We stayed in the Premier Inn London Ealing before and after Christmas 2024. It’s the go to place for us when we stay over in this part of London. The hotel and rooms are certainly clean and functional, and certainly do the job for a few good night kip. The hotel is also very convenient for London Underground, shopping and eateries in and around Ealing Broadway. We had a problem with the aircon in both rooms during our stays. For the first stay, it was fixed quickly. But, on the second stay, the problem could not be fixed until the 2nd day. As a good will gesture, the hotel gave us a complimentary meal. We would like to thank the Premier Inn team for doing a great job. The staff were friendly, courteous and keen to resolve the problems for us asap despite the stressful Christmas period with a fully booked hotel. Shout out for Amit, Daria and Karina (hope the names are correct). We’ll return again in the future. Thanks guys.

No hot water in the evening. Staff said to just stay up late as the floor shared a tank & it had run out. 12.30 at night and still no water. No hot water in the morning and told it’s not going to come on before I check out. Couldn’t even wash my face in the sink as there was so much hair (looked like it was from someone staying previously shaving) in the plug hole it couldn’t be plugged up. Plug by bed didn’t work properly so phone didn’t charge. Hdmi on tv didn’t work so couldn’t watch a film. Bed wasn’t well made so unsure it was even changed properly. External doors to hotel broke & staff said to physically force them open with our hands - like I can physically do that! Absolutely horrible stay. No ability to even wash. No refund available on site so have to use a website to even ask. They got my money & didn’t provide anything. Utterly disgusting room & ruined our trip to the city. Had to travel 5 hours home to wash.

The bed was soft and comfortable to sleep on and if you want to sleep in peace and quiet without a lot of noise, this hotel is preferable. I also recommend the service and the friendly staff👌 The hotel is a walking distance from the underground and a few stops to go and visit the palace, Big Ben or the center for shopping.
