The fitness gym was quite comprehensive The regular Room was already very big, comfy bed and clean! No upgrade this time since all rooms are fully booked - service! 100% good! One of the most friendly staff and quite a number overseas staff. - The hotel provide a shuttle bus to Nara station or Kintetsu Below content for those who has time to read To start, it was the first day of the dining experience at Azekura that got me to have not one but two dining occasions at the restaurant. Chef Wang Yu Wen not only delivered a gastronomic experience throughout my teppanyaki lunch course, but he also delivered a very personal one-one dining service experience. His culinary expertise was showcased in every dish despite my dietary restriction, every flavour simply delighted my palate. Kirito did an exceptional service by recommending a great local Nara sake to pair with my lunch course., The second day of Kaiseki was equally delightful and I was extremely surprised to be greeted by the 料理長, Mr Nobukazu Yoshida who honestly provided such an “Omotenashi” experience throughout my time at Azekura. Mr Okubo Ren and Ms Miyamae also delivered great service during my lunch dining on the second day. Overall, the dining experience at Azekura was the highlight of my stay and till now, I couldn’t help but marvel due to the great service that was initiated by Mr Wang Yu Wen. Additionally, I would like to commend the impeccable service I received during the check-in process. I I was impressed at Mr Kim’s patience and service throughout the check-in experience, and I was really glad to get a warm welcoming experience from both Mr Arjun and Ms Pitcha at the lobby. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate specific requests made a significant difference, setting the tone for an enjoyable and happy stay. It is evident that the team takes pride in delivering top-notch service, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. Furthermore, the hospitality at the lounge was exemplary. Despite the huge crowd during the festive season, the lounge staff did create a comfortable and enjoyable one. デイユースで利用しました。12時間滞在で3500円、さらのデイユースプランでも朝食がつきます。個人的にアボカドと鶏肉の炒め物が美味しかったです。スムージーまで用意されていて満足できました。 　 　 　 お部屋は窓の外がビルの壁しかない部屋と、景色が広い部屋があるので、あらかじめ景色の広い部屋をリクエストしたほうがいいです。一階のカフェスペースも10時以降自由に使えてコーヒー飲み放題でした。テレワークでこの宿はオススメできます。

一見時代を感じる建物ですが、一歩足を踏み入れると丁寧にお手入れされた懐かしい空間が広がっていました。 宿泊したお部屋「淡藤」は本当に素敵なお部屋でした。 広々とした畳のお部屋で、天井も高く「祖父母の家に泊まりに来た」気分を味わえます。夜になりお庭を見たらさり気なくライトアップされていて、粋だなぁと思いました。 コロナ禍ということもあり、スタッフの方とお会いできたのは1度だけでしたが、それでもおもてなしの心をたっぷり感じ取ることができました。 またおじゃまさせていただきたいと思います。

The best hotel experience we had in the entire Japan trip. The room is very spacious (about 30-40 square meters by my estimation) and it is spotless clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I especially like the Japanese style room design where you take off your shoes at the front door and enter the elevated wooden floored room. The location is unbeatable - only 3 mins walk from the Nara train station, on a small tourist street with tons of small shops and restaurants. The room is very quite even though it is on the tourist street.

Un hôtel qui ne paie pas de mine à première vue mais qui vaut vraiment qu'on y reste quelques jours. La chambre est très propre et très calme. Le lit est bon. Le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute. le petit déjeuner est un peu frugal... Ils pourraient faire quelque chose de très bien sur la terrasse sur le toit (ça viendra peut-être). Mais surtout la situation géographique est parfaite ! A côté de la gare Kintetsu, de la rue Higashimuki où se trouve beaucoup de restaurants et du temple Kofuku-ji qui fut ma première visite dans un temple de Nara. Le parc où se trouve les autres temples n'est pas loin à pied, ou à vélo. J'ai passé un très bon moment ici.

