Fabulous hotel, cannot recommend it highly enough. Great location, just one block from santa Catalina park, over looking the port and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are stunning and very well appointed, lovely big showers, plenty of hanging space etc. The only slight improvement that could be made is the air conditioning, it's not the greatest and my particular room was particularly warm but reception did give me an extra card so I could leave the electricity on when I left the room and this helped a lot, it took about 24 hours but eventually the temperature came down sufficiently. The roof top bar has some stunning views and is a great place to relax with the drink, the bar staff are great, helpful and friendly an make a pretty good mojito too. The roof top solarium on the other side of the roof could do with a little improvement in terms of furniture but the view is still great and the little pool is a great place to cool your feet after a busy day sight seeing. Breakfast is of very good quality, small selection of hot items but lots of fruit, pastries, cereals, juices etc etc, again the staff here are all friendly and helpful, as they are on reception too. This is a city center hotel and there is no view from many of the windows, mine overlooked a neighbouring apartment block (only a few feet away across a slim courtyard) some look out into an internal courtyard, but the staff, the location and the size and quality of the rooms definitely make up for this and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great base to explore this beautiful island.

The location is good but the room is just OK given we upgraded to suite with a Roof Terrace. Room and accommodation very clean. The space was acceptable but not a suite. The terrace was nice but no cushions as featured in pictures. There are very few UK reviews despite the hotel being featured in TUI, so hope this info answered some of the questions we had, The breakfast included was in the park below in a cafe . It was basic to say the least , although nice. A coffee, a glass of orange, a piece of fruit and croissant. There is some photos on trip advisor of breakfast but these are out of date and the cafe providing breakfast has now changed. Water temp in shower is changeable. No English speaking TV at all not even BBC world news. No English/ black tea in rooms so take some tea bags if you enjoy a cup. Wi fi good and air conditioning. The location is what makes the hotel, alongside clean and secure accommodation. Don’t expect the usual hotel it does not have a reception. The entrance is a back street but don’t be put off. Our room was quiet but on the 3rd floor. Las Palmas itself is nice for maybe 3 or 4 days. We stayed 7 and it was too long. A plus is there is a hop on hop off bus in the square about 50 m away that you can get to Veguetta. There is lots of restaurants in the square with nice quality food and good value drinks. If your turn right out of entrance and next left you will find a selection of nice tapa bars within 50 meters. beach a short distance too and a nice walk from one end to the other. The cruise port can be seen from park view terraces and provided an ever changing view of cruise ships

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana il e mia moglie in un posto incantevole, vista mozzafiato, solo il bellissimo suono del mare che ti accompagna tutto il giorno e notte valeva la vacanza. Appartamento completo di tutto con ogni comfort e se qualcosa manca basta chiedere in reception che sarai accontentato. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia con cambio degli asciugamani tutti i giorni. Non cercate la perfezione nei dettagli, quelli li trovate in un 5 stelle, ma credetemi per tutto il resto vale un 5 stelle. Il solo tramonta esattamente di fronte con un panorama ogni giorno diverso ma incantevole. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie per la gentilezza

Hotel was nice, but very disappointed with the breakfast, pancakes felt like you were eating the sole of a shoe, some mornings all you could have was fried egg or a boiled egg as nothing else was available ( hot food wise ) the Continental breakfast was always low in items available and pastries were under cooked. If I stayed again I would not have the breakfast. Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable but the fridge didn't work and the desk was not connected to the wall so if u put something on the end it started to tip to that side. I would class this as a 3 star hotel at best.

Basic hotel, cheap, and somewhat dated, but all I needed was a place to sleep while my husband was in hospital close by. Was clean, bathroom was spoiled by the toilet seat being at an angle and shifted suddenly when sat upon. Rather noisy, but city centre, so it came with the territory. Staff were friendly but fairly casual. My main problem was I initially booked for one night, as I had the offer of a room attached to the hospital, but I didn't know when that would be available to me. I explained the situation in my somewhat broken Spanish, and was offered another couple of nights at the hotel. I agreed to one more night, and paid for it. However a couple of hours later (and a couple of hours after hotel check out time) I was contacted by the hospital and offered a room, which was perfect for me. I told Hotel Valencia what had happened, and I would be checking out immediately. I'd expected a refund or at least a part refund as I hadn't stayed for the second night, although the room had been serviced that morning (still with the toilet seat from hell!) But no, no offer of a refund as a sign of goodwill just a casual goodbye. I realise technically they were within their rights to keep my payment but I was disappointed that they didn't waive my bill in view of my very stressful circumstances. Very disappointed at their attitude.

Si lo que buscas es algo barato y rápido, para descansar y poco más, está bien. Aún es un poco elevado el precio para lo poco que ofrece, pero está bastante céntrico y si lo que quieres es solamente pasar la noche y pasarte el día fuera, no está nada mal. Los pros son la limpieza del lugar y que te brindan una cocina por cada piso por si necesitas usar lo básico, además en recepción eran bastante simpáticas, lo cual siempre es un plus; los contras...las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas y, sobre todo, no tienen baño propio, por lo que tienes que estar observando y escuchando a ver si otros clientes han pasado al baño y aguantarte y esperar a que terminen, lo que se hace bastante incómodo. Pero en general, la experiencia fue bastante buena para lo que estaba buscando en mi viaje express.

Situato in zona centrale sia per la spiaggia sia per tutti i servizi, appartamento piccolino, pulito con stoviglie nuove. Bagno piccolissimo facilmente allagabile . Pulizia con cambio asciugamani ogni tre giorni, cambio lenzuola ogni sette giorni. Il problema è la privacy in bagno e in camera da letto principale non c’è, dato che il bagno ha una finestrella e la camera una finestra che danno su una tromba per l’aria dov’è rimbomba tutto( non vado nello specifico). Secondo problema è la via dove si trova, trafficata, e con due retro di cucine dei rispettivi ristoranti che ovviamente i vari odori li troverete spesso e volentieri nella vostra stanza praticamente tutto il giorno.
