This hotel is worth the money you pay for. From the outside, it might not look nice but when you step in the story will change. The staff are nice and supportive. The room was not the best but it was good enough for a night before our safari trip. We didn't have time to use the restaurant but the coffee shop was good for evening chill-out.

My stay was amazing, great hotel the hotel safe were very helpful great staff, breakfast was delicious choice of meal and fruits all fresh , the in house amenities was fantastic, and the location was really nice for me . Rest assured I will be visiting again. Thanks you La Maison Royal. My overall experience was above expectations due to the bad reviews. Am happy I made my own decision. I was not disappointed

I have been staying at Chester House for now over 10 years whenever I visit Nairobi for business meetings. What I enjoyed most were their breakfast. It was rich in every way. Unfortunately the effects of Covid-19 led their in-house Bar & Restaurant (B & R) to close. Now they have outsourced Breakfast to two outside restaurants. For the down stairs' restaurant, their à la carte menu is never fulfilled: there is always something not available. A second cup of tea/coffee must be paid for separately. The other restaurant is closed on Sundays. Today, you can't have a late drink in the evening. The absence of an in-house B & R has made the place no longer as cosy as it used to be. If post-Covid 19 recovery has occurred, the in-house B & R should be revived. David Kampala, Uganda

Fahari palace is a place to be for your holidays trips. The hotel is a world class standard with modern equipment, their services are super duper, the staffs are professionals who don not miss pleasure with work, they are proactive and maintain good hygiene environment always with 2 4 7 security watch. I would employ friends out there to give Fahari palace and suite a try and thanks me later also when booking, do good to look out for the following staffs 1. Christine 2. Zelpha 3. Magi 4. Visited the hotel on valentine, and the whole experience was awesome, the dinner was so yummy especially the lamb chops and the prawn soup . very professional staff, Nicholas and Cornelius made our stay comfortable. will return. swift check in and check out, thank you for accommodating our request.
