The manager and staff are very kind and friendly. Everything looks brand new and perfectly clean. The room is amazing and so comfortable and quiet at night. The bed and pillows are wonderful and as comfortable as some 5* hotels I’ve stayed in. Such great value for money and a great place to stay and explore the Gold Coast from - especially the theme parks which are just a few minutes drive away. The food in the restaurant downstairs was super yummy last night and excellent value. The hotel is covid safe and called to check I wasn’t traveling from any hotspots in advance of my stay, which made us feel safe. Just perfect - we are very happy guests!

On the 14.3.23 at 1.25 pm my adult son and I visited the Hinterland Hotel for lunch as it was a busy day for us, we approached the counter and the mature aged blond was serving a patron first and we kindly waited, whilst the woman was pouring the beers she asked what did I want, I asked, ”Is this where we order lunch?” she replied, ”No, use the paddy app on the tables.” I said, ” I have a government phone that does not accept these apps.” She then replied, ”Use his!”. I nicely said ” My son has a vintage Nokia and that wont work.” The woman said abruptly, ”It works on all phones!” ”Can you please give me a paper menu,” I asked, ”NO PAPER MENU'S” was the stern reply... The other patron looked at us in disbelief. We felt discriminated against and we left as though we were won't welcome there. I have lived at Springbrook Mountain since 1977 and will never go back to this establishment ever again. P.S. Do you need an App to play the Poker machines out the back?

Only issue was car park. Site advised there was car parking on site however didn’t say it was $10 per night and needed to be booked extra.

Royal Pines was amazing! Free parking on-site, top notch customer service and there are swimming pools to relax in. We saw there was a gym, playground with a large bouncing mat for the kids and a water park next to the large hot tub. They offered is a discount for their buffet breakfast (discounted from $29 to $30pp). We stayed in the spa suite and our room had the most amazing views - this is a photo from the bathroom window. Maybe the windows need a bit of cleaning but apart from that we would not change a thing! Love how all the important information is explained clearly on the TV in the room. The room was massive with a safe, closet for hanging clothes, bar fridge, kettle, tea & coffee, couch, desk and an extra seating area near the foot of the bed. Our spa was very nice and blew some strong bubbles - remember to bring your shower gel/bubble bath. We have previously tried their restaurants, Videre (high tea) gives you a fabulous view of the landscape! The Japanese restaurant provides impeccable customer service and delicious carefully made dishes - loved everything we ordered.

So, we booked 18 nights in this 3.5 star resort and the from the photos it looked very reasonable for the price. However, this has been the worst place we have ever stayed in. 1. Room was not serviced for our entire stay, even though the resort policy is longer stays are serviced every 7th day. We have been responsible for laundering the sheets and towels ans buying our own toilet paper. 2. The room wasn't clean to start with, dust on most surfaces including the ceiling and curtains 3. Room in serious state of disrepair and looks like it hasn't seen a paint brush since it was built. 4. We booked a garden view room. Not much of a garden to view and only meters from the drive and carpark. The main contents of the garden are cigarette butts from the filthy pig living in the room above 5. We tried sitting on the patio for breakfast, however this was interrupted by ash and cigarette butts raining down from above. 6. The room has no personality, prison cells we've seen in movies look more appealing. 7. Mattress on the bed is stuffed and should have been replaced years ago. I definitely will never recommend this place as it seems the owners are more interested in collecting the money than making sure what they're offering is worth it

Room was spacious, clean and seems new. Love the carpark which links straight to lobby. They were very nice and gave us a sweet message and treat as my husband and I were on our honeymoon trip. Downside was on the security deposit. They charge it to my card and refunded only after a few days. If it is a hold amount, there should not be any charges. If they charged the amount, the refund should be immediate on the same day. We booked assessable room which was for the handicap. The doors are automated etc. The reception said they were unable to reach me by phone call and they couldn't email me because I booked via third party vendor. It would have been better if they can contact via email which they chose not to. This is something which they could have improved and definitely will improve our stay experience. Other than this, everything else was great! Note: When we drove to Mantra, right in front of the hotel was a cemetery. Just in case anyone superstitious, this info may be helpful.

Lokasi sangat baik. Sarapan paginya enak, dan kemudahannya bersih. Ia jauh lebih baik daripada harga daripada baik untuk harga! Saya tidak tahu ia adalah daftar masuk malam, tetapi apabila saya menyemak pada waktu pagi, ia adalah pemandangan laut... Bilik yang sangat bagus, harga hebat, harga hebat!!

An amazing hotel with great staff and is located in a prime location at surfers paradise. Check in is very smooth. Had a wonderful view of the beach. The only downside would be if you’re not a member of their rewards program there’ll be a cost for wifi which is about $15. But apart from that a great place to stay and relax in Gold Coast.

Loved this hotel Got an upgraded room which had amazing views from the 53 floor Kitchen is well equipped, pools are lovely and location is close to glink so you can leave the car in the parka Fe We also used lime bikes to cruise over to main beach and beyond

Remember to book the Ocean suite, worth the extra penny. However, when it's raining and the wind is strong in the night, the banging of the balcony door will keep you awake all night. Consolation is the Coast Beach Bar and Kitchen on the 1st floor where the food and services are superb
