A very descent hotel. Quite spacious. Close to Hollywood walk of fame. Quite convinient for the price but provide nothing not even water bottle.

This hotel is situated near Hollywood street and Bvd Santa Monica. The staff is nice they offered me bigger room than I asked, big and clean room. In this hotel you don't hear noise from neighbours as in other hotels. So you can rest well and walk around without taking bus. The price is good for this area.

The room was very clean and the hotel desk is very approachable and kind. Most of the reviews says that it is not a good place but when we stayed there for 3 nights, we were able to sleep and rest well. It is true that there are homeless people near the hotel but they won’t disturb you and it is not a big deal. They also clean our room every time we go out of the hotel which is a plus! There is also a lot of parking space and there’s no need to worry about it. The place was close to the hollywood walk of fame and other famous tourist spots.

The location is walking distance from the Walk of Fame and train station. The downside part was that 20 meter from the hotel you had a few homeless people living in tents and really noisy people screaming at night and knocking on the neighbors door at 4:30am saying come on bro let me in, for longer then 10minutes

When I tried to check in, I was told for the first time that there was no hot water in the shower due to a problem with the building the day before. I think they were aware of this, so if they had contacted me earlier, I could have made arrangements for another hotel. After that, I saw many people with dogs coming and going.

Not bad. The walls, ceiling and doors of the house look like they are newly installed. American style. Cleanliness is OK. There is a powerful air conditioner. People from southern China who are not used to turning on the warm air conditioner all night may not be used to not having a thick quilt in the winter night. But this is America, so do as the Romans do. Just turn on the warm air conditioner.

There is no coffee pot in the room, and you can't boil water. The hotel is on the street, and the noise of motorcycles on the road is very loud in the first half of the night, but it is better in the second half of the night. There are many convenience stores nearby, and there is a seven-eleven not far away. It is also very close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Chinese Theater, a 10-minute walk. The hotel has free WiFi, but you need to ask the front desk for the password. Parking is $10 per day, and the parking space is cramped, not as sufficient as some reviews say. The nearby neighborhoods are not very hygienic, and there are many homeless. As a temporary transit, you can find a lower price nearby, anyway.

The night receptionist was very rude, but the morning receptionist was very friendly. The room is very spacious and large with two double beds, but only one sheet and thin bedspread. The perfect location. The parking meter has to pay 10 dollars flat rate.

The location is OK, not far from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. There is traffic on the side of the road. There are some sounds of cars outside. The room facilities are pretty good. They are covered with sheets. You can ask the store to provide blankets.

If you don't stay at the front desk, the service is very average. You won't be allowed to go in. It's freezing. I keep giving Xiao Ke a thumbs up. It's true that this hotel has Ctrip managing middlemen. It's the key for Ctrip to have complete control over middlemen. Ctrip won't be able to serve customers without Xiao Ke's support. I'm afraid it's true. I'm going to complain
