We stayed overnight for my son’s birthday. I’ve nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. Ambiance - the high ceilings of the building gave the hotel a luxurious feel. The lounge area had comfy sofas; they have a restaurant that either serve buffet style or plated. Location - the hotel is located in Scout Castor. There are nearby restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store. You’ll appreciate the silence of the surroundings especially if you need a good nights rest. Hotel room - we stayed at an executive twin bedroom on the eight floor. I was very surprised with how spacious the room was for the price we paid for! It also had high ceilings with floor length windows and blind curtains. The room had a modern industrial style which i loved so much. Amenities - they have water refilling stations on every floor to prevent the use of single use plastic bottles. The pool area was so nice.. the pool itself was only about 4 feet deep. There’s also a lounge are where you can relax and enjoy the view of QC. Staff - Everyone we encountered on April 29-30, 2023 were super kind and courteous! I want to commend the receptionists (i forgot to get their names huhu) and sir Harold for being so nice to us talaga. I was alone with two small kids and nakikipag kwentuhan sila and nakikipagtawanan sila sa akin. Hehe. I dunno, I just appreciated it so much kasi this was the first time I traveled alone with my kids. All in all, Privato QC is an awesome place and we will definitely go back probably for a longer stay pa. Medyo nakakagulat nga na wala masyado guests though peak times kami nag book considering it was a long weekend pa. This hotel gets a five star for me! ❤️

FFauzi AzizLocated in Malate, lyf was located within a 5-minute walk to a big shopping mall so it was super convenient for you to get meals, necessities and everything else. The service was top-notch, with the staff and security always ensuring that we were safe and taken care of. The room in itself was modern and clean so our stay was very comfortable. Don't expect 5-star amenities though but it was completely fine for my friends and I as we were mostly out and about exploring the city anyway. Overall, would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaIt was our 2nd time to book to this hotel. The room was spacious and clean but the view from our hotel room was a roof, though we could still see the harbour view from afar. I requested for a room with a view when I booked it but when we got there the room we got was not granted, According to the staff the hotel was fully booked. It was a great place.The ambience of the hotel lobby is warm, welcoming and festive.They served sumptuous breakfast buffet.
The staff were very nice, very friendly and very accommodating. 😊

CCharmaineI really enjoyed my stay here, staff are accomodating, even the securities, its also good that they allow visitors to be visit us the only sad thing is that when we booked the room the pool is under renovation, we have a kid and they are anticipating the pool to be enjoyed and also the toilet handle is broken thats makes it very hard to use it as well as the shower valve.

JJustin DupuisMy wife and I along with our son stayed there for two nights. Check in was easy and we were greeted when we opened the door. The hotel is very busy and tons of people coming in and out. I was shocked because it seemed very old on the inside but nice. Quick and easy check although I was asked to pay a 2,000 php deposit fee that I got back when we checked out. Room was okay and bed was comfy. The AC had to be turned on and off and turned all the way up but still was hot for us three. Hotel seemed very strict and didn't feel too welcoming as we seemed to be watched the whole time especially at breakfast. The buffet was okay and the food wasn't that hot. Coffee was way on the other side along with the juice which didn't have any labels to what it was. My biggest complaint was the door latch though. Even if locked you could move the door back and forth as if it was unlocked oh and of course the AC. Water pressure was excellent and water temp was perfect if not the best. Might stay here again due to price and location.

There is no Restaurant but there are great restaurants within walking distances in the neighbourhood. Safety is guaranteed. Good for both long term and short stay.

PPengguna TetamuAn unmined gem. Elegant old-world interiors with checkerboard floors in the lobbies and hallways, intricate wrought-iron railings, and beautiful Spanish tiles and brocade wallpaper in the suites. Some common areas, like the central courtyard, need a little TLC but are quietly lovely with trailing flowers and birds chirping above. The pool is a good size, not overly large, but with a great bay view. Parking is adequate for guests though might be a struggle if there is an event in the 1000-person ballroom. We had a gorgeous, comfortable corner suite with windows overlooking the bay on one side and the park on the other side. The giant king bed was luxurious and a delight to sleep on, and the huge bathtub was a treat for the kids. The hotel cafe has a delicious breakfast buffet featuring different regional dishes, and there is also a rooftop restaurant and bar with a perfect panorama for cocktails paired with the famous Manila Bay sunset. There are some quirky policies though, like the need to pay on the spot for ala carte orders rather than charging them to your room. Also because this is an old building, there is kind of a split floor plan where the hotel has two wings. Each wing has its own suites but only one has direct access to the poolside and spa, so if you're in the other one, you need to pass thru the lobby and transfer elevators to get there. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but is something to consider when you book. The best part though was the service. Every person was warm and gracious, and a real pleasure to deal with. Rushdee at the front desk and Prince at the roofdeck took exceptional care of our family during our stay. It is also walking distance to family attractions like the Manila Ocean Park, Museo Pambata, and of course Rizal Park. All in all a memorable and wonderful place to stay in the city of Manila.

SskrsmdIn a strategic location. Near MRT Tayuman, Jollibee, other restaurant, drug store and 7-Eleven. The entrance is a bit hard to find - there's an alley between the drug store and Mang Inasal restaurant, there'a an entrance to the building and go to the 5th floor.
The room is spacious but just basic, you got what you paid. The employee is very helpful.

NnyiorelacbOkay for guests who are looking for a budget hotel around Manila. I booked this Reddoorz room for a night as I have business agenda the next day. Arrived late night but still there’s a front desk staff on duty.
This is good, the only off for me is the location since it’s a little bit hard to find in the map and no elevator access, you have to use stairs. Not advisable for families with seniors or kids.
