This hotel is worth the money you pay for. From the outside, it might not look nice but when you step in the story will change. The staff are nice and supportive. The room was not the best but it was good enough for a night before our safari trip. We didn't have time to use the restaurant but the coffee shop was good for evening chill-out.

It was a wonderful stay! I loved the music in the elevator, especially the Rwandan songs, they made it feel like home. The customer service was excellent, always delivered with a smile and utmost professionalism. Shoutout to Nicholas, you are an amazing host! My stay was amazing, great hotel the hotel safe were very helpful great staff, breakfast was delicious choice of meal and fruits all fresh , the in house amenities was fantastic, and the location was really nice for me . Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

Nice location. Nice Big Rooms. Room service is a bit delayed always. They shall have a little more options for vegetarian breakfast. One thing that’s really disturbing to see in a hotel like this, even if you are waiting for your checkin at the hotel and you ask for water, they charge for it.

The hotel was in a great location and they provided a free shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and the room service was great. We had the lamb chops, highly recommend. However, no toothbrushes were provided in the room, we also called reception asking for some and the request was not fulfilled. Despite this, we would stay again. Very convenient for our transit.

We were a family of 5, The place is extremely clean and fresh air flowing,The receptionist were so polite and made sure we had everything we needed it’s unfortunate I don’t remember her name,However we enjoyed our stay,The meal was upto perfection the stuff were so polite in general, I would definitely recommend cloud Hotel and Suites at anytime and would definitely go back there again👌🏼 Ps:It’s located in Westlands Nairobi.

I spent there only 1 night. The location is nice (a lot of greenery around) and there are a few restaurants. There are more lively locations not very far from here. They have a nice swimming pool (I didn´t have time to use it though). Big room, nice TV. All good.

I went there with my colleague for a business trip and we went there by taxi from the airport. Although the taxi driver charged us much more than we thought, I would say this hotel is a Chinese friendly hotel in Nairobi, Kenya, and the workers there are very friendly to us. A young girl (can not remember her name, sorry) helped with with Uber, and also with money exchange into small amount changes. You can order take-out there if you have the app, and the charges can be paid online or by cash, which is very conveniant. You can find the pictures of the hotel below, and these are the real pictures taken with my mobile phone.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at gigiri lion villas. The staff was very professional and very kind, their services were top tier. I especially enjoyed the fact that you get free transport to places around the villa, and you get chauffered in premium cars only...loved the maybach! The food was also a 10/10, the jaccuzi was so private and so cool... The hotel is also located near the United Nations, security is top notch👌 I will definitely be back with friends. 9/10👏
