Hotel berhampiran Concentrix - Makati City Phil (Insular), Makati

I wasn’t the one who stayed, but when I asked the person who did, she said it was a nice hotel. Additionally, I liked the location because of how close it was to everything, making it very convenient.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. The room we had was so clean and the breakfast buffet was very nice. I sent my special request for a room with a view and they gave us a room with a great view! The service was very nice, the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I had a great time. The only downside were the parking garage was confusing because there were no signs that can lead us to the exit. The amenities like the elevators were also a bit old and when we tried to go to our floor (30th flr), from the top flr, its not allowing us to go there so when we realized what was going on, had to stop to the 29th flr and use the emergency exit to go to our floor. No biggie but i would like to see more signs in the future to avoid this incident. Overall, we will come and visit again. :)

5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. Thumbs up!!

it was a very nice stay... hindi lang namin na check ung pool dahil pagod na, at the room we stay we can see out neighbors (okada and kingsford) super lapit din sa SM MOA AT AIRPORT! the place was perfect ! we booked the queen superior with view, maybe next time they can add a haircomb (disposable) nakalimutan ko akin then nag hanap ako wala and also they can also add robe but over all it was a great stay! the breakfast buffet also was fantastic!!!!

Недалеко от аэропорта, хороший просторный номер с балконом. Кондиционер не дует в кровать и это уже огромный плюс. Рядом севен элевен. Есть горячая вода. Персонал отличный. Для транзитных пассажиров прекрасно.

The room was clean and with complete amenities! Pool area was also nice. However, when my son wanted to try the game room, it wasn't open. The only negative review I have is during breakfast buffet, the refilling of food took a while, plus the cleanliness was poor. You can literally pass by the piled up dishes in the hallway. My husband also said that in the outdoor area, dishes and utensils were also piled up! Note that this is where to asked for some eggs up be cooked. Literally, the staff were disorganized.

Was given a room without bidet and hair dryer, AC and fridge not cold and visible moulds in the ceiling. The room is quite old and does not befit of 5 star status. I was relocated to a better room after giving this feedback but just wondering why they still give this kind of room to their guest? The hotel has seen its better times and quite jaded. I have to say that the hotel staff service is good, friendly and accommodating typical of Filipino renowned hospitality.