Exceeded expections on all grounds! I am so happy with the hotel I wanted to spread the word. This hotel has great old world charm and more. I was a little worried about the condition of the hotel (more than 100 years old!) but everything was fine. I stayed at the Main Wing / basic room with park view. The bathroom was basic (business hotel like) but very clean, but the room / bedding and the view at our window was wonderful. Given the low price point, we were very happy with the room. Definitely recommend the Main Wing, and if you can, a room with higher price point. All staff, from shuttle bus / concierge / front desk / bar, are excellent. We really enjoyed the check in process - you can sit at the lounge admiring Einstein's piano while the front staff comes calling your name. Also try the tea lounge both during the day and night (turns to a bar). I would also like to extend special thanks to Korean speaking front manager Lee Su Jin who helped us in so many ways. She really made our stay comfortable. One thing to note about Nara city itself is that most venues close at 4pm and have unpredictable operating hours. You can't just walk around hoping to sit down at a cafe or restaurant. Highly recommend making reservations in advance of your trip and I'm sure Nara hotel concierge can help with this. I really enjoyed Nara Hotel and look really forward to returning.

時間限定ではありますが、温泉上がりのビールとアイスクリームのサービスは非常に嬉しかったです。朝食バイキングは8時頃行ったらタイミング悪く品切れの物もありましたが、天ぷらを目の前で揚げてくれたので、揚げたてが頂けて美味しかったです。

道の駅にもなっている文化村ですが、幹線道路沿いにある訳ではなく静かな環境にあります。しかも須川1号古墳の上に作られた、歴史と芸術文化を体験できる施設群の中に建っている特徴あるホテルです。シンプルな作りは部屋の中だけでなく、クレジットカードとペイペイだけで現金は使えない、などコンセプトは徹底していました。しかし不便なことはなく、コーヒー、お茶、インスタントみそ汁は自由に利用できて、持ち込みを部屋でもラウンジでも場所を選ばず利用できます。また部屋の防音性は高く、併設されている文化村駐車場の音もほとんど聞こえなかったので、熟睡できます。朝食ボックス付きのプランを利用しましたが、多くのおかずとヤマトの柿の葉寿司が入った2段のお弁当で十分な朝食となりました。自分で持ち込んだ朝ごはんを、共有のラウンジでセルフコーヒーを飲みながら食事している人もいて、自由で利便性が高いです。また利用したいホテルです。

東京で初めてリッチモンドホテルを利用。口コミ通りスタッフの対応が良かったので、今回の大阪での宿泊先にリッチモンドを選びました。部屋も広く、トイレ等３点独立の空間も広くてお値段以上の価値があるホテルでした。スタッフの対応も期待通りで満足できました。 強いて言えば、①部屋の掃除に関して時間の希望もテレビ画面で行えると便利でいいのになぁ…という点。東京では時間も選べたので。②駐車場までの外通路に屋根があれば雨や雪の日も荷物が運びやすいのになぁ…とも感じました。★施設的な意見には簡単に対応できないと思いますが前向きにご検討いただけたら嬉しいです。

桜井駅北口から徒歩1分、ファミリーマートが近くにあり便利でした。5階のツインルームの窓からは目の前の近鉄大阪線の線路が良く見え、様々な近鉄特急を眺めることができ、飽きませんでした。ロビーのサーバーで無償提供されるレギュラーコーヒーは美味で、何度ももらいに行きました。まだ新しい部屋はバスルームと共に清潔で、コンセントが脇にある大き目のテーブルの使い勝手が良かったです。卓上鏡とコンセントで、座ってドライヤーを使えると連れに好評でした。空の冷蔵庫と湯沸かしポットも便利で、室内金庫が無かったことのみが残念なところでした。洗い場にパーティションの付いた人工温泉の大浴場と、1Fの「和み」居酒屋で供される平日のみの日替定食も良かったです。朝食は奈良のご当地メニューを含んで選択肢が多く、満足でした。コスパが良く、機会があればまた利用したいと思います。
