Hotel berhampiran Balikbayan Handicrafts, Makati

Ini adalah kali kedua saya menginap di Semenanjung Manila. Saya telah berada di sini sekali dalam 18 tahun dan bilik telah diubah suai, tetapi tidak banyak yang berubah. Perkhidmatan meja depan masih cekap dan mesra. Kualiti sarapan pagi juga agak baik, tetapi terdapat banyak makanan Barat dan sangat sedikit makanan Cina. Yang menghairankan, perkhidmatan di ruang legar yang mengagumkan pada masa lalu, adalah harga yang rendah Selepas kereta kami tiba, ramai kuli di sana, tetapi tiada siapa yang membantu kami menarik pintu atau bagasi topi besar di pintu Okay, tetapi sekarang orang itu telah berubah, saya hanya bercakap dengan diri sendiri dan tidak membuka pintu untuk tetamu. Kemudian, seorang lelaki keselamatan membantu kami membawa bagasi kami. Masalah perkhidmatan yang sama juga berlaku dengan wanita muda yang mengambil tempat duduk semasa sarapan pagi. Dia kelihatan begitu sombong dan mengecewakan. Hotel profesional, langsir gelap dibuat begini, aduhai! ! !

I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

Very convenient as of downstairs can access to food, groceries and pharmacy, this is the best part. Next, is the breakfast which is delicious. Good service, complete amenities and safe & comfort to stay for a single lady for 1 month long. But Cleanliness is just 3 star to me, it’s not really clean even though they did room service everyday.

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

iM hotel is a midern hotel located smack in.the middle of Makatai and its very handy to bars restaurants malls and Makatis night life. The rooms are a good size with a desk, a sofa, a large bed, and some good views across Makati and Manila from the upper floors. There's a bar fridge, a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and a large LCD TV with a reasonably good selection of English speaking channels. There's an outdoor swimming pool and bar and a rooftop restaurant with some great views over Makati. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is a decent size, and the water pressure is reasonable but could be a lot better. I encountered some minor problems during my stay, but thanks to the professionalism and expedient handling of the matters by management, these issues were resolved quickly, which I am thankful for. I would have no problem recommending this hotel or returning here again

The hotel overall provided a good experience, with cleanliness meeting standard expectations. However, given its 5-star rating, the amenities offered were not particularly impressive for the price point and felt rather basic. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. One area for improvement would be the corridor lighting on the floor I stayed on, which was dim and could benefit from replacements to enhance the ambiance.

Staff 💯 friendly and helpful, Staff A+ Rooms to noisy if want good sleep on the same of life and also all 25 above. Issue with bed sheets, unsightly mark when pulled cover back, the quickly them. But had to change rooms ..01 due to noise to the other side, which was great ..05 but water burster in bathroom, about 30 mins into another on 26th floor, but after 10 mins the humming from multiple outside air con units, plus thin glass, then add the vibration of the music from the roof top bar, that wasn't going to be a good night, off another back on 23rd floor - the shower drain wasn't draining. So rooms stay on 24th or below floors and the same of the lane way and should be fine. Staff were amazing.

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like ******* Agoda ********** etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like WTF!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. I recently stayed at the Ramada Encore Makati, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. The Ramada Encore Makati offers excellent value for money, combining affordability with top-notch service and amenities. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in a prime location. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Makati.
