Hotel berhampiran Kleid, Makati

I had an early booking for my travel to Vietnam and in between flights i have to stay in manila for 20hrs. I booked a hotel in Hop Inn and already mentioned and included the option for early check in and check out. It was such a tiring travel and when I get to the hotel, i was expecting to have a rest early in the morning. The hotel staff was really nice but they did not allow me to book an early check in despite having it included as an option on my booking. I arrived at 7 in the morning and had to wait until 2pm to finaly rest. I dozed off at the lobby until 2pm and finally when my room was ready i rested inside only for 5hours because i had to check out early. Was the price worth it for my stay? I think not.

The room we had was so clean and the breakfast buffet was very nice. I sent my special request for a room with a view and they gave us a room with a great view! The service was very nice, the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I had a great time. The only downside were the parking garage was confusing because there were no signs that can lead us to the exit. The amenities like the elevators were also a bit old and when we tried to go to our floor (30th flr), from the top flr, its not allowing us to go there so when we realized what was going on, had to stop to the 29th flr and use the emergency exit to go to our floor. No biggie but i would like to see more signs in the future to avoid this incident. Overall, we will come and visit again. :)

5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. Thumbs up!!

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. ホテルの位置はかなり住宅街の中。少しわかりにくい。新しいホテルのようでとても綺麗。シャワーは冷たいシャワーのみ。本来4人のシェアルームだが4人分支払い、私たちは個室のように使えたためとても快適だった。モトサイクルでここに来たが、駐車場も無料で利用できた。

We were able to check-in earlier. However the first room we got had leaking aircon so we asked for a transfer. The transfer was done immediately. The staff were very active and accommodating. We also requested for pots and pans for cooking and they gave it to us right away. Service here is really good despite old facilities especially the bathroom. The bathroom had drainage smell but could be masked by the air freshener they gave us. Hehe

Fluffiest pillow indeed! And mattress too! Well thought facilities and amazing staff. There's free coffee and tea that the guest can use anytime. Soap & shampoo provided there's even a slippers. But most of all security stands out you have your own keys for the room and gate. Stay amazing!

Good place, clean, the room are fairly big and comfortable. It's noisy in the morning if the room face the street so earplugs are recommended for light sleeper. The staff is helpful and professional.

Compared before the service was excellent, we requested for additional linen and hot water, they are fast, and after 10 minutes we received a call from the reception confirming if we already received what we requested. The room smells good, it is also clean, the tv signal is nice, and the aircon is cool. There's no need to pay for a security deposit. There's an intern who always greeted us.

It was a quick stay but a lovely one. Didn't expect that the amenities are good. Best of all is their breakfast. I was initially thinking that food is typical hotel taste but my wife and I found it really tasty :)
