War beruflich im Hotel, erste Überraschung die extrem enge Parkgarage von dort ein Aufgang in das extrem muffige Hotel.Check in sehr freundlich, leider die Dachterrasse geschlossen, weshalb ich gebucht hatte. Das Zimmer im dritten Stock, in die Jahre gekommen zur Straße hin und das Bad …um in die Dusche zu kommen muss man fast klettern so hoch ist der Einstieg die Dusch Wanne nicht dicht also ein ungewolltes Schwimmbad. Die Handtücher extrem dünn. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer und kein Kühlschrank. Das einzig positive war das Frühstück, der Raum extrem modern als ob man eine andere Welt betritt und die Auswahl sehr gut und frisch. Für eine Nacht okay, längere Aufenthalte definitiv nein.

Heerlijk rustige kamer aan de achterkant met een fijne douche. Prima ontbijt met veel keuze. Vriendelijk personeel. Prachtige omgeving. We waren naar Nass geweest, maar dat is wel een stuk minder dan Aqua Olsberg wat helaas wegens brand geen zoutwater bad heeft de komende jaren.

What a great place to stay whilst touring the region. All of the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, smart and the bed I had was very comfortable. I wish I had paid more attention to the names of the staff but I can only remember Samantha and Benjamin. The lady on reception on my arrival day was fantastic. She was everywhere and attending to so much I thought she might be bionic. Well done to all. If I am even back in the area I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.
