傢俱老舊，設施不完備，各種不方便，完全不值收取房價。一次性拖鞋，煮水壺都是主動要才給送過來的。話説8000元一晚的收費，讓客人主動要就是服務不到位。除了賣個城堡概念，沒其他值得去的了。餐廳水準也非常一般。

The stay was amazing and comfortable. Staffs were very polite with the hospitality. Prasun Gupta hosted us with the best possible ways. Really Looking forward to visit again and experience the stay all over again. Very satisfied and happy.

It looks amazing as you approach the castle and the views from the top are excellent. The restaurant is horrible in every way . The prices are ridiculous, the portions minuscule , the flavour non existent. When they asked how my friend enjoyed his meal he told them it was too salty . They said they’d tell the chef but it remained on our bill. The same bill that contained an extra 190 euro bottle of wine we didn’t order. They didn’t apologize and it took 20 minutes to correct the bill. 3 of the entrees arrived while the 4th , was part of some bizarre table side assembly that we had to wait for . All for a simple pasta dish that we had eaten a better version of at auto grille. The wait staff seemed confused and inexperienced. They add a 10 per cent charge on the entire bill automatically then a line for an additional tip . Here’s my tip : don’t go . There are hundreds of better places to stay in Tuscany The rooms are dingy, the beds and pillows uncomfortable. No one asked how we enjoyed our stay I don’t think they wanted to hear our answer. Not worth the money

Absolutely stunning hotel, the staff was exceptional, from the Porters and Reception during Check In, to the restaurant staff. We had some great days enjoying the pool area. Great location as Montalcino and Pienza are not too far away. Recommended.

Our stay at Castello di Velona was an extraordinary experience. This resort is perfect for enjoying Tuscany's spring water ...., both in the swimming pool and in the room's private bathtub. Having spring water in my room was a luxurious experience!!. The food at Dolce Vita restaurant was decent, but the menu could use more variety. Despite that, the overall experience was fantastic. The resort's views are breathtaking, and I felt like I was staying in a royal palace. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities were excellent. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The best 👌 More love from India🙏

It is an ideal spot to relish Tuscany's soothing views. The wine tasting we did here was really worth it with the olive oils I also brought some home, as they have limited production and I didn't want to miss out. We had a problem with the food, but they compensated us promptly🤝 The overall stay was superb. The stunning views from the resort made me feel like royalty. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, and the facilities were outstanding. For anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious retreat, I highly recommend this resort.

I stayed at this property for 3 days. Before my trip, I was really unsure about coming here because of its remote location. However, my worries disappeared once I arrived. It was amazing to relax with my family and enjoy the stunning views of Tuscany and the spring water. Despite it being summer, we couldn't resist swimming in the spring water. it was fun and relaxing. If you are a nature lover looking for a peaceful vacation, I highly recommend this place. The sunrises and sunsets are simply breathtaking.

This resort is a true gem. The cuisine is refined and offers delicious dishes made with local ingredients. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a romantic getaway. We celebrated our anniversary at Castello di Velona and it was a magical experience. The historic architecture of the castle is fascinating and every detail is attended to with great care.
