , and also hotel bills which we enddd up having to live to with our families . I don’t think that it was fair of Airbnb to not show any concern about our complains . We sent videos to show all he garbage that was stacked up in the hallway of the first floor . We sent pictures of wet clothes hanging on the railways of the stairs as we have to walk to go up to our floor . We were very unhappy with the outcome of the resolution . We think that Lucky Day is a very Nasty person as a host and she is very rude and unfair to her guests .

We had a wonderful visit to this hotel. This is the perfect hotel for families visiting the area, especially those making the trip to Sesame Place. The breakfast buffet, complimentary hotel Sesame Place shuttle, and all suite style rooms made for a wonderful experience AND saved us money. The staff were kind and helpful, and the extra Sesame Street decorations around the hotel were a plus. The onsite laundry came in handy when we got ourselves in a crunch, but I would recommend packing detergent even if you don't originally plan to use the laundry room. We had to buy from the hotel which was costly, you also have to prepay a min. of $10 on the card to utilize the machines no matter if you need less for your load. However, desperate times called for desperate measures! We booked a room with a bedroom door, which made all the difference in the evenings when the kids had a different bedtime or we wanted them to sleep in. The indoor pool looked a bit cloudy/dirty when we visited, however, we did go only in the evening so it's possible that they clean it each morning and we were only seeing it at the end of a day of use. We didn't get a chance to utilize all of the amenities, but the outdoor seating, grill, firepit, and basketball court looked great.

Mereka mempunyai bar snek mini dengan pilihan yang baik untuk memenuhi keinginan anda. Negatif: pertama dan yang paling penting, hotel harus memaklumkan atau menyatakan di laman web bahawa kolam mereka ditutup. Kami pernah ke hotel lain di PA dengan kolam terbuka walaupun semasa wabak. Mereka mempunyai penyelenggaraan harian dan membersihkan kru untuk memastikan kawasan kolam bersih. Kami adalah keluarga pengembara dengan anak-anak yang suka berenang di kolam kapanpun mereka boleh.
