Excellent location and service. Received complimentary drinks as the hotel record cannot locate my recording the first attempt and made some extra waiting but the professional and warm service was very impressive. The room is clean and comfy

#lovelockeliving As per usual another comment stay at my second home away from home It don’t matter which live I stay at it’s always chilled I love the monthly love they show and arrange things to do like yoga meditation drinks meet up buckles mezzanine x family spirit But lemon is by far the favourite did me ( it’s not also pronounce as the fruit lemon so tot that’s how I call it.. it pronounce “lay-mon” lol

Absolutely amazing visit for my Girlfriends Birthday. The team really went to town organising an amazing room with balloons and cholocates. The check in team were soo friendly and even let us leave our bags early before we checked in to allow us to go out for lunch. Absolutely incredible stay, I can’t wait to book my next visit. The spa facilities were amazing the the swimming pool was very clean and fresh towels provided. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you soo much, you made our stay very special.

Biliknya luas dan katilnya sangat besar, berketinggian 2 meter. Ia sangat selesa untuk tidur. Ia jauh lebih baik daripada DoubleTree by Hilton di sebelah tempat saya menginap sebelum ini. Saya tidak memilih sarapan pagi Terdapat dua restoran sarapan Inggeris berdekatan, nonos dan setengah cawan, yang boleh anda alami. Sebotol air mineral dan air berkilauan disediakan di dalam bilik. Air mandian juga sangat besar Terdapat kaca berlapis dua, jadi anda kadang-kadang boleh mendengar bunyi dari tingkat bawah, tetapi ia tidak menjejaskan tidur anda. Lokasinya sangat baik. Terdapat bas di sebelahnya yang boleh pergi terus ke pusat bandar. Bertentangan ialah Perpustakaan British

Hotel was nice room was a little over looked by neighbouring buildings but room was spacious hotel in good location st Paul’s cathedral right outside door. Easy walk to South bank and Tower of London .Breakfast plenty of options but a little lukewarm but it was buffet .. pool and spa nice but busy and noisy can’t comment on bar or restaurant as did not use overall a nice stay would stay again

From its location and the comfort of the building's exterior to the staff's service attitude, everything scores top marks! Although the hotel's buffet breakfast doesn't offer a wide variety, the quality is excellent, and it was a very comfortable dining experience, with the waitstaff being very attentive! Additionally, the service received at the hotel's main entrance and the exceptional care taken by the staff in handling our heavy luggage during checkout, ensuring it was transported downstairs to the taxi, was commendable. These experiences definitely make us want to return!

Let start with some positives:- Great location, very close to tube station, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The area is very safe with both foot and vehicle traffic, travelling as a solo female I never felt unsafe at any time of the day or early evening. The room was well appointed with all you needed in a well set up mini kitchen for cooking some meals, although there was occasionally a cooking smell in the hallways when other guests were cooking something very strong. The main areas, including a fantastic (app. required) laundry were always clean and tidy. There is a seating area adjacent to reception where you can make yourself a drink and relax. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom mid grade with hot water (more about that later) Now to the negatives:- There were two issues whilst I was staying here, one was no hot water for one weekend and no wifi for another weekend. Whilst these issues do occur I'm sure at other hotels from time to time the communication was poor around these issues, with staff not able to answer when these issues would be resolved. After quite a few to and fro's the reception staff finally found another hotel for me for one night so at least I could have a shower. Before I checked out I took the oppurtunity to sit down with Marco, the front officer manager to provide him with my constructive feedback about my stay and the issues including communication. Marco thanked me for taking the time to speak to him, and hopefully my feedback will assist management in future if issues like this arise again. Although these issues did arise and detracted from my overall happiness with the stay I would be happy to stay here again in future as long as issues identified are dealt with promptly and communication has improved.

**Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!** From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to everything making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the genuine care from the staff. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We spent a long weekend in London at The Marylebone and it exceeded our expectations. The location is great with walkability to good restaurants, parks, shopping and the Bond Street train station. The staff were always accessible and extremely professional, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed two specific restaurants based on the recommendation of the staff - The Ivy Cafe and the Grazing Goat. Godwin the night manager was a pleasure to work with. Special kudos to the concierge, David, who went above and beyond to plan and schedule a day of sightseeing for us as well as provide directions on multiple train excursions. He saw us at an outdoor cafe on his way home from work and updated us on our schedule for the following day. David especially does a great job of reading all maps upside down while assisting guests:). Our room was clean and the bed was super comfortable with very crisp, comfortable linens. We enjoyed starting our day with breakfast in the hotel and the food was delicious. The service on 2 of 3 mornings was exemplary. The hotel served as a lovely retreat at the end of each busy day!
