Hotel Perniagaan di Munich

This hotel turned out to be a lovely surprise given its close proximity to the main station (about 5 minutes walk) which can give rise to some dubious hotels. This one, however, even if it next to a major renovation project and so somewhat hidden away, is really excellent. It is smart and clean throughout and the staff are helpful and polite. The room itself was large - more like an apartment - with a work area and glass-topped desk and cooking facilities (microwave and hob). There is also a fridge which contains a range of soft drinks and beer and which are included in the room price. The well-equipped bathroom even has its own built-in radio. The hotel also provides facilities such as washing machines and, in spite of its location and the work going on around it, was peaceful and quiet at night. The breakfast was superb - probably one of the best in any hotel, offering a wide range of fresh and homemade fare and giving you the perfect start to a day enjoying everything the city has to offer A very pleasurable experience spending two nights here

Excellent location just next to Munich Hauptbahnhof. We got free upgrade to a beautiful suite! Very friendly service provided. Delicious breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Munich City Centre! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Munich!

*Location a bit far from the nearest subway station. You need to carry your luggage a bit up on the hill, if you use public transportation. But in this price it’s really quite in the centre of the city. So it’s quite balanced. *Staff’s nice, everyone speaks English. Cheers to Mr Benjamin who took care of my stay. Very professional service. *Rooms are really nice - water closet separated from a bathroom, a small closet for clothes, sofa and armchairs, kettle, complimentary tea etc. Plus both shower and a bathtub. Bed’s big and clean. USB slots for charging. Well designed room. But better ask for a room with a street view, there are no cool views around. Minus - the kettle’s quality is low, water gets some metal particles from it. Not safe. *Sauna’s fantastic. Nicely equipped gym. Big indoors swimming pool and big showers in changing rooms. But no top floor entertainments. Bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Hotel’s wide but not tall.

Everything was nice and strategic location. Just one deduction factor, we called to request for toothbrush but did not get it all. We stayed for 2 nights but still yet to get it

Hotel is in a good location. It is just opposite central railway station. Room is clean. Breakfast is excellence. Honey at the hotel is one of the best honey that I have ever had before.

Very nice hotel in a quiet but very accessible location. Tram stop outside the hotel brings you to Munich Central train station in a few mins. Room is very good, modern and comfortable. Nice heated pool at 28 degrees too.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location was good and there were some restaurants in a few minutes from hotel.

Staff is really helpful, the locations is only good for travel to BMW Museum and Allianz Arena only, no any shop / restaurant nearby. The Wifi is not good enough, need to connect every time even down to the lobby. The Gym room is not good enough.
