Hotel Mountain view di Benguet

Very welcoming and accomadating! I love the location, may matatambayan ka pa sa labas if you wish to study or just want a place to enjoy the Baguio air. Hindi 'rin madamot sa unan 😅 napaka-daming unan. The location is very convenient especially since I booked this for the purpose of taking ACET (malapit sa testing center ng Ateneo for college entrance exam). Overall napaka linis and napaka ganda 'din ng cr and the whole unit. May heater pa (Baguio nights get extremely cold). Would definitely reccomend! 🩵

This place is newly built and located nearby St. Joseph church and Botanical garden. The apartment is clean, fully furnished and they even have kitchen pots, plates, cups, and all the utensils you’ll need for cooking. It’s a perfect apartment for a family of 4 with 2 kids. The owner is very friendly and he’d even allowed us to enter the apartment 8 hours before the normal check-in time! Yes, we’ve arrived in Baguio around 5 am and were able to get in the room around 7:30 am. That’s how kind and considerate the owner was to us! Thank you again! We will definitely come back and stay in his apartelle!

Location: Infront of a street. Can easily get a taxi. Walking distance down the street to reach a supermarket, laundry and food shops. Part city view and part mountain view in front of my business suite room, best view at night with all the bustling city lights next to the silent mountains. Near Botanical Gardens park where I go for a daily walk. Cleanliness: My room was cleaned and tidied up well on my request on alternate days. The toilet at the ground floor next to the restaurant needs constant cleaning and drying up. My frequent visitors find the floor mini - flooded few times. Service: Best service so far was from the amazing lovely room cleaners who were always smiling and quite courteous as they work tirelessly. The hotel's Elements Restaurant staff were also hardworking and respectful. The proficient chefs and sous chefs cooked relentlessly without pressure to deliver yummy food on the table! I ate way too much delicious Filipino food! The front desk staff needs to be a bit more approachable by smiling a little more as they are the first main contact of clients. Also I reckon management staff responsible in receiving communication via emails from clients need to be more pro-active by replying or acknowledging receipt of emails. Facilities: I enjoyed using the treadmill at the hotel gym. They have the equipment that you can find in a basic gym which is wonderful albeit one of the 2 treadmills was out of order. The hotel restaurant is mostly busy and cramped. They have delicious buffets for breakfast, lunch, merienda/snack and dinner and are not too expensive. Hence a huge crowd from outside the hotel also flock this restaurant. There is a small pool next to the restaurant but way too closed to the dining tables where patrons are eating. My other suggestion for hotel management is to ensure that the electric power points are safe. All the power points in my room were eliciting a mini-spark every time I plug in to charge my laptop, mobile phones and electric gadgets including the room's bedside lamps, lounge lamp, kitchen kettle. Beware to foreign hotel guests not to flush used toilet tissues as it can block the toilet bowl which happened on the second day of my one-month stay. Yes, chuck it into the bin next to it instead. The room lounge's sofas are already worn-out and scratchy; covering it with throw blankets would be much comfortable and cleaner-looking. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will potentially return in a year's time.

Our stay was Ok. I appreciate the aesthetics of the hotel. However, it is quite far from the city proper and taxis were not accessible thus we had to walk to find a taxi. No service water nor free coffee. But toiletries were provided. I just had an issue with the heater since it went on and off while taking a bath. Phone was taken off the hook. I dont know the reason. Breakfast was good.

We recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee. Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv. However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it. One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations. Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

This is our 2nd time staying here, what we love here is the location of their place coz it's just walking distance to SM, Session Rd and Night Market / Burnham park super accessible. I just hope that they'll improve some parts of the room like more place to hang clothes too. But overall the place is worth it. Near din to dun sa Hill Station which we had our anniversary dinner last Friday June 12.

Hotel has kitchen , you can cook there, in hotel theres is small store, cafe, private parking is good, in shadows you can park the car. Staff is friendly, in room furniture is not new, but ok, bed creaks.

The hotel is okay for a short stay, though there are a few things to keep in mind. The place is a bit old, and it shows in some of the room features. The electrical outlets are the parallel type, so you’ll need to bring an adapter if you plan to charge your devices. The bathroom setup could also use some improvement—the door doesn’t lock, and the shower door doesn’t fully close, which means water can easily spill out and leave the floor wet. We paid a little under ₱2000 for an overnight stay, which already included breakfast. The location is also fairly convenient. If you enjoy walking, Burnham Park is about a kilometer away, and it’s an easy and pleasant walk—we ended up going there on foot ourselves. Overall, it’s not the most modern or polished place, but it works fine if you’re just looking for a simple place to stay for the night.

Door should be fixed and secure with the normal lock. Plug must be in good condition. At least ventilation on each room good
