Top Erlebnis! Mein Mann und ich waren für 5 Tage im Hotel und haben hier Silvester gefeiert. Das Frühstück und das komplette Silvesterpaket waren ausgezeichnet! Das Frühstuck im Hotel wird mit viel Liebe vorbereitet und die Produkte (auch für Vegetarier und Veganer geeignet) werden frisch zubereitet. Tiberiu Kereme hat uns jeden morgen am Frühstückstisch liebevoll betreut, mit einer Aufmerksamkeit die noch selten zu finden ist. Danke Tibi! Das ganze Küchenteam hat permanent darauf geachtet das alle Gäste super zufrieden sind. Auch für das Rezeption Team und das Management haben wir ein herzliches Dankeschön und Glückwunsch für die tolle Organisation. Die Silvesterfeier war ein richtiger Erfolg; das Management und die Mitarbeiter des Hotels haben alles super profesionell gemeistert. Danke für Alles! Wir kommen wieder!

Overall excellent experience ruined by contracted horrible laundry service! Clothing was not ready when promised, poorly washed -- light clothes darkened from mixed wash, clothes were returned folded/damp & the reception staff supporting the contractor's stories -- my clothes were promised the evening before, when they were not returned the next morning, reception staff said the contractor was on the way -- 20 minutes later, they told me the contractor was ironing my clothes & will be here in 10 minutes, all lies! The Golden Tulip Ana Tower's needs a reputable laundry service or discontinue it!

We stayed at this hotel in February for Valentine's Day and did not regret our choice for a minute. The hotel is very comfortable and really cares about its customers. I'm surprised that this site gave the hotel such a low rating. I would give it 10/10 for everything. We checked into the hotel very quickly. Our room was on the second floor. We rode the elevator a couple of meters once and later we only used wonderful stairs with portrets on the wall. The room had 2 toilets. The cleanliness is perfect. Silence. We were especially pleased with all the hotel amenities in the room, from shampoos to bed linen, bathrobes and slippers, which were of high quality. No cheap synthetics. I like it when you pay money and you can see what you paid for. The interior is very beautiful and unusual. The hotel is cozy. Lots of places to relax and take beautiful photos. Breakfast in the restaurant had a lot of choice and all the food was very tasty. In the evening we visited the spa complex with a swimming pool and sauna, which was also included in the room payment. The water in the pool was warm and clean, just like a bath. I saw that some people wrote that the hotel’s interior Baroque style is outdated. I completely disagree. This hotel definitely has its own zest and charm and it brightly complements the impressions of the city itself with its unique centuries-old history. It's sad when hotels in different countries are similar to each other, differing only in the color of the vases or walls. Over time, they are simply erased from memory. In this case, I have vivid memories of the city of Sibiu thanks to this hotel. The hotel is located in an old beautiful building on the central pedestrian street. It was very convenient to explore the city, making circles along the ancient streets, past small taverns and shops and then, tired, returning to the oasis of comfort and coziness right in the center of the tourist area. I especially want to note the high-quality work of the staff. All the employees with whom we had the opportunity to communicate were very friendly and helped us sincerely. We were received as their guests. I recommend this hotel for romantic couples.

This is the third time when I stay at Hilton Sibiu and my only choice of accommodation when I visit this city. The location is very convenient, near the zoo and Astra village museum, in a quite area, surrounded by forest and greenery. The city center is quite accessible, just a 10 minuted ride by car. We preferred to leave our car in the parking lot at the hotel and use the convenient public transportation - bus # 13, which has the bus stop right near the hotel. Uber & Bolt are also a good, affordable solution for anyone. The rooms are very spacious, with large and comfortable beds. We appreciated the balcony and the bidet in the bathroom, this kind of features are not very common in hotels. The breakfast was just outstanding, with a very large selection that will satisfy every taste. My recommendation is not to miss the local goodies, with traditional Romanian food. This might open your curiosity to try other traditional dishes at ”Camara Boierului” restaurant, which I recommend not only for the food, but also for the decoration. Prosecco at breakfast is a nice touch, I like to end the meal with a mimosa cocktail. I just want to add that staying at the Hilton will grant you the access to a variety of services such as: Executive Lounge, massage services, pool, sauna, etc

The friendly and attentive staff added a warm touch, making me feel truly welcomed. Waking up to the view of Sibiu's old town from my room was a highlight in itself. The hotel's proximity to landmarks like the Council Tower and the Brukenthal National Museum allowed for easy exploration of the city's rich history and culture. After a day of sightseeing, the hotel's restaurant, with its delicious Romanian cuisine, became a favorite spot. The nearby Piata Mare, surrounded by colorful baroque buildings, offered a lively atmosphere for evening strolls and people-watching. In essence, Hotel Continental Forum in Sibiu provided not just a comfortable stay but a delightful immersion into the city's ambiance. Its central location, welcoming atmosphere, and proximity to Sibiu's attractions make it an ideal choice for anyone exploring this picturesque corner of Romania. 🏰🍽️🌆

The hotel delivers what you would expect. Room looked clean and tidy. The room style is a bit outdated to my taste (my taste is more modern) but it is definitely ok. Breakfast is served at 7.00am during the week which can be a bit late but the offering is good with local specialties. There is a small gym with 1 running machine, 1 elliptical, 1 bike and 1 upper body machine. There is a sauna which was closed during my stay in October 2023. Accessibility from the airport is good, around 5 minutes with a taxi.

行程至今住的房間最簡單的了，但是服務還行，前台和餐廳服務都很好，衹是感覺不知道哪裡不對勁，在這哭了一場，鬧了不愉快，安靜，周圍是運動場和公園，錫比烏的水特別好，甘甜，無水鹼。

Can't go wrong with downtown classic. Just a stroll away from the old center with all its history, bars and restaurants, the Ramada Sibiu kinda has it all. Location, view, generous apartments with kitchenette for families, decent indoor and outdoor parking (upon availability - no reservations), large restaurant and plenty of meeting space. Yup, they sometimes have a dodgy elevator and no pool, but hey, no one's perfect! Tip: try to get a room opposite the elevators at a superior level so that you can enjoy the view - you van see the mountains on a clear day ;)

I loved the comfortable beds and the location of this hotel. Nice, attentive staff. Nice courtyard. Although, the cigarette smoke from the enclosed courtyard does come up to the rooms’ windows. Ask for room with windows to the street if that could bother you. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms large. I would definitely stay here again.
