اخترنا فندق كراون بلازا مسقط وكانت الاقامه فيه لمدة يومين وكانت خدمة الغرف والنظافه ممتازه وساعدنا الاخ احمد الفارسي ف حجز الغرف وفي تلبية جميع احتاجاتناوكان في قمة الاحترام وخير من رحب بنا وخدمة الافطار والعشاء ممتازه وساعدنا الاخ احمد في عمل عيد ميلاد ابنتي في مطعم الفندق واشكر جميع طاقم مطعم موزيك وتحيه لكل العاملين في الفندق وبالاخص احمد الفارسي

The JW Marriott Muscat is an excellent hotel located close to MCT airport. Regardless if on business or leisure travel, this hotel provides it all. Throughout the entire resort the staff was outstandingly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast at Kitchen 7 was exquisite and of high quality, the staff very attentive. The room itself was very generous and spotless clean. The staff at the outside pool was also very friendly and present during the entire day. The pool area was nice and clean. Since the official Executive Lounge was closed, an alternative was provided, which had a great selection of food and drinks. Last but not least, the gym is an absolute gem. What a beautiful place to work out, good job JWMM. The only minor downside, on our second night there was a wedding at the hotel next door, the music was so loud that our windows were vibrating for 2 hours till they stopped at 1am. Don't get me wrong, everybody should enjoy their wedding, but that was like an ACDC concert in front of our room. Regardless, I would always return to the JW Marriott Muscat and hope this was simply bad luck and is not a regular occasion. I highly recommend this hotel for it's great services and it's exceptional staff.

Everything was great!!! The food was delicious, the service was great, Vitika and her friends were very friendly and kind and the dining room/ restaurant was clean and comfortable. There was a variety of options for breakfast with an awesome coffee machine. So, overall the service, food, and place was wonderful.

I loved this place!!! Food, shisha, taxis everywhere within distance. Hotel staff really nice. There is a swimming pool and spa available too. The only problem was that the breakfast buffet is terrible. They need to make it a lot better! Probably the worst breakfast I’ve seen in hotels that I have visited

كانت زيارة طيبة والمكان ممتاز جدا وروعة مناسبة للعائلة الخدمة ممتازة و موظفوا الخدمة جدا متعاونين . نظافة المكان ممتاز ومائدة الطعام مرتبة و متنوعة ولذيذة المطعم واسع ومرتب تنظيم طاولة الطعام علي حسب الرغبة ومتوفره هذه الخدمة معهم . موقع الفندق سهل الوصول

When I came after midnight (it was already Monday 27.03.2023) there were 3 men at the reception. All kind and helpful. One kindly accompanied me to the room. I'd assume he was a trainee. There was some noise at night that woke me up at night. Not sure where it was coming from, but probably from the corridor. I'd expect 4* hotel to be kind of sound proof like other hotels of that range are. When I was checking out at 7 AM the same day, I politely left the key card at the reception and greeted the receptionist, but he didn't seem to be interested in my presence. There was a grumpy and brusque receptionist at that time (short, well-groomed man). Such people shouldn't work in hospitality! In addition, when I was leaving the reception, he sighed deeply and out loud.. Such a frustrated person.. Breakfast was below the average for 4* hotels.

This is nothing short of an amazing hotel and definitely worth five stars. The room was very clean, spacious and had an amazing view over the pool area and ocean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything you'd need, including a combined shower and bathtub. There was also sufficient storage space and a built-in safe that easily fitted my 15” laptop. The breakfast buffet was awesome. A huge variety of delicious food items, eggs cooked to order, fresh juices, different types of fresh bread, all sorts of hot items, cereals, and freshly grounded speciality coffees. Plus more! It was also a true treat to sit at the poolside, while enjoying this breakfast. It made for a wonderful start of the day. Unlike many other hotels, the in-house restaurants were really good too. We tried the Italian restaurant and the Duke pub/restaurant. It was really nice to sit outside, overlooking the bay and to see the sun setting. The location of the hotel makes for breathtaking views. It is on a cliff at the end of a bay, overlooking the bay and the city of Muscat. The one thing I want to point out is that there is nothing else nearby. The hotel is in a residential area and if you'd like to go to a different restaurant, you'd need to take a taxi. Not a big deal and the hotel provides about everything you'd need, but it is something to keep in mind. Last, but certainly not least, the staff at this hotel was so super friendly and helpful. They really know what hospitality means! This is also across the board. From the reception, to the house keeping, and the breakfast staff. As well as the restaurant staff. A special recognition goes to Deepika at the front desk. She clearly remembered we'd asked something about the Duke bar and the next day she gave me an update. She was also very helpful when I had to handle some documents. A great example of excellent customer service.

非常好！馬斯喀特最滿意的酒店。新開的，很乾凈，特別寬敞，感覺有近一百平米。最主要的是廚房和洗衣房特別實用，讓我們在冬至的時候能夠自己包餃子吃上餃子。設施很完備，唯一可以提升的是下次希望能夠及時提供洗碗機清洗塊。推薦多住幾天！
