This hotel was fantastic! The food is very superior to anything in Turkey.. the taste was Amazing! The main bar staff were hard working and happy... We visited the Levante restaurant and it was superb!! The hotel caters for a lot of people so I can’t say a bad word! 24 hours snacks! Vodka was perfect for us. The wine wasn’t for me, however you can pay for a nice bottle..Beach fab with a bar too! We loved it and will return

The food was outstanding from Breakfast, Lunch and evening meal in the main restaurant. All of the staff were fantastic and hard working even in the overwhelming heat that has hit Turkey this week. We decided to eat in the rooftop restaurant tonight and yet again the food and service was brilliant. The entertainment most evenings has been very good and at midnight the staff asked remaining people sitting outside to come inside so that it did not disturb any other guests. The drinks, from beer, spirits to cocktails were all great. You have the choice of sitting and relaxing around the pool or just one minute away is the beach (you do require beach shoes and the. Sand is quite harsh). There is a great little bar on the beach as well and also the availability of hiring a comfortable sun bed on the pier. Overall I have had a fabulous trip and I will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the future. Keep up the great work

Absolutely beautiful hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here after a week of cruising. It was clean, the food was excellent, the entertainment was good, and it was a great spot on the front with its own beach area. Our room was side facing, but we had a great view of the mountains. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Best all inclusive hotel I have ever stayed in, cannot fault anything.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel and honestly we were so sad to go home having the best holiday we've had in a long time. The staff are just so attentive and can't do enough for you. The food is also delicious, so much on offer for every dietary requirement. We had a meal at the restaurant on the last night and came away so full it was all so tasty. We stayed in a room that faced the hotel opposite, you could hear the entertainment but it generally stopped at about 10.30 (the same time as our entertainment) so we didn't mind too much. I had a facial on the last day and my husband had a massage we would highly recommend each treatment, mine was done by a lovely lady called Ayse, I honestly came out glowing. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. Already pricing up for September.

Me and my wife have had 2 weeks at this hotel, and we have to say a really big thank you to our lovely tui rep Leslie she has been a good send to everyone, the hotel staff are very friendly helpful but our Leslie is the best we have already booked up to come back next year

Having stayed in Marmaris many time before we were recommended the grand azur by someone at our favourite restaurant (Karen kitchen) saying it was the best. How right they were as you just cannot fault this place. Rooms are spacious, we had 436 which was partial sea view and was spectacular views plus we were able to watch the nightly entertainment from the balcony Entertainment in the evening is very good, especially liked the columbian dancers who were amazing. Pool, beach and grass areas all kept immaculate and never had any problem finding beds no matter the time of day…..rare for any resort! No getting up at 5am to wrestle getting a bed was most freshing. I’d would like to thank all the staff individually for their excellent care and attention but I’d run out of room to review the rest but let’s just say we came as strangers and felt like friends at the end Food….if you can’t find anything you like then quite frankly, you are the one with the problem. Excelllent most evenings and only had one time I was supper happy but that was me trying something I’d never had before. Sooo much to choose, all hot and tasty. Bring bigger clothes if staying two weeks. Drinks are good and never found the all inc menu limited. Could order premium if you have to but beer and local sports good anyway. Bar staff amazing, always bringing you drinks with a smile on their faces. Even tried helping me with some Turkish words Tui staff and hotel staff all amazing too Last day today then home and will be sad to Leave. Overall impression…..10/10. Will return 100% Thank you all for an amazing two weeks

My wife and I have just arrived home after an excellent ten days at the Grand Azur to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This was our third visit to Turkey; we have always been impressed by the staff and value for money. This time was no different. We are fortune that we are able to holiday 3 or 4 times a year and have visited many resorts in many locations. Unfortunately, standards vary enormously. However, we were delighted to discover almost immediately that the reviews on Tripadvisor for the Grand Azur were spot on. We’d challenge anyone that didn’t give the hotel anything but positive feedback. The highlights have to be the food and drink service and the attentiveness of the staff. There was a great variety of food to choose from and the drinks were expertly made and served. Although all the staff were very helpful and warm and welcoming (which we are finding is becoming less common) a special call out is due to Mustafa Tekinler in ‘The Bar’ who took such great care of us during our stay. He went above and beyond to look after us and was so attentive he is worth particular praise and thanks. My wife and I look forward to returning to the Grand Azure in the very near future. You won’t be disappointed. If visiting, be sure to say hi to Mustafa!

