I am writing this review following my wife's baby shower function on 11 May 2025 in the Ball room. I would like to really thank all the staff who were very pro active and on their toes when it came to service. The ambience was wonderfull and food was delicious. I would like to specially call out a few names of the staff/ managers who deserve it: 1) Sunil Shetty: Who made sure the event went very smoothly while continously being there with going that extra mile to help with some of the south indian rituals for baby shower as well as interacting with the family members. This is highly appreciated and thanks for that. 2) Kaustubh again was someone who i was co ordinating during the inital days for booking. He helped me with menu finalization and recommended some dishes which got nice feedback from the guests. HIghly appreciated. The Chicken biryani, Chicku Halwa and dahi wada was super additions over and above our menu, which was suggested by him. 3) Also thanks to harish shetty for showing the hall during my first visit. I would really recommend Hotel Sai palace Grand, Malad to any one for small or big functions as the location is good, lovely ambience, delicous spread of food and good vendor (Jitu) for stage decor / music etc.

I stayed at the hotel from 17th March to 2nd April. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service. Despite requesting a split invoice for personal and official expenses, I was informed that my bill had already been closed on 31st March—without my consent or prior discussion. When I raised the issue, Richard from the staff responded rudely and unprofessionally, placing the blame on me for not informing them at check-in. I requested contact details for hotel management to escalate the issue, but this was refused. I also sent multiple emails following up, but received no response. The lack of accountability and professionalism from the staff is simply not acceptable. Would not recommend for business travelers who expect basic service standards.

Booked for my husband and son for 11 nights. Best to contact by email for bookings. Very difficult to contact on phone or face to face. Overall Service is very good and Rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. A good pleasant stay. Professional staff.Highly recommend.

Horrible experience overall. Not only did the hotel exhibit poor hospitality and service, but its inflexible no-refund policy and lack of flexibility regarding cancellations. Despite having two rooms booked for three nights, I encountered resistance when I sought to cancel my last day due to personal reasons. They refused to accommodate any changes or provide partial refunds. Even during my extended stay, the front desk, including the Front Desk Manager Mr. Richard Norana, failed to inform me about the hotel's cancellation policy. When I raised this concern, Mr. Akshay Bagde had no satisfactory explanation. Additionally, when I requested the General Manager's email, I was only given the reservations email address, further highlighting their lack of transparency and poor customer service.

We had made a prepaid booking through Agoda, sent them messages earlier but no replies, on arrival they refused to acknowledge the booking and made my wife wait for over 30 minutes, behaving rudely and showing a lot of attitude. They did a huge favour by allotting a their WORST room and did not like that we booked through Agoda. Disgusting hotel and pathetic staff(manager). Even the management does not care. Requested Agoda to shift us to a better hotel but they dont entertain complaints just like the hotel. This is the checkin experience, waiting for the stay and checkout experience.

Many issues with the hotel. Eater logging in bathroom. The tap fell off. Post cleaning the, the house keeping staff just threw my my clothes onto the sofa ( picture attached). In the other hotels like portico, they would neatly fold the clothes and keep them in a proper place. To top it off, i was sick and vomiting and the room service guy who bought me the medicine ( and saw me vomiting) instead of asking I needed help asked me for a tip. Wow

This the best place everything food , room but I want to share that I left my Amazon kindle in their locker , it was fairly my mistake and locker was opened , but due to attentiveness , honesty of staff I found my kindle . Hats off the staff the on their willingness to go out of the box to help their customer I recommend everyone to visit once and then you always want to go back to hotel …

We stayed for just a night and were overall happy with our stay. Room was clean, we stayed in an executive room. The room had a massage chair as an added bonus and that was good to use after a full day out on the town. We had a major scare when I realized the morning after that the previous night I had lost my wallet - most likely in the Uber cab. When we finally were able to reach the cab driver, he said he noticed that it had slipped out while I was getting down from the cab and that the hotel staff had picked it up. After speaking to the hotel, they made enquiries and finally were able to locate the guard who was on duty and he had placed it in the valet podium. I was so pleased to have found the wallet with everything intact! It was stressful because the guard did not inform anyone and so it took time to find it. But thankfully due to the cab driver and the hotel, we found it back. On the negative side, the bathrooms although nice, had problems with both the toilet flush and the shower drain. The drain was almost fully blocked and water ran out all over the bathroom. Breakfast was a large spread but average, my opinion may be biased because I was quite stressed about the wallet at the time and in no mood to eat. All in all, we were satisfied and would stay there again.
