Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Best Western zu übernachten und ich bin restlos begeistert. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich, immer darauf bedacht, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist modern und bietet alles, was man braucht. Das Highlight war definitiv das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet. Es gab eine beeindruckende Auswahl an Speisen, frisch zubereitet und von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

For a one-night stay while crossing Germany, it must be said that we were not looking for anything fancy. The Atlas hotel, however, made us feel at home, and credit is primarily for the staff, especially considering the tougher times of the pandemic. So, in spite of few people hanging around, and a less than lively atmosphere, we felt welcome and this is very much appreciated. Not all the fixtures are the most modern you could expect, but that was still very acceptable in terms of overall ambience, and our 3-bed solution was incredibly spacious, too.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr speziell. Eingerichtet im British Style wirkt von und ist es ziemlich betagt. Die Rezeption ist nur sehr eingeschränkt besetzt, eine Aufschlüsselung des Zimmerpreises bekamen wir nicht. Die Minibar in unserem Zimmer war ausgestellt, was wir vor dem Essen änderten. Als wir zurück kamen stank das Zimmer unerträglich nach Ammoniak. Nach Prüfung durch den Receptionisten bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Dort gab es kein warmes Wasser. Es ging Richtung Fußgängerpassage und es wurde in der Nacht unerträglich laut. Das Frühstück war ok. Allerdings wurde in der Nacht unser Auto in dem angeschlossenem Parkhaus aufgebrochen. Die Unterstützung durch einen Hotel-MA war sehr gut. Die den Fall aufnehmende Polizei war vor 2 Tagen ebenfalls da, wie sie erwähnten. Wir hätten in der untersten Etage parken sollen, die für Hotelgäste reserviert sei. Das wurde uns leider nicht mitgeteilt.

· Ondanks we 2 één-persoonsbedden hadden gevraagd ( ook via email op 20-4) werd hiermee totaal geen rekening gehouden. (voor de t****e keer op rij) Men bevestigde onze vraag op 20-4. De ochtend van ons vertrek (10-06) werden we pas op de hoogte gebracht dat er geen beschikbaar waren; voor ons te laat om iets anders te zoeken. De (oudere) dame aan het onthaal antwoorde brutaal, nors en boos toen we hier opmerking over maakte. (de jongere dame had begrip voor ons, en we kregen van haar een bon voor 2 drankjes ). De bar was niet bemand ( men moest iemand van de balie roepen of iets uit de koelkast nemen); Resultaat was dat de bar in tegenstelling tot 3 jaar geleden sfeerloos en verlaten was. De kamer is klein evenals het bed (1,4m = geschikt voor koppels of kinderen, niet voor 2 mannen) , zonder koelkast, koffie of thee voorziening, en slechts met een minuscule airco die niet voldeed. De douche was wel goed in een kleine badkamer. Ontbijt is goed maar niet echt uitgebreid wat betreft warm eten (geen roerei, spek, worst ....) Normale koffie niet op automaat, dus moet men 4 x expresso nemen om tas te vullen. Dit hotel is te duur voor wat men krijgt in vergelijking met andere hotels , wij komen hier niet meer terug.

Wir haben eine Nacht hier geschlafen um auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt die Familie zu treffen. Dafür ist die Lage ideal. Etwas Bedenken hatte ich bei der Lage so nah am Riebeckplatz, und ich muss auch sagen, dass trotz geschlossenenlm Fenster noch etwas Verkehr gehört hat. Kein Problem für Städter aber für Landbewohner ggf. schon. Weiterhin war die Klimaanlage schon recht laut. Wir mussten sie nachts anmachen, da es im Zimmer warm wurde. Leider mussten wir sie nachts nochmal umkonfigurieren, da sie nicht im richtigen Modus lief. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmergröße war gut. Sogar Spiele lagen auf dem Zimmer aus. Die Bar haben wir dann spät abends auch noch genutzt und konnten den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen.
