Hotel berhampiran Kinjo Gakuin University, Nagoya

The hotel is well situated across from a convenience store and exit no. 1 to Chikusa subway, which connects to both JR Chuo line and Higashiyama line. Whilst the hotel is known for weddings, and an established hotel offering only a restaurant, it lacks in other areas of convenience and upkeep. The vending machine in the lobby was out of service, with the next being located outside of the hotel in the parking lot along with the designated smoking area. From the offset, it is aged, and whilst the lobby seems to be kept clean, the western standard smoking room on the 5th floor was shabby, with many signs of wear and tear, stains, and in need of a renewal. In comparison with other hotels of the same level, this hotel is sub-par with the rooms requiring an upgrade. Inside the room, a complimentary bottle of water is provided. The old desk had one inbuilt power outlet in a position not practical for laptop chargers. Everything is rundown with visible markings from the furnishings, walls and carpets, to the toilet-shower unit. The wifi was not working, so the front desk staff changed me to the next room where connectivity was working, but the condition was identical. The room windows cannot be opened, and whilst the temperature of air conditioning can be changed, the room becomes unpleasantly stuffy and dry, especially in the winter season. Surprisingly, for a smoking room, it does not have an air purifier/humidifier unit which is an inexpensive yet effective method to improve the air condition. In its current state, I can’t imagine holding a wedding and inviting guests to stay. Overall, this hotel has potential with renovation, but until then, I would not stay here again.

The location is great. Everything is nearby. A shopping haven and close to the bus terminal located at Oasis 21. Without luggage, it is a nice 5 to 10 minutes walk. We were recommended to a French Bakery (Kaneda), nearby for breakfast. It is the best croissant that we have tasted. On the flipside,ithe toilet and shower space was a bit too tight. Would be great if they are separated as experienced in a hotel in Kyoto. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come back to this hotel.

The room is a bit small but as it is in the popular district in Nagoya, it is acceptable for two people. We stayed here for 2 nights and the toilet flush sound from next room at night is quite loud. This hotel has a convenient automatic check out system but the staff is not very friendly to us. Overall is an 75 out of 100 for the stay and I will probably book this hotel again if we travel to Nagoya again but I will definitely pay a little more to get a bigger room. There is no free parking near the hotel.

地下鉄久屋大通駅から歩いて3～4分ほどの場所にあるホテルです。外観、フロント、部屋は綺麗な感じでした。 部屋の設備はテレビ、冷蔵庫、湯沸かし、Wifi、空気清浄機、消臭スプレー等基本的にそろっています。１階のフロント前にデスクスタンド等の貸し出し品も置いてありました。アメニティは歯ブラシとかみそりがありますが、こちらもフロント前に色々置いてありました。ホテル１階にはウェルカムドリンクが置いてあり、一人一杯のドリンクを頂くことができます。残念ながら部屋への持ち込みができないようだったので今回は利用しませんでしたが、ソフトドリンクにアルコールと色々種類があるようでした。また、電子レンジも置いてありました。朝食はバイキング形式で時間の都合上利用できませんでしたが、大変種類も多そうで食べられなかったのが残念です。 ホテル周辺は飲食店やコンビニが多数あり、食事に困ることはないと思います。スタッフさんの対応も良く、立地も大変良いので次回もぜひ利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

The location is decent, a bit far from the nearest subway and bus stations, but still within walking distance to various places. The building's exterior reminds me of Monica and Rachel's New York Friends apartment. As anticipated, the room was small. However, the air conditioning proved challenging during my winter stay, as it was set to heating. To achieve a comfortable sleep temperature, I consistently had to keep the window open, exposing me to city noise, including morning police and ambulance sirens. Despite these drawbacks, the stay was satisfactory for its price. I'm not a picky person and can tolerate the downsides without any issues. I share these details to assist others in making informed decisions when choosing a hotel room in Nagoya.

Very disappointed that the fitness center only can enter during 6:00am-8:00am is free! All other time slots you need to pay JP$3,300 per times. It definitely not worth if I need to pay this amount. Not very close to Sakae station as you need walk around 10 mins Staff is very friendly! But overall the hotel is overpriced compare with other hotels in Nagoya.

New, close to nearby attractions like Nagoya tower , underground street and oasis21, have McDonald’s and convenient stores and pharmacy stores nearby, staff was helpful, the street was quiet , the room was clean and big enough for two large luggages to open, we enjoyed the stay

名古屋で安く宿泊できるところを探して、リブマを選んだけど・・・ チェックインしてみたら、デスクが汚すぎ・・・ 電子レンジがあったのは嬉しかったけど、まぁ～長期滞在には向かないホテル。 今回は、2泊だったから、泊まれればいいやって感じだったので。 我慢しましたけど・・・ 自分も関東でホテルで働いている身なので、これは酷いなぁ～ってレベルの汚さです。 あとはゴミ箱ですね。破けてるビニール袋をゴミ箱に使用するなんて・・・ ビックリしました。 それ以外は、問題なし。 でも、今後は利用しないかもなぁ～ 今回は、アイドル活動の開催会場が、鶴舞だったので。 ここを選んだだけだったから。

市営地下鉄東山線・名城線「栄駅」からひとつ西側（徒歩7～8分）の「空港通」を南方向へ歩いて2分程度、桜通線「高岳駅」からも徒歩圏内にある。 建物は古い感じだが、シングルルームの部屋は十分な広さがありゆったり過ごすことができ、また最低限のアメニティがそろっており室内は清潔に保たれている。 連泊のときはあらかじめお願いすれば、不在中の部屋の清掃を省略しタオルのみ交換してくれる。 滞在中ルームキーのドアを開けるときの反応がよくない、トイレの水の流れがよくない、レバーを引いたあとしばらく流れ続けていたようで流れるときの音が気になった。 いろいろトラブルがあったが、そのたびにフロントのスタッフが誠実に対応してくれたのはよかった。 1階に朝食レストランがあり、料理の種類はそれほど多くないが、味はそこそこよかったのと、反対側に人工温泉の大浴場あり、浴槽は大きく温度は少し高かった。
