Hotel berhampiran Bonnie Cove Trails, Los Angeles

Stayed here for 3 nights over Rose Bowl weekend. Very nice, two story hotel a few minutes off rte 210. Parked all three nights 15 yrs from main entrance. Room and lobby/ breakfast area clean and pleasant. Two suggestions- the shower water was not hot enough, even turned all the way to H. Interestingly the faucet at the vanity sink was scalding hot. Room 208. Secondly, there is no water at the breakfast buffet. There needs to be- most hotels have a container of filtered ice water with a spigot. Would definitely stay here again. Very convenient

Kakitangannya menyenangkan, bilik yang telah diubah suai bagus tetapi bilik yang lebih tua tidak begitu bagus. Harga yang saya rasa terlalu mahal memandangkan orang ramai dan kebersihan...

We needed a pet friendly place to stay for approx 2 months and chose Extended Stay in San Dimas. Amanda helped us with our check in and was extremely helpful and polite. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and made sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness was greatly appreciated!

設施不是很新，但還算好用。空調強勁但噪音很大。服務人員態度很好。早餐的omelet 不錯。果汁好喝。

Was a clean room but was over booked. I reserved a quad room ended up in a standard without a fridge or microwave. So got expensive for the week for me. But the staff was awesome.

We've/ I've been a guest at this location 4 times in the last 18 months. Each time we've been there, the hotel has been ”under renovation” Breakfast has not been available. Isn't that a little long ? All of the rooms seem to be getting a makeover. We stayed in one of those ”new rooms” this time around. We noticed the following: * The shower door would not close completely, resulting in water spilling onto the new floor, and making the baseboards, made of wood, wet and moldy. * the seating space was lacking... there was plenty of open spaces, without tables and chairs, for more than one person to sit comfortably, eat their dinner, converse, etc. With enough sleeping space for 5 people, there SHOULD be more adult sized seating. * The only place you could sit normally was the desk. It would really help if you put in another table with some additional chairs. * there was no place to put our soap in the shower-- we had to put them on the floor of the shower. x whoever constructed this seemed to cut corners with flooring, missing baseboards, etc. If some of these issues aren't addressed, you're going to start having mold problems. We don't do well with mold and will need to choose other accommodations in our future visits. * a valance was missing over the front curtains. * It's a suite, it did not present as one to us. When we let the manager on site know about this, he proceeded to defend the company that did the construction, saying we were doing something wrong.

Nice staff and clean rooms.

My stay was great! It was quiet , clean and very peaceful. The view of the pool area was so pretty. I would definitely stay here again for sure . Thank you Vanllee 😁

The hotel we usually stay for a yearly conference in had no availability this time. I had spend quite a bit of time researching and based on criteria important to me decided on Best Western in West Covina. I didn’t expect much, and was really impressed with cleanliness, quietness and the friendliness of the staff. I would definitely stay here again especially if all the Covid protocols go away and we’d be able to use the jacuzzi and have a better breakfast.
