Super great hotel to stay. Very nice smile at the front desk and concierge. MO is still my favorest stay choice with no doubt.

I booked this hotel because of its location but after I arrived I think the location is even better than I expected. It is center to everything very convenient. Staffs are very polite and helpful

酒店設施完善～服務周到～親切熱情～ 值得提的是洗護用品：歐舒丹的～yyds 服務人員還貼心的夜床服務並送上歐舒丹的護手霜～很不錯～ 房間有贈送免費的礦泉水～ 唯一不足就是從酒店出來通往路邊的街道一股尿騷味…十分噁心～（酒店大門在巷子裏面）

We are an American couple from California. We don't usually write reviews but our experience at this hotel was so special that we just had to write a review. Our room was very nice and comfortable, but it was the customer service that we found so excellent. From the moment we checked in with the wonderful welcome at the service desk, and for the four days we stayed, was always so friendly and helpful. The bellman and Adrian were ”standouts.” Patricia, the concierge, was incredible. She always went way out of her way to arrange side trips, extra services and extra details we needed. She was really wonderful and so gracious. For these reasons and much more we plan to return to this hotel again.

This hotel is very close to Atocha station, so very suitable for me as i travel to Barcelona and Toledo from Atocha. The hotel looks quite new and clean. I like the modern interior design. They also allowed me to put my luggage in the hotel after check out for 3 days when i traveled to Barcelona, that provides great convenience for me! Overall, can consider this hotel again if visit Madrid in the future.

Breakfast & complementary break room with coffee and snacks downstairs was fantastic. The desk ladies were super helpful & even helped me book a tour as well as helped me sort out the laundry form - bless them for letting me practice my Spanish with them😅😅. Personally, this was the perfect hotel at the perfect time for 2 reasons; 1) there's nothing on the walls, no paintings or pictures which was good for me as a kindergarten teacher on vacation, I appreciated the sensory deprivation 🙂 and 2) there was a lot of floor space to work out in the room since there was no gym. Plenty of room in all directions to do yoga, BJJ drills & floor workouts - I don't know if I just got lucky with the room. 😊

Hotel fabuloso, aunque la habitación no era muy grande estaba totalmente equipada, el ambiente resultó muy tranquilo y las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Dormimos genial. El desayuno nos gustó mucho porque había bastante variedad de frutas y productos frescos. La atención del personal fue genial. Repetiremos sin duda.

Good in location, near Atocha station. Good hotel facilities. Good star services. Good breakfast. BUT be careful to select the room, my room get a big column inside living room and bath room, very bad experience. I book the Superior twin room, but not superior, only at 1/F. No place to put our luggage, no table to put our accessories. May be you have to pay more to book large room will be better. And bad entrance design, you need to to go inside through a staircase, will be a problem if you have heavy luggage.

I had a pleasant stay in Catalonia Granvia Madrid (in the city centre). Friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are clean. Although the hotel is located on a busy road, I was not bothered by noise as my room was fortunately at the back. You can also enjoy good food in the restaurant. If I go to Madrid again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel is nice and well located. The best part was that a friend joined me for a night and the receptionist offer to set up the sofa bed in my room to let him sleep there. He went himself to the room to do it. It was a nice touch.
