Le personnel très sympathique et accueillant. On a u une belle chambre. Tout était parfait et propre on a même u un ventilateur qui se trouvait dans l’armoire. Superbe nuit, l’étage est calme on peut se reposer tranquillement, je recommande.

Please read this review as it will help you with your stay. Read also all of the poor reviews for this hotel as they are mostly true, indeed not a 5 star. Booked 2 rooms in July for 3 nights, one King room without Sanctuary view and one Junior Suite with Sanctuary view. The king room (or superior double) was not a good choice, has poor ventilation and a thin noise you can only hear at night. The Junior suite has an old central AC with irritating noise even when it is turned off, if you choose this room do not forget your ear plugs. I would stay on a Deluxe room with Sanctuary view on the 4th floor instead as it is cheaper and the AC is old as well but a split model without the noise when turned off. Saw many guests complaining about AC problems, the daily french staff is rude and do not solve the problems. Breakfast does NOT woth it, it would be much better to find a boulangerie nearby. The restaurant is ok, expensive for what they serve and I would recommend just for an ”emergency” , if you have a car I would go to a restaurant in St Savin. Decoration is cheap, spa is a joke, elevators are tiny and old. Bed sheets are horrible, the windows could be sound proof but the walls are not so a lot of noise from the outside, the shower of both rooms leak to the floor. This hotel has nothing to do with the United Kingdon Belfry group, do not be fooled. We want to leave on the 1st night as 3 nights was too much on this hotel. I would not stay again, if you do choose to stay, please do not pay in advance, and do not include breakfast on your stay.

The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and also multilingual. The rooms were lovely, spacious, modern, clean and we particularly enjoyed the mountain view from the room window. However, the TV was a little small and there was no complementary tea and coffee sachets provided. There is a continental style breakfast offered, but it was slightly disappointing with not much selection and fresh fruit. The location is good and fairly near to the main sanctuary and grotto although there is reasonable distance to town centre, so be prepared to walk a bit and bring sensible footwear. There is also an airport shuttle bus near the hotel at the Paradis bus stop which drops you straight to the airport. We had a good experience on this occasion and will definitely recommend staying especially if you're looking for self-catering residence type accommodation. Thank you Zenitude

The reception staff were very accommodating, although there was a problem with the lift. The girl offered us a choice of other room. She and her colleague were very helpful and helped us with our luggage as I was struggling with it. The guy at the reception went over and beyond to help us get around and advised us on places we could buy things. We ran out of bus fare and needed to get our currency changed. But he was very kind and offered us the change for our bus fares which we then returned after we got back to the hotel from our journey. Great staff . Very helpful. And this makes a lot of difference. Great location. I would definitely go back. Thanks to the lovely staff who made a difference!

The hotel is really near the station so it's really eazy for people who visited Lourdes for the first time. You just need to cross the street. The interiors look really nice and the staff are friendly. The room is also nice and big enough. It also near the Sanctuary, you only need to walk a couple of minutes. Our experience has been great, thankyou so much Best Western!!

Spent a night here before flying home from tarbes airport. Hotel is very close by. Views from the balcony of the mountains were stunning. Hotel is very basic but rooms were clean and comfortable. Receptionists were friendly and check in and check out. There is plenty of car park space. Not much around in terms of supermarket/shop. This Hotel was exactly as we expected for a cheap one night stay

This was a great stay for us in Tarbes since it is centrally located with good street parking options (we had a rental car). Room was very spacious with enough space to place a cot for our child and with both a shower and bath in the bathroom. Loads of storage space was also a plus. Whilst breakfast buffet is available for an extra €20 per person we felt that the choice was a little limited for the price and the items were always the same every day. Overall a very good stay.

PPengguna TetamuVery welcoming, cozy, and beautiful with a view of a river from my room. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed.
Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend.

