Hotel Macau dengan Bar

We had a good stay at Riviera Hotel Macau. The location is good, it’s quiet. Had a great view of the Macau Tower and walking distance to Our Lady of Penha church. The room was clean and have all the basic nessesities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 6 nights and 6 days. they served same breakfast everyday. We didn’t mind at first but overtime, we started to crave variety. Eating the same thing everyday can become monotonous, even if it’s delicious. If would be nicer if they could serve breakfast with different dishes every other days. Overall, we had a good stay.

Sasmine, senjy dan liszt, yang mengaturkan bilik untuk saya di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, menaik taraf saya kepada jenis bilik apabila tiada jenis bilik yang sesuai, dan mood saya yang tidak berpuas hati pada asalnya bertambah baik. Pembantu di meja daftar masuk juga hebat! Sebagai jurugambar saya menggunakan kemahiran saya sendiri untuk mengambil gambar hotel. Hotel ini mempunyai payung yang boleh dipinjam Pelayan di restoran kilang hiburan mempunyai sikap yang sangat buruk. Dia menggunakan baucar percuma yang diberikan oleh hotel untuk mendapatkan roti tanduk babi , walaupun saya berada di bilik tetamu. *****, tetapi dia terlupa bahawa statusnya juga sangat rendah.

We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Everything was fine. People at lobby were friendly and helpful, could speak English. Recommend this hotel.

Very nice stay for a short stay in Macau. Only issue is a musty smell in the room. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly!! I would return.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, mudah untuk melancong, makan dan membeli-belah, dan mudah untuk mendaftar masuk di pelbagai tarikan. Hotel ini menjimatkan kos dan bilik-bilik adalah luas. Kedua-dua katil di dalam bilik berkembar adalah besar. Perkhidmatan meja depan adalah baik, biliknya agak bersih, dan tidak ada bau yang pelik Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati.

One of the best resorts I have stayed in. I travel all over the world and the facilities here are incredible. Lovely clean outside pool and jacuzzi, reasonable and tasty pool food menu. The staff are all lovely and so helpful. Big shout out to Maree who was delightful. Also a huge shout out to Carlos and Allen in the bar upstairs. They kept us entertained and satisfied with a range of bespoke cocktails. We had the most amazing stay and we will be back!!

Our check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us. When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management. Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in. She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.

Persekitaran hotel: Harga hotel tidak mahal untuk Macau, tetapi sudah tentu tempat itu agak jauh dari hotel besar yang terdekat adalah Galaxy Hotel. Hotel ini juga menyediakan bas ulang-alik, walaupun kekerapannya tidak tinggi dan destinasi adalah terhad. Perkhidmatan dan kemudahan: Bilik hotel bagus, dan bilik mandi adalah lebih besar daripada yang dijangkakan. Perlu disebutkan bahawa ia menggunakan tandas urut Jepun, yang bersih dan selesa. Garam mandian disediakan untuk tetamu mandi, yang sangat bertimbang rasa di dalam peti sejuk. Bagi kemudahan bilik, ia juga sangat bersih, dan langsir elektrik boleh dinaikkan dan diturunkan untuk menghadap ke pemandangan malam sungai. Hiburan berdekatan: Ia adalah 10-15 minit berjalan kaki dari hotel ke kawasan perumahan Terdapat banyak restoran asli di sana pada siang hari, anda boleh makan ramen Jepun di bawah hotel.

Not enough bars actually in hotel, the Galley really only has 1 beer. Fishermen's Wharf area has clubs, but these open very late. Breakfast selection is large,but sometimes, things that should be kept hot are cold, i.e., baked beans. Coffee machine needs a replacement, no latte or hot milk option. Coffee is very strong. The room was a very good size and seems well maintained. Staff at Breakfast need updating about guests, they were very insistent that I had no Breakfast with my room. Shown them booking,still very loud go to reception, luckily manager turned up ,checked my booking and it was correct. Would recommend this place.