Thank you to all the staff for the best 2 weeks this hotel was the best we ever been to. It is very clean staff our so helpful food is amazing. You even got tui guests service which is two lovely lady’s Ruth and seniha they walk round the pool check if you ok they always about and always happy to help or just for a chat. Thank you again for great holiday see you next year

Me an my husband are still at the hotel and I have to say all the staff from the cleaners to the tui rep are so friendly helpful the food is lovely the tui rep well she is so nice she will help you out with everything you need. Wr are in room 332 beautiful view

What a lovely stay at Tui blue Grand Azur. First time in Turkey and throughly enjoyed this hotel, In a really good spot, close to lots of shops and bars. This hotel has its own private beach, indoor and outdoor pool with a lazy river. Really good gym and food was so tasty, lots of choice and very easy to eat healthy at this hotel which can be difficult- Although just as much choice to indulge. There is a 24hr grab and go, with access to bottles of water, which is really good. Aircon is excellent and there is a free safe in the room. Staff are excellent and can’t do enough for you. This hotel is perfect for couples and we especially enjoyed the Levante restaurant, gorgeous views and food was lovely. We rarely return to hotels but this one it’s highly likely we will.

We came with a baby 10 mths its a nice hotel waiters lovely, but the extremely load entertainment is outside the bedrooms si babies can’t sleep. Bring your own food for them as very limited. I wish it said not child friendly. If you have to spend night in there is no british tv except news,

We love going, the hotel is amazing, food, drinks and staff are just the best. Spa treatments are so lovely. We always book through their representative guy, sorry i have forgotten the gentleman's name, so polite friendly an very enthusiastic. We went twice whilst our stay. Entertainment in the evening so enjoyable. We are booked for next year, that will be my 5th and many more visits to look forward too.

We have had the best 2 weeks at Tui Blue Grand Azur. All the staff were amazing especially Jusuf in the restaurant and Lesley the rep. The food was incredible and although we are vegan, there was so much choice that changed daily. The rooms were great and the bed was so comfortable. Before we got there we looked at the reviews and noted how many people went again and again, and we now realise why. We have booked to go again next year!

The hotel building itself I have no complaints about, it was well kept and spotlessly clean. The staff all pleasant and helpful, the pool area is lovely and gardens well maintained. Entertainment reasonable, some very good, some average. The room ( with pool & sea view) was spacious, and cleaned to high standards. If you dont get partial sea view at least, then you will be front facing and over looking a busy road, with The Greasy Spoon "Restaurant" opposite lol. AL option meant drinks included, but I do feel that these were well watered down... I mean how many G&T's would you drink at home, certainly not 6 or 7 without being on your back!! Same went for cocktails, while pleasant and made in front of you, they still didn't pack a punch. I think if you were paying for your drinks on a as you basis you might get better value. The beach bar is lovely, very relaxing with a lovely view but I couldn't really understand why there was very few people there, (we we're the only ones on at least 7 nights, early evening, 6ish) it was a go to for us straight from pool for a cocktail or Gin before heading up to the room to shower & change. Quite why it isn't more popular is beyond me... at least here the Gin tasted like it had Gin in it (now I sound like an alcoholic) I'm not, but I do like to feel I'm having a drink all the same! The buffet restaurant is good, staff again lovely and cleanliness top notch, first impressions are WOW, loads to choice from & ample, however, nothing is particularly hot and sadly, some dishes despite its display, tasted relatively bland. I discovered a microwave third night which helped with one of these issues at least. Display of food is lovely , plentiful and really good choice, but sadly lacking flavour. However, I did manage to eat every night but would have liked something that got my taste buds alive. Day time there is a really nice pool bar, again, spotlessly clean with a selected menu. Staff all pleasant and polite. Great service. The pools are lovely, the sea this time of year was very cold but I do like to swim of a morning before breakfast and this certainly helped blow away any cobwebs. The hotel is well situated, with a walk along prom in either direction. We walked to Old Town Marmaris which is beautiful with an old castle (small) and cobbles streets and a harbour full of private yachts. Very up market as were the restaurants. This place has a much nicer vibe and you could see the difference in clientele. In the other direction, we walked to Icemar but once there, didnt feel we were missing out on much. The TUI Blue is surrounded by ample bars (some tacky!!), and restaurants. If you prefer to eat out then you should find something suitable. The prom is busy and you have plenty of bars with entertainment. I would possibly return to the hotel at a push, but perhaps not stay AL. (Although this area of Marmaris didn't quite hit the spot, Old Town did!!) Hope the review helps.
