Overall pretty decent hotel in a great location. For the price, you get what you pay for, the room was in decent condition. The entrance definitely should be more visible as it was hard to find the place… Parking was not ideal as they suggest you park in a paid parking lot $40 a day that’s a 6 min walk from the actual hotel. The rooms were very pretty though and clean, and the service was friendly! Only complaint really is the lack of counter/storage in the ADA king bed room… there is a single sink that you would find in a powder room, with no counter or cabinets. Wasn’t too expensive especially given the close location, so would come back to this hotel. Also, I would say that I wouldn’t visit if you’re looking for a quieter stay as the walls are pretty thin and there were definitely some rowdy late night guests. Thats many places in SoBe though, so was expecting as much.

Good location. Provides baggage keeping services. Free coffee 8am-12pm. 5-10mins walk distance have CVS, restaurants and coffee shops. 10mins walk distance to the beach side/ Lincoln Rd. The Room condition was old. Room floor was not really clean. My room is double bed room, it’s no table and chair. There is no plug location, so I need to move the bed to find the charging location.

NO POOL, NO QUICK ON THE GO BREAKFAST, UPGRADES DEFINITELY NEEDED. WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A KITCHEN DIDN’T HAVE THAT

미이애미 사우스 비치 근처이며 대중 교통도 아주 편리한 위치입니다. 호텔룸은 넒고 쾌적했으며 주방에 모든 것들이 잘 갖춰져있어서 편리했습니다. 전자렌지도 있어서 간편식으로 아침식사하시도 좋았습니다.

Marlo at the front desk was super welcoming and sweet. Housekeepers kept the room in top shape each day

Very comfortable hotel with nice size rooms. The only downside was our car. We drove and there is no parking. We had to pay $30 a day to keep our car in a garage 2 blocks away from the hotel. Otherwise, everything was very nice.

The hotel was very clean. Most of the staff were friendly but there was that one staff whose nonchalant and dismissive attitude made us feel unwelcome. I will also add that "free breakfast" is listed as an amenity. However, there is no breakfast. There is free tea and coffee served between 8:00AM and 12:00PM.

Too bad there are no restaclose by. Staff did an excellent job.

Convenient to restaurants, beach and shops. No need to drive once parked. $20 parking a block away for 24 hours.

Overall a nice stay. We had a conference at the convention center so location was perfect. Also the area felt safe with lots of bars/restaurants walking distance. Staff was friendly overall. Property could use upgrading. There was only 1 side table by the bed so we had to set up a suitcase on the other side. One of the 2 outlets by the bed did not work. Towel rack for the shower was behind the bathroom door, and not by the actual shower which makes no sense. Had to hold the handle on the toilet to make it flush. TV in the main room was in an awkward place making it hard to watch. No kleenex or tissue in the room or bathroom. Only 1 trash can in the room, which was in the bathroom and small.

I love this property close to the beach walking distance, its quiet. They keep the rooms very clean.parking is across the street. I love this hotel

Recommended! Pretty close to all attractions and my friends and I loved it. Will stay here again if traveling with friends.

Cute property close to Lincoln road shopping and dining

The staff is very kind and the room was spacious. The shower was extremely rusted, there were not many outlets, and it was hot the majority of the time. The ice machine also has a scooper that guests use then place back in the ice machine, which is completely unsanitary.
