The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing. They made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread wasn't great to be honest. We selected this place since the airport is only 15 minutes away. However all the other tourist spots were nearly one and a half hours away drive from the hotel. But if you enjoy long drives I would really recommend this hotel for your stay in Salalah during the Khareef season.

Oh man, let me tell you about this hotel we stayed in with some seriously bad service. It was like everything was DIY! The staff was so slow, it felt like they were on their own time. And forget about getting any help by the pool or beach - no water service there! No one got you anything and If they did it was like you were pushing them. The food and buffet for breakfast had such a small variety. We had dinner at silk road the first night it was amazing the last night it was a disaster. Plus, if you wanted to explore the city, the taxi service was a letdown. They didn't provide proper transportation at all. And get this, they didn't even bother to tell us there was a whole island connected to the hotel that I could've checked out. Talk about missed opportunities! Overall, not the best experience when you have to do everything on your own.

I booked the Junior Suite and absolutely loved the room! The hotel is located right on Dahariz Beach and being able to watch the sunrises and sunsets on the Arabian Gulf on a quiet beach amplifies the enjoyment of the hotel (watching the full moon rise over the Arabian Gulf, feeling safe while walking the beach at night and being able to watch the sun rise and moon set is evocatively beautiful and forever has etched Salalah in my travel memories). The section of Salalah the hotel is located in is relatively quiet (the locals tend to come out after the heat of the day has abated and are wonderfully polite) The staff of Dolphin restaurant is so kind and the prices for food (which can be pricey in hotels) is beyond reasonable and delicious. The hotel staff with their legendary Omani hospitality makes Beach Resort Salalah a hotel with heart and a paradise on earth!

The stay was very good. neat, clean and good service from staff. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. The overall experience was good and i would recommend this hotel for future stays. I had a king size room and spacious living and neat and clean accessories. The hotel had a nice restaurant at 1st floor and fitting into my budget.

Overall one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Side note; I live in the UAE, where 5 stars hotel are really common. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, the beds super comfy and the washrooms are every woman's dream (lightning, mirrors and amouage amenities). Staff is super attentive, accommodating and naturally friendly. They actually love what they do and we as guests can feel it's authenticity - which makes everything dining experience really special. The food was beyond delicious and the variety in the buffet made it hard to choose and even harder to not overeat. Congratulations to the management and leadership of the hotel team - you truly do an amazing job. I will definitely be back!

Excellent accueil et personnel attentif. Hôtel de qualité avec un service soigné. Grande chambre carrelée, très propre, coin salon et beau balcon. Ménage quotidien. Rien à redire si ce n est la salle de bain, vite ”inondée” après une douche. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est bien garni : plats locaux, fromage, fruits, gauffres, etc. Une très grande salle de jeux pour les enfants, comme rarement vue. Une très bonne adresse abordable juste en face du grand mall de Salalah (22 OMR début octobre). C est notre 6ème visite dans la région et notre meilleur hôtel.

I booked the Junior Suite and absolutely loved the room! The hotel is located right on Dahariz Beach and being able to watch the sunrises and sunsets on the Arabian Gulf on a quiet beach amplifies the enjoyment of the hotel (watching the full moon rise over the Arabian Gulf, feeling safe while walking the beach at night and being able to watch the sun rise and moon set is evocatively beautiful and forever has etched Salalah in my travel memories). The section of Salalah the hotel is located in is relatively quiet (the locals tend to come out after the heat of the day has abated and are wonderfully polite) The staff of Dolphin restaurant is so kind and the prices for food (which can be pricey in hotels) is beyond reasonable and delicious. The hotel staff with their legendary Omani hospitality makes Beach Resort Salalah a hotel with heart and a paradise on earth!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing. They made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread wasn't great to be honest. We selected this place since the airport is only 15 minutes away. However all the other tourist spots were nearly one and a half hours away drive from the hotel. But if you enjoy long drives I would really recommend this hotel for your stay in Salalah during the Khareef season.

The stay was very good. neat, clean and good service from staff. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. The overall experience was good and i would recommend this hotel for future stays.