I was supposed to give this apartment hotel a 5* because it was clean and very good helpful staff until the day of our checked out which is today. I am now writing this review with my blood pressure shoot up because the way we have treated by the staff who was on duty seems like we been thrown out. first this is the first time a booked a appartment hotel and it was really good place and clean but there was a mis understanding of checked out time. its my mistake for not checking the time check out but this has not been highlighted when we checked in which is fine I thought that the check out time is 12pm, my mistake for not checking it and I admit that and apologised to the staff who she start ringing the room at 10:30am (I was about to go on a shower getting ready to checked out) she was mentioning that we supposed to checked out 10am which is fine for reminding us and I apologised that i did not double checked the timing ( due to our multiple booking in other destination this has been forgotten to check.) and I explained to her that 12noon was I thought its okey as our train to San Sebastián is 1pm so 12 is just on time to get out from the hotel. I told the duty receptionist that we are getting ready and just finalising our luggage and all stuff that we need to take. then suddenly she rang again about 10 min after and said you need to checked OUT 'NOW' which really make my tension go up again . I felt like we are treated like as if we wanted to stay forever, the way she demand us to get out and hand over the key. I was so furious and grab all stuff immediately while I am in the middle of doing my EYE BROW AND NOT COMBMING MY HAIR , BECAUSE THE WAY SHE DEMAND AND COMAND US TO GET OUT FROM THE ROOM NOW.and hand over the room key. I WAs really furious and tell her off the way she treated us as if they cannot give few minutes to give us leeway to get out from the room gracefully and ready.I hope management can give their stuff a bit of a training how to handle customer service. I know there is a hotel or apartment policy which I get that , but surely you won't tell your customer to get out 'NOW'!!! just because we over the time limit. and when we get to reception she probably don't understand what I am talking about telling her off that she should not threated us like that because it's not nice and I told her I wasn't very happy the way she COMMAND us like that. I told he I am not happy and I am not okey. my tension shoot up because the way she treated us. I travel a lot and went different hotel , this is the first time I have experience this.seems she have no clue why I am furrious.

PPengguna TetamuAccueil très professionnel. Chambres très confortables et propres. Literies et salles de bain nickels. Petits déj corrects mais sans plateau pour éviter les aller et retour. Dommage que tout cela ait été ternis par le ”bordel” occasionnés par des enfants de langue espagnole qui ont joué dans les couloirs jusque minuit en laissant claquer les portes équipées de groom et qui ont quitté l'hôtel le lendemain à 5 heures sans faire attention aux bruits également. Donc de quoi bien dormir sans pouvoir le faire.....

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is a little gem. Its strength is it staff. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were with Tangney Tours and Linda was an extremely professional and caring guide. Rooms are quite small but clean with maid service everyday. The restaurant staff were fabulous especially Corine's friendly and attentive approach at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Philippa in the restaurant was also excellent. Small bar at reception. 2 lifts and a staircase to access 9 floors.

Ibis Lourdes When we arrived we were very kindly given our room. We had asked for a room away from the lifts however when we went up to the room we were quite near the lift so I went downstairs to ask if we could change rooms. I was told by the receptionist that the hotel was full. so went back upstairs to go into the room. While I was downstairs my husband tried to get into the room many times and I also tried when back upstairs without success. The key-card machine kept flashing red except once for about 2 seconds went green but did not connect and open. So I again went downstairs to speak to the receptionist. At this point she was extremely rude saying, 'have you put the card in correctly, has it gone green etc'? Talking to us as if we had never used a keycard before! Then she proceeded to come upstairs and try the card without success herself even banging the door to try and open it. A short time afterwards once in our room I went downstairs to ask if I could have an extra blanket as sometimes I feel the cold at night to find a very helpful different receptionist who went to look for one. The room was fine- normal layout for the Ibis. Had an extremely large television. Unfortunately we had a very bad night due to what appears to the toilet fan unit being very noisy /broken and a road cleaner working along the roads outside our window from 0500 to 0545. When I mentioned in the morning that it appears the toilet fan was broken it was to the same receptionist who checked us in, turned round and said we should have asked to change rooms!!!!! When arrived showed my Silver Accor membership card - however nothing extra for being a member offered. Excellent central location

AAdventure26956291055Stayed here end March beginning April on our annual visit to Lourdes, with this being our second visit to this lovely hotel. Journey from the airport to hotel by taxi about 15/20 minutes depending on traffic. Swift check in at reception. Rooms on the 4th floor overlooking the river. Super comfortable beds, toiletries supplies, walk in shower, much needed kettle with coffee sachets, tea bags, milk & sugar supplied. Breakfast lovely, hot & cold items, tea, coffee, juices. Hotel close to the Sanctuary. Quiet time of the year, not very many restaurants open but you are able to find something to eat. Supermarket about 10 minute walk from the hotel. Staff all round friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay here, many thanks. Highly recommended.

