The Resort atmosphere was breathtaking and the personnel delivered an outstanding consistent service, especially Mr Arvin. He was also very quick and efficient through the email confirmation a day before the dinner. Since a week before, I was trying to book through Messenger like last time with the social media manger(Chris) who delivered effectively my needs and request for a set menu, but this time, the person who texted back mentioned that they are currently running Punjabi menu instead of Singaporean Menu which I knew. Even though, I decided to go with the Indian menu, requested with some changes but he/she said I was welcome but not guarantee. I was not pleased at all and understood that was not the same service I received in February. As it was meant for us to be there on that particular date, a day before I decide to call directly and to my surprise, I got to speak to the amazing Chef Prakash directly. And with a bright and humble energy, he took my requests. You can smell 5* culture from a distance. The food was so delicious and service was 5*. Mr. Arvin took good care of us and the African girl was very kind. We had a great time. Recommendation: Existing staff understand the hospitality culture better and they can upgrade to management level through proper guidance of further academic knowledge and empowerment to avoid staff turnover. New comers lack of genuine culture. Thank you Mr Arvin, Chef Prakash and Team.

رائع رائع رائع رائع من أفضل الفنادق اللي سكنتها .. تعامل العاملين قمة باللطافة ودودين للغاية الافطار جيد وغير متجدد العشاء كان منيو مو بوفية وماانصح فيه نهائي الغرفة مريحة والإطلالة فوق الممتازة أرجع وأكرر الزيارة والسكن فيه بالتأكيد ماانصح بالغرف اللي فوق الماء رحت لفندق ثاني وتمنيت إني ماغيرت السكن من هذا الفندق البطل

I had the sheer pleasure of staying at the Constance Belle Mare Plage for 10 days in April with my now-fiancée, an experience that exceeded our expectations in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, the tranquil paradise of Mauritius embraced us, matched only by the outstanding service and attention to detail provided by the hotel staff. The central figure orchestrating our memorable stay was Adasha, who is truly the embodiment of hospitality. Whether it was our daily breakfast service, ensuring our comfort throughout the day, or even arranging an incredibly romantic proposal setup, she attended to every detail with remarkable diligence and warmth. Her dedication and care made her not just a wonderful hostess but a cherished part of our experience. We rate her an emphatic 10+/10. Equally remarkable was Kailash. With his innate knack for arranging romantic breakfasts and dinners in our room, his charismatic presence as he drove us around the resort in his buggy, and his assertiveness that ensured all our needs were met, he was instrumental in making our holiday complete. His personable demeanor is a true credit to the hotel. Our appreciation extends to the room service team as well. Koomar, Veenaye, Joanne, Tarvesh, Nitesh, and Sanjeev all contributed to facilitating a seamless and unforgettable experience. Their collective attention to detail, promptness, and friendly demeanor were remarkable. However, the standout personality and the heart of the Constance Belle Mare Plage was Kris. You will find him on the beach, armed with an unbeatable selection of cocktail recommendations. His mixology skills are top-notch, and his engaging conversations coupled with a fantastic sense of humor made our beach days exceptionally memorable. Kris was not only an employee of the hotel but became a friend who enriched our stay. In summary, our experience at the Constance Belle Mare Plage was truly magical, fueled by the unwavering dedication of its staff, the beauty of its surroundings, and the exceptional level of service that made us feel like royalty. We have created unforgettable memories here, and we can’t wait to return next year. If you’re considering a trip to Mauritius, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

We have been to Anahita 3 times now and the reason we keep going back is the entire team are amazing and look after their guests with so much care. The facilities are fantastic - the dining options, the golf courses, the beaches. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. Any issues that arise are resolved immediately by the hotel. These and many factors make Anahita more special than anywhere else.

