"I booked a deluxe standard room, which was 70 square meters, the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Both the lobby and the room's decor exuded former luxury. Next to the hotel is a large square with tiered steps, and although there was square dancing and children playing in the evenings, it ended around 8 pm, so it didn't disturb your rest at all. Breakfast was also included, making it an extremely cost-effective hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Liupanshui."

"The lobby staff were very welcoming, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room meticulously every day. All the hotel staff provided excellent service. The hotel's amenities are also great. I highly recommend the Yunnan coffee shop in the lobby called 'Latitude Cloud Jade' (纬度云瑾). They use coffee beans from their own plantation. I highly recommend their pour-over coffee 👍👍👍 and the latte also has a pure taste."

"I rarely write reviews, but this experience was truly exceptional and deserves a perfect score! The hotel's design, from the lobby to the rooms, features a French vintage style with wooden furniture and faux stone floors—the aesthetics are truly excellent. The service was attentive; there was warm water readily available at the entrance even in winter, and the receptionist remained very friendly despite being late for check-out. We enjoyed the hotel's breakfast and afternoon tea; the dishes were plentiful and delicious, far exceeding the quality expected from hotels in the same price range. While our overall trip to Liupanshui was unremarkable, our stay here significantly improved our impression of the city. Highly recommended."

"This hotel seems to cater for tour groups who are loud, smoke in the lobby, pushy during breakfast and the lift. It is also the only hotel we’ve stayed in the whole of Guizhou without a washing machine. Reception told us there’s a ‘drying room’ if we hand wash our garments which turned out to be a hazardous dirty rooftop full of ventilators crap. We cannot understand why they have a such big marbled reception area when they can’t spare a room for basic amenities like washing machines. It is also the only hotel that does not serve coffee or tea for breakfast. Rooms are so outdated and ornate we don’t understand why it is rated four star except for its location."

Housekeeping was impeccable, the toiletries were clean, and the hot water was consistent. The staff were very patient and incredibly friendly towards children. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, making it stress-free to stay with kids. We'll definitely bring the family back again!"
