Deze hotel ,kon geen taxi vinden ,er is geen huis nr,en telefonisch contact krijg je nooit ,telefoon gaat over. Maar wordt nooit beantwoord. Ik weet niet of het een fake hotel is ,me moeite gedaan en nooit hotel gevonden . De organisatie gevraagd voor hotel huis nr,nooit gehad.Wel voor 6 dan betaald Ben met onder handeling bezig

No es nada como en la foto, la ubicación es malísima y nos tuvimos que ir a otro hostal. El servicio estaba bien pero el baño estaba fatal, nos cayeron cosas de la pared y sucio.El hombre de la casa dormia allí con nosotras y nos fuimos,le cogimos mucho miedo, lo llame para pedir la cancelación y me puse en contacto con trip.El contacto con trip fue genial pero el proveedor no contesta y no sa señales.Lo llame q el y le dije todo lo q no era igual y me dijo que se había equivocado de casa y que no era la que teníamos que ir, esto me parece muy fuerte tienes que saber donde va la gente y donde no si trabajas de esto porque nosotras fuimos de turistas y pasamos mucho miedo.

La zona en la que está ubicado el departamento no es la mejor, falta un poco de limpieza y muebles

this is an apartment in a less well-off area of Madrid, far from public transport, shops and restaurants. It has 4 double bedrooms (the advert stated 2 bedroom flat) and only one bathroom where a larger person would not fit in the shower. Kitchen is not equipped properly - no coffee mugs, no bowls, no bottle opener, to name a few. Furniture in the room is non existent - a pole for wardrobe and a small coffee table for everything else. Pillows were strange long ones and uncomfortable. Communication was difficult - no English, AT ALL - I had to translate every word. We had a brand new TV though, so had to remove the foil from the screen and tune it etc - it was not guest ready as it should have been.

El proceso de check-in en esta propiedad es extremadamente frustrante. A pesar de tener un número de contacto, nunca responden. Al llegar, me vi obligado a reservar en otro hotel porque la propiedad no revisó su correo electrónico a tiempo y me informaron que había perdido mi ventana de check-in. Este nivel de falta de profesionalismo es inaceptable. *********************** The check-in process at this property is extremely frustrating. Despite having a contact number, no one ever answers. Upon my arrival, I was forced to book a different hotel because the property failed to check their email in time and informed me that I had missed my check-in window. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

da beim buchen nicht sichtbar war, dass es sich um ein Massenquartier handelt, haben wir das Zimmer nicht bezogen, denn wir wollten nicht mit 6 anderen Personen 1 Toilette, Bad usw teilen. Es wäre schön, wenn wir wenigstens einen Teil unserer Ausgaben zurück bekämen. Vielen Dank im voraus

Poco profesionales , no llegaron abrirme la puerta del alojamiento ! NOS DEJARON EN LA CALLE CON FRÍO

Poca seriedad del personal ya que hubo cancelación de última hora