What a lovely time spent there. Hotel clean, well maintained, perfect staffs attitudes, good food. Yogesh in the restaurant was great, good Profesional service even the responsible and other staffs also. Keep up the good works mostly all these new youngsters in the hospitality section. The free shuttle available was great and helpful. Thks again all team, not to forget Room service quick responses and kitchen team, Bravo. Hope 2 see u all next time. Bonne continuation. منتجع قمة في الرُقي.. المجتمع فيه والبيئة جدًا ممتازة وراقيه، الخدمة رائعة ويبحثون عن رضاك مهما كان، كريمين جدًا وطيبين كموظفين يعاملونك كأنك صديق لهم ولست مقيم عندهم وهو مُجرد موظف يخدمك كخدمة عادية.. مهتمين في جميع الزبائن من جميع الجنسيات وأنا كعربية ( سعودية ) تلقيت خدمة أكثر من رائعة وكانت توجد موظفة قمة في الذوق والأحترام والأدب أسمها زهراء. ماتتركنا بدون ماتلبي جميع احتياجاتنا ومن لُطفها كانت أيضًا تسألنا عن يومنا وكيف مدى رضانا عن المنتجع والاقامة. كنا مقيمين في فيلا رائعة جدًا.. كل ليلة يرسلون إلينا شوكلت مع صورة لمكان في موريشوس وتعريف عنه، لفته جدًا مميزة. من ناحية الأكل.. كانوا يهتمون في أكلنا كوننا مسلمين وكثير، وأيضًا ضيفونا مرتين على فطور عربي خاص من الشيف نفسه وهذا جدًا مميز لنا❤️ ويعني لنا الكثير كون أننا نذوق أكلنا من أيادي آخرى غيرنا تجربة شيقة.. الكثير والكثير من الخدمات الجميلة وأتمنى أن أكرر الزيارة مره آخرى لها❤️

The outstanding professionalism and kindness I encountered at Lux Le Morne deserve to be highlighted. Starting from my arrival and later at the Reception Sector : Ms. Priyanka, Gael ( le ”Breton”), Patrice and Jason of an incredible patience and so helpful, Followed by such kindness and efficiency of House Keeping lady Hema having fixed a worry of mine late at night with 2 male colleagues of hers (whose names I unfortunately do not have). My thanks to Joana too. The outstanding kindness, care and availibity of very attentive Nayaaz and the happyness of Oasis & Beach staff Megane and Aniket, The joyful welcome of Boat House team Cédric and Gaelle and ”boss” Jeremy, the care of skippers Alex and colleague Edwin who did the best on 2 occasions to make me meet the dolphins from very close as well as skippers Clovis and colleague Gael for snorkeling, Special thanks to Kitchen restaurant staff Jessica and Shoobi who so gently baked pancakes slightly before opening time so I would be fit for sailing to dolphins early morning ... The remarquable and obvious passion of the work of Kitchen pastry sector staff Vrushali, Azra, Drishti, Samira, Arya, and their patience with clients, Mention of Room Service staff very gentle Jeremy, My gratitude to Sara (SPA) responding so kindly and efficiently to my back pain... Special thanks to F & B manager Hurval for his unexpected and sweet ”coco” surprise just because I had questioned him about Mauritius coconuts varieties ... My thanks to all for the kind collective goodbye in front of the hotel upon my departure ! And yes, I confirm, the pillows are the fluffiest I ve ever felt !

Check in was hectic. There were so many guests checking in and waiting in such a small space. We checked in at 3 pm but the room wasn’t ready until 3.45 pm. We got to the room and found out that they upgraded us (without telling us). The upgraded room was a big suite which was very nice but it was on the ground floor. We booked a junior suite balcony which is upstairs (we prefer upstairs as more privacy and better view) we had to ask to move to the type of room that we actually booked for! (What a waste of time for everyone) the room was very beautiful and comfortable and we LOVED the balcony. We love le Morne beach the water is so clear with different shades of blue but here we find the beach to be a bit too wide so you are a bit far from the sea (we stayed at another hotel in Le morne and we found there we were closer to the see with better view of Le Morne) Plenty of available sun beds. We didn’t like the pools so didn’t go in. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the price we pay. Service was not bad but not great. Overall, it was an ok stay.
