Hotel berhampiran Central Park, New York

We get there at 10:00am - We knew we couldnt check in but asked anyway. Lady on Thurs 9/28 told me we couldnt yet and gave us bag tags to hold our bags for us. Very nice and pleasant. We then return to the hotel at 9pm to finally check in. We had a great day seeing the city. We are then told that the room I booked was over sold and they can not provide me with a King that I purchased but a double. This was the manager - She discounted the bill and $54 and told me they would make sure we were accommodated tomorrow. The room we were put it was the size of a walk in closet with a bed with a window unit that water dropped on all night making a loud noise with every drop. It also had a broken shelf above the sink so you literally had no where to put anything. It was horrible and honestly a $54 discount was not nearly enough. Friday at 9am we come down turn in the room keys and explain to yet a third person....she understands and says I see notes here and we have a king room for you. I asked if we could go ahead and get the room number but she said no not yet we have to wait for the people to check out. We check our bags with tags and leave them at the desk again. We then spend another wonderful day exploring the city. We return around 9pm again and another person is working and has absolutely no idea of anything that was supposed to be done for us. I asked for any other room then the one we were in first and they had a queen room available. I took it after being so tired. The lady gave me the managers email and said he would speak to her for us. I will be reaching out but now that we checked out sat morning I dont believe we will be compensated for this terrible lack of communication. We never even got to unpack our bags.

The check in process was very quick and felt very rushed. There was no tour of the building so I was left to find things on my own. Thats my only complaint, other than that it was accurately descirbed.

Terdapat hanya tiga bilik pancuran mandian di bilik pancuran mandian, dan kepala pancuran mandian yang pecah tidak dibaiki walaupun selepas beberapa hari, jadi ia tidak mencukupi untuk menggunakannya. Orang yang menggunakan pancuran mandian sering mengunci pintu dari dalam, jadi saya terpaksa berulang-alik antara bilik dan bilik mandi untuk memeriksa sama ada pintu terbuka. Pada suatu hari, saya tidak mempunyai pilihan selain menggunakan bilik mandi di tingkat 9, dan saya terkejut melihat banyak acuan di bilik mandi di bahagian bawah semua langsir pancuran mandian. Berbanding dengan asrama yang saya gunakan di kawasan lain seperti Washington atau Boston, aspek kebersihan benar-benar mengecewakan. Namun begitu, ia berbaloi untuk tinggal jika anda inginkan tempat yang agak murah dengan pengangkutan yang mudah dalam kos sara hidup yang tinggi di New York.

직원이 엄청 친절하다 낮에는 직원이 없고 밤에 한명 있다 없을때는 카운터에 있는 태블릿으로 영상통화할수있다 일찍 체크인은 불가능 하지만 짐을 맡기는건 가능하다 근데 3일동안 지냈는데 청소를 한번도 안해줬다..

The location was excellent. We were near the Times Square, Rockefeller Center, supermarket, food trucks, one-dollar pizza place, restaurants, bakeries, and few blocks from Central Park. There were also nearby subway stations so commute was no problem. We had 2 free bottled water on arrival and if you need more, it costs $3 each. How I wish they would refill the coffee and tea pods though when used though. I liked how they have 24hr open shop in the lobby where you can checkout the items yourself but most didn’t have prices or couldn’t be looked on the computer we didn’t bother. The room was clean but the cabinet needs fixing. We had one with broken cabinet door. Small appliances include coffee pod machine, microwave, and hair dryer. View was good, we were on the 30th floor and I enjoyed looking outside the window. What I liked best was the breakfast. Overall, I’m still happy to stay here on my next NY trip 😊

Staying at the Paraount New York on Broadway offered a delightful experience. The hotel's prime location provided easy access to Broadway shows and Times Square. This hotel was a pleasant surprise for such a nice hotel, with outstanding customer service at an extremely affordable price.

房間位置靠近地鐵及巴士站，整體乾淨，服務態度好，唯一不便的地方是附近並沒有任何的超市或者便利店，建議在曼克頓購物完後再回來。

The location is awesome, as Long Island City is just one subway stop away from Manhattan. The neighbourhood itself is interesting, because one can sense the real America just in this one tiny area: jobless African Americans mixed with hard-working Spanish immigrants and invisible middle class professionals hiding in newly constructed office towers and condominiums. The hotel, however, needs better design to make the clients feel more at ease. One example, the breakfast area has no window and looks worse than a struggling diner. Perhaps it’s designed in such a way so that secure middle class and upper middle class folks won’t choose this brand…
