Hotel terbaik di Malakoff

My husband and I stayed here for 15 days during the summer in August. I didn’t have the highest expectations when I booked our room because of the low ratings but I’m glad we took our chances. Check-in process was smooth and staff were very friendly and welcoming. When we got into our room, it was better than I expected. The bed was fairly comfortable, free wifi was provided, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, although the shower was tight (if you are wider built like my husband, it was slightly tight for him) but it wasn’t a big deal. We knew before booking this room that there was no AC so we were prepared for that. The room had a fan which was good enough for us. I noticed there was no iron/ironing board in the room so I went to the front desk and they were able to provide us with one during our stay. They don’t clean the rooms everyday and only cleaned it once during our 15 days there but again, we knew that before we booked so that wasn’t an issue. We walked around in the area quite a bit (even past 10pm) and it seemed pretty safe. It’s only about an 8 min walk to the metro and you could be in the heart of Paris in minutes. We went to Intermarché for our groceries which was only a 5 min walk from our room. The only thing we didn’t like was the room smelt like someone had smoked in it even though it was a non-smoking room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again. It was so much cheaper to stay here than in Paris where prices for rooms are over double the price.

Terrible experience and Do NOT believe their pictures. Dirty, smelly, careless management and worse reception service. The reception is always chatting with other staff or pretending she/he is busy. The only smiles received you can get is house keeper, reception staff makes sure you get a long face every day, walk out/in from the entrance. This hotel has a long contract with a Chinese telecom equipment company (some Chinese guests during breakfast told me), and this Chinese company contributes many bookings. Assume this is the reason why management and reception are so arrogance and careless, because they are ”safe” from guaranteed bookings, what do they care about quality and improving service. As I refer those negative comments posted before, they don't improve at all. Took some pictures while stay, being a Accor member, will definitely send to its headquarter. I don't know why this hotel dares to claim as 3 stars hotel. What a shame. Even 1 point is too much. 非常糟糕的體驗，不建議浪費金錢在這裡，糟糕的前台服務人員，非常噁心的廁所味道，以及不夠確實的清潔服務。

Camera e bagno essenziali ma un po' datati il letto un pochino duro ma qualità del sonno ottima . Situato a 5 km circa dal centro di Parigi e 20/30 minuti dalle principali attrazioni turistiche raggiungibili con metropolitana che dista 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Usato come punto di partenza per visitare Parigi va benone. Qualità prezzo buona e personale cordiale e alla mano. In zona tranquilla e comodo ai servizi, supermarket, fastfood e qualche ristorantino.

Hotel just in the outskirts of Paris... On metro line 4, close to Porte de Versailles and with a private car park. Breakfast overlooking the garden will get your day off to a great start. The hotel has recently been renovated with a design that is both contemporary, enlightening and energizing. The rooms are quite small, but got everything you need. Breakfast is great, choice for everybody. Price/quality wise a good choice when your off to visit the city for the biggest part of the day.

First of all, the hotel is in a beautiful suburban location 20min away from Paris center and 40min from Versailles. The room was okay, warm, nothing wow but comfy. But the most remarkable thing of this hotel is the great staff. We really felt welcome. We have a situation with our bed and immediately was resolved. Also when I asked for a market at midnight cause I really needed chocolate but sadly everything in the neighbourhood was already closed, the guy from reception trusted me his metro card to use the bending machine of the subway.

Camere piccole, arredate in maniera misera e vecchia. La nostra camera (n° 31) aveva addirittura il supporto della doccia rotto (quindi eravamo obbligati a farci la doccia con una mano sola perchè l'altra serviva per tenere la doccia!), non era presente nemmeno un misero ripiano su cui appoggiare il flacone dello shampoo o il sapone durante la doccia, per non parlare degli asciugamani (un solo asciugamano piuttosto piccolo, circa 70x100cm che dove servire come asciugamano per il viso e per la doccia), bagno cieco senza nemmeno lo straccio di una aspiratore per il ricambio di aria, materasso che sembrava di dormire su un materasso ad acqua per quanto si ”sprofondava”), reception cupa e scarsamente illuminata e ”odore di vecchio” n tutta la struttura. Una vera delusione ... Il wi-fi dell'albergo che, al terzo piano, andava quando voleva ... Ah, dimenticavo. SENZA ASCENSORE E CON SCALE PIUTTOSTO RIPIDE. MAI PIU' in quell'albergo.

It was a good stay, quiet, great price nice area close to train station which made everything easy. 15 minutes from all the areas we wanted to visit.
