這次旅遊一共在他家住了三天，老闆兩口子好的真的是沒話説，本來在他家的評論裏就看到別人説他倆好，這回住完了是真感覺到了，房間的墊子和枕頭是我喜歡的乳膠的，住着是真的挺舒服的。因為有行程沒辦法，所以衹能住三天，要是有時間還想住幾天。等下次再來一定還住他家 設施：很棒 服務：一流 管家式服務:真棒 衞生不錯 製氧機供氧:好 管家式服務:好

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the property itself is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The views were truly amazing and made the stay even more special. The only area that could be improved was breakfast — while the options were good, it did feel a bit crowded at times and the variety could have been better. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

Pengalaman saya menginap di hotel ini memang sangat memuaskan dari awal hingga akhir. Proses daftar masuk sangat cekap dan mesra, tidak sampai tiga minit pun. Prosedurnya ringkas, profesional, dan tiada langkah-langkah yang rumit. Staf meja depan dengan sabar mengesahkan maklumat, dan dengan suara yang lembut, menjelaskan tentang syarat-syarat penginapan, waktu daftar keluar, waktu sarapan, dan lokasi tempat makan. Mereka juga terperinci dalam menerangkan pelbagai perkhidmatan percuma yang disediakan oleh hotel, termasuk air minum percuma, penyimpanan bagasi, perkhidmatan dobi, perkhidmatan letak kereta, air panas 24 jam, ruang rehat umum, dan WiFi percuma. Memandangkan saya adalah pelancong dari luar kawasan, mereka juga proaktif memberikan panduan perjalanan di sekitar kawasan, menunjukkan dengan jelas pintu masuk tempat letak kereta dan lokasi lif. 衞生、環境、設施令人滿意，老闆娘很好人，室內有暖片供暖，冬天的熱水水量與水壓充足，地點尤為方便，步行三數分鐘直達八廓南街（大昭寺就在八廓街內），夜遊八廓街十分方便，除八廓街及其外圍食肆，徒步至清真大寺亦有一夜市，大約4:30開市。如要光顧大型超市，可以徒步至神力時代廣場。

This four star hotel provided excellent service.from the front desk to the staff who are very friendly, cheerful andhelpful. The room is beyond our expectation, spacious and clean and equipped with oxygen provider just in case we needed it. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone who come to Xining, well worth the money we spent. We'd rate this hotel with Execellent.

I stayed at this hotel from June 5-7 2026. The official check in time is listed at 2 pm. They did not give me access to my room until after 4 pm. Furthermore, laundry is listed as included service and they said their facility was not working and had to send it somewhere else. They charged me a hefty fee. I believe it’s a misnomer for this hotel to call themselves “international” This hotel really only caters to Chinese speaking populations, which is fine and the typical situation in Lhasa, but to be more accurate, the hotel shouldn’t make the claim “international.” That would typically imply better more comprehensive services for people outside of one population and nationality. This hotel is listed as 5 stars in Lhasa. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many 5 star hotels. According to my experience, this hotel doesn’t measure up to a 5 star standard. Perhaps it did in the past. 5 star hotels typically have much better restaurants and dining options. The room was clean and I had a nice view.

I had a really positive experience during my stay, thanks to the amazing service from Danny and Bowen at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and patient — solving my issues quickly and making sure everything was taken care of. Their friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Big thanks to both of them for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable! Highly appreciate the excellent service!

Bosses and staff were caring with my altitude sickness. Great, friendly and convenient services like laundry for free at the rooftop with a beautiful view on the Potala Palace, helping out with food orders & car pick-ups and drop-offs, various trip arrangements, luggage storage and so on. The hotel has a nice authentic architecture with a big lounge area and cool temperature inside. They have a heating blanket, humidifier and if needed, also oxygen. Located just off the main road which offers quiet sleep at night. Surrounded there are eateries, fruit shops and nice traditional alleys to walk to both well-known and local places. I extended my stay and returned for another night after a trip.
