The service was great, and the room was nice and clean. The overall ambiance is very grand, making it perfect for photos. The pool was also very clean, and best of all, there were hardly any people. It would be even better if the breakfast were a bit cheaper.

Even though I'd seen pictures beforehand, I was still pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The service was thoughtful, and we received a welcome fruit platter. The garden view was beautiful. There was a slight hiccup with a last-minute change to the guest name, but the front desk sorted it out in advance, which was a relief. Breakfast was really nice! 😋

Do not really worth for the money as too close with Grand Lisboa Palace which do not create the amphoshere for the super 5 star hotel with all the share facilities. Even thought want to take a taxi also need to walk to Grand Lisboa Palace that I do not see the privilege that I paid so much money for staying at this hotel. The only good thing is room size is huge but too empty with little decoration or furniture to fill the room and just make the room look empty

The suite was excessively large. The bathroom was divided into three sections: a dressing room with a wardrobe and vanity, a bathtub area, and a toilet and shower room. Ironically, the toilet and shower, which are used most frequently, were extremely cramped, making it inconvenient to open and close the doors. The service was excellent; the front desk and all staff members greeted guests with a smile.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The luxurious ambiance and excellent service truly made it a memorable experience. The only minor issue was the slow bathroom water drainage, which caused some flooding after showers. However, it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. Would definitely return for another luxurious getaway!

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, connecting with Grand Lisboa Palace. It's also conveniently located near Wynn Palace. The mall where the hotel is situated has a variety of dining options, including a tea restaurant, which is very handy.

Excellent hotel with great service and a lovely environment. The pool is highly recommended. There's no buffet breakfast, but the à la carte breakfast is filling, though the selection isn't very wide. The bread is superb! The afternoon tea is fantastic and highly recommended.
