Centerroom München City

Location is very good with a 5 minute walk from the underground. Rooms are small and worn. Pillows are weird with twice the size of a normal one. Where the reception is nice and cool, the rooms do not have airco and are very warm in the summer. No cleaning if you stay more nights. The double beds can be separated into twins.

Bed bugs in room 315 Woke up in the middle of the night and discovered we had been bitten and then saw the bed bugs in the bed. Reception is closed in the night so had to wait until the next morning to report it. I showed the man at reception the photos and videos I took of the bugs. He changed us to room 317. He gave us ten euros to use the washing machines and dryers to clean our clothes and some complimentary snacks from the vending machine upon our departure. When we arrived back at the hotel that evening, the staff had put our laundry in our new room on a drying rack which was nice of them. And our backpacks had been put into bin bags and also moved to our new room. When we returned home from our trip we rewashed all of our clothes as well as our backpacks in hot water and dried with high heat as well to hopefully kill any bedbugs. Unfortunately the heat shrank a lot of our clothes and destroyed my backpack, and all these items now need to be replaced. We emailed the hotel requesting a refund but they did not reply. Aside from bedbugs, the pillows were awful, the walls were thin and noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms were disturbing during the night. The rooms are cleaned once a week and they charge if you want your room cleaned more frequently than that. If they sort the bedbug situation, the hotel is an adequate bed for the night but nothing more.

Everything excellent with this place, few minutes walk to underground to travel anywhere in the city or get the train further afield if needed. Excellent balcony and very clean room, wifi good as well, shops and restaurants nearby and vending machines at reception for beer, cigarettes, snacks and drinks. Located in a really nice part of munich, not too far to walk to the Olympic Park and BMW factory, my room actually had a view of the Olympic tower. Can see no faults with this place.

Ich bin sicher das Hotel Mitarbeiter von dem Morgen Schicht der Freitag, 29. Oktober 2023 haben der Hotel Management über der außergewöhnlicher Bettwanzenbefall im Zimmer 315 mitgeteilt.  Aber leider unser Schreiben an dem Hotelführung in Oktober 2023 hat nie eine Antwort bekommen. Ich punktiere heute auf schriftlicher Form das Geschehen mit alle beweisen: • Meine Partner und ich haben an dieser Hotel zwischen der 27 bis 30 Oktober übernachtet. • An der Nacht der 28. Oktober um zirka 03:00 in der Frühe merken wir das der Zimmer 315 hatte eine Bettwanzenbefall und das mein Partner und ich wurden mehrmals gestochen. (Fotos im Anhang) • Zu dieser Zeit war der Rezeption geschlossen und wir konnte keine Notrufnummer sehen. • Früh morgen haben wir der zuständigen Mitarbeiter in der Schicht mitgeteilt. Er hat uns der Zimmer 317 gegeben und 9 € so dass wir es unsere Wäsche selbstwaschen könnten. Er hat bestätigt das es Bettwanzen sind und hat uns gebetet, dass die Rucksäcke sollten, im Zimmer 315 bleiben und die wurden selbst die Umsiedelung and der 317. • An dem Morgen der 30 Oktober bei unser Check-out derselbe Mitarbeiter hat uns noch ein freundlicherweise ein paar Getränke und Snacks von dem Automaten geschenkt. • Nach unserem Aufenthalt denselben Stichen haben sich verärgert und and der 3 Oktober musste ich einen Hautarzt besuchen die das Bettwanzenstichen bestätigt hat. Als Nachteilen von unserem Aufenthalt bei diesen Hotel hatten wir nicht nur das medizinische Thema, sondern alle unser Wäschewurden durch die hohe waschtemperaturen und trockner kaputt, noch dazu Rucksäcke und schuhe müssen derzeitig auf Quarantäne bleiben wir sicher sind das die Bettwanzenbefall nicht an unser zuhause kommt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Das Personal ok. Das Zimmer hat Minimalausstattung. In der Kochzeile gibt es nicht alles notwendige. Kein Geschirrtuch. Das Schlimmste jedoch ist der Gestank im Haus und die rücksichtslose Raucherei überall, die ins Zimmer zieht dazu gibt es die ganze Nacht personrn, die ins Telefon schreien! Leider sind hier viele Menschen ohne Erziehung und Respekt untergebracht!!!

Bien situé, près du métro et du musée BMW. Manque quelques item dans la chambre tel un ouvre bouteille, un ventilateur ( vraiment chaud du côté sud de l’immeuble) un bouchon pour l’évier de cuisine ainsi qu’un linge pour essuyer la vaisselle ( on a ce pris une serviette de la salle de bain! ) La toilette est plutôt petite et un peu de moisi dans le bas de la douche !

Residence in posizione tranquilla a poca distanza dal centro città. Metro a circa 400 mt e dopo poche fermate sei a Marien Platz. Struttura sostanzialmente funzionale con reception, tranne la notte. Parcheggio a pagamento. Nei dintorni tutti i servizi, Camera, 347, buona, pulita, piccolo angolo cottura, balcone, bagno con tutto tranne il bidet.

Es gibt zu viele Hausstaubmilben !!! Ich habe die Rezeption Bescheid gesagt und sie haben nicht reagiert!! Ich könnte nicht schlafen und hatte ich extrem Hautausschlag!!! Ich habe noch nie so schlechte Hautausschläge!! NICHT EMPFEHLEN!! there are too many house dust mites !!! I told the front desk and they didn't respond!! I couldn't sleep and I had an extreme rash!!! I have never had such bad rashes!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!