Second time we have stayed at this hotel. Staff always helpful and friendly. Good location on the River Gave, quiet and peaceful but very close to bars and shops and walking distance to the Grotto snd Basillica. Rooms are basic and in need of updating decor wise but very clean and comfortable. Main areas of hotel are spotless and welcoming. Tea/coffee and kettle provided in the room was a nice touch. Would stay here again as we return to Lourdes most years. Thank you for helping make this years trip to Lourdes as wonderful and memorable as everytime we visit!

PPengguna TetamuReally looked forward to staying here but was very disappointed overall The pros Location is great , right in the heart of Lourdes so easy walk to sanctuary , shops , restaurants and bus stop. Size of the apartment was also ok ( we booked a family apartment so should of had 2 bedrooms and separate kitchen / sitting area with balcony and a classic apartment which is 1 separate bedroom with kitchen / dining . What we got initially was a studio room ( bed in same room as kitchen with separate bathroom , dining table was touching end of bed and a window ) and a 1 bedroom apartment which had a bunk bed in the kitchen area ( room 406) with a window looking directly into another room. I asked for a change on this room and got room 402, so had 2 single beds in a room with large window and a double couch bed in kitchen area with a balcony that was 2 foot wide but had stunning views so better. What we didn’t expect was the deposit in case of breakages of €100 ( I took room pics of other peoples damage and showed reception immediately) the box of self catering stuff provided , cups , plates ect to be collected from reception and the overall untidy and dirty room conditions. All 3 rooms we were in had the same issues. Coming to Lourdes with vulnerable people I didn’t expect the room to be a possible health hazard due to lack of basic cleaning and having to ask for basics like toilet roll , clean blankets and sheets surprised me. We had an early flight home & reception staff actually came to check our rooms before handing back the deposits that we paid in cash. Pictures don’t lie Home in door was room 406 when we checked in . Rest are of room 402 . The girl who checked us in on Monday , we didn’t see her again , another girl was left to deal with the issues.

PPengguna TetamuÀ fuir absolument, ne faites pas vous avoir en regardant uniquement ses prix qui sont bas 😡 le dirigeant srilankais et ses personnels sont comme la chambre de son hôtel. Aucun respect clientèle.. Vraiment une expérience désagréable dans cet hôtel que nous avons vécu. J'avais réservé 2 nuits à la base et je n'y suis restée qu'une seule. Le patron me demande de régler les séjours à l’arrivée avant de prendre possession de la chambre.. je n’ai jamais vu ça dans d’autres établissements 🤔 Au début je ne comprenais pas trop pourquoi mais après avoir réglé et visiter la chambre que j’avais compris pourquoi, au vue de l’état de la chambre ( la propreté? 0 hygiène, très mal isolée aussi bien thermique que phonique c’est 0, pas de chauffage opérationnel..) De plus le personnel srilankais qui m’a encaissé le paiement n’a pas foutu de me fournir la facture acquittée, il me demande de revenir plus tard pour qu’il me fasse la facture en revanche fallait absolument réglé la chambre impérativement 👎 C’est des escrows.. l'eau chaude pareil, faut laisser couler 10 minutes environ avant d’avoir l’eau tiède (sur leur règlement intérieur de l’hôtel, c’est spécifié pas de gaspillage en eau 🤔) Donc douche froide, pas de chauffage et nuit courte car il n'y a pas d'isolation phonique et thermique dans la chambre. Cet hôtel néglige complètement sa clientèle en therme de responsabilité pour le confort des clients et les remontées des dysfonctionnements. Leurs principales interêt c’est l’argent avant tout et le reste la direction comme ses employés sont fichent… Franchement qui t’a payé un séjour un peu plus cher, au moins vous aurez un séjour digne de votre voyage.. Le petit bonus c’est l’emplacement sinon je redis encore une fois fuyez cet établissement hôtel Milan🤬, personnellement je ne remettrai plus jamais mes pieds dans cet hôtel pourrie et je déconseillerai également à mes entourages
