Hotel Leipzig dengan Kolam Renang

Das Arthotel grenzt direkt an Primark und man hat es nicht weit zum Brühl oder Bahnhof oder Markt. Es ist, wie der Name schon vermuten lässt, modern eingerichtet. Gut, dass sich dies auch in einem Blechspind statt Schrank äußert, gefällt nicht jedem. Unser Zimmer war nach Straße ausgerichtet und hatte eine riesige Glasfront. Das Bad war sehr sauber, hatte eine ebenerdige Dusche und schöne große Ablagen an denen sonst in Hotelbäder eher gespart wird. Der Empfang wahr freundlich und hat uns auch schon vor der Zeit ein Zimmer gegeben. Bedenken hatte ich wegen des Frühstücks - offensichtlich ein Dauerthema bei den Bewertungen. Entweder hat sich zwischenzeitlich etwas getan oder die Ansprüche sind unterschiedlich. Ich würde es als etwas über dem Durchschnitt klassifizieren. Für die Betreuung beim Frühstück sind zwei Servicekräfte zuständig. Ob das Geschirr zwischendurch abgeräumt und auch mal was weg gewischt wird, hängt davon ab, wer Dienst hat. Heute (11.04) war ein guter Tag…😀 Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Kaffeemaschinen den Gästen ganztags zur Verfügung stehen. Die Anreise mit Auto ist etwas schwierig. Empfehlenswert ist, aufgrund Entfernung und Preis, das Parkhaus an der Westseite des Bahnhofs.

We had a really horrible experience in this hotel. We booked 2 rooms Suite from 23/06-25/06 , because of long ride to the hotel and long time spending on the border we came to the hotel 24/05 at 19:00. The lady on reception named Stefani was very rood and ill-mannered, she told us that hotel resale our rooms for other clients because we did not come 23/06 (and did not call to her and told that we will be late, we never did it before in any situation, and each time our rooms, if it was paid , was waiting for us) . According to hotel rules and world rules of check in its not normal. We fully paid for 2 rooms in advance, and in voucher there is information that we can check in from 3:00 pm 23/06 till anytime. It's not the first time that we come not in time to the hotels due to some problems, and every time our rooms was waiting for us, if we paid for it in advance. It does not matter at what time we will come if we paid for it. Its not a hostel or apartment, its 4* hotel, and with no understanding no service and rood talks like with prisoner. We paid for it full price , and why our rooms was resold we did not understand. Second thing is that the lady on reception Stefani was non-polite to us, she did not even tried to find some other hotel for us, we were with kids, she decided BY HER OWN opinion to not refund for us any money (I am not talking about full price, ok, as it was 24/06 and we COME to hotel, and our rooms was resoled, than the hotel should be polite and make a refund of one night from 24/06-25/06) As it is on website of the hotel : ” Will my credit card be charged if I don't cancel and don't show up? Yes, reservations are automatically guaranteed to your credit card. You will be charged for the first nights stay only.” So Ms. Stefani first told me that they did not get any money because they resale rooms, than today on phone talk (I have it recorded) she told me that SHE decide by her own made a 100% fees and she can get money back to us for one night, but she DONT WANT do it, because she did not like how we spoke to her yesterday on reception. So is it normal when some Ms. on reception just make a decision as she want? Not normal for us, we paid money in advance and arrived to hotel one day later (but still had 2 rooms booked and confirmed for one more night). We travel a lot around the world, always book good hotels, and first time have a situation like that! I really hope that I will have an answer for hotel and hope this situation will be fixed. If its not,it will be our last time in each wyndham hotels in the world.

Best hotel in Leipzig apparently. The experience is top notch. Rooms have very comfortable beds, Nespresso machines and speakers in the bathroom. Guests can use the sauna for free.

Perkhidmatannya hebat, sangat, sangat baik. Semuanya bersih dan selesa. Di lorong, kadang-kadang terdengar suara orang lain, tetapi anda tidak dapat mendengar apa-apa bunyi yang saya rasa hebat di jiran-jiran bilik. Anda boleh menukar tuala mengikut keperluan, dan anda juga boleh menggunakan pengering rambut. Saya tidak fikir tilam itu sangat selesa, tetapi saya fikir ia tidak menjadi masalah untuk beberapa malam. Cukup hebat. Saya ingin datang lagi!
