"The best thing is that they provide towel for just some refundable deposit and no actual cost. Never seen such effectively free towel service in any hostels anywhere. Robinsons Fuente mall is the main landmark to locate this hostel. The staff is courteous, smiling and professional. They have a kitchen downstairs where you can cook your food and/or use the utensils microwave etc. The actual dorm room looks kinda compact with 6 bunk beds, but it was ok. The staff should remind the lower bed guests to keep their bags shoes & stuff properly, they were scattered all over the floor. There is only one toilet & one shower in dorm room. However, the staff told me that we can use the toilet & shower situated downstairs in the kitchen. They have lockers outside the dorm room which you can use with your lock. There is also a mini library outside the dorm. A nice open bar at their entrance. The only problem is there are many roosters in the compound which keep crowing day & night nonstop. Never seen such nonstop crowing roosters in my life!"

"The hotel is very new, so obviously the facilities, beddings, etc. are all new. There are ongoing construction works here and there, but the staff are hands-on to make sure these don't interfere with guests. There is nothing special with the location, but it's on a hill so there's no risk of flooding. The staff are also very accommodating."

"We booked this hotel just for one night because we were gonna fly next day, this hotel is 10-15 mins grab away from the airport, and it provides such good value for money, so we decided on booking here. The location is excellent, got lots of food and coffee places downstairs, a couple of huge supermarkets right at the door step, a 711 in 1 mins walk. One thing I’d like to share, I lost something on the grab taken to the hotel, in the evening I realised I lost it, I went to the reception, and they were trying hard to help me and took me to the nearby police for further assistance. Eventuall, I got my lat item back right before my flight, so I am thankful to the staff here."

"I had a wonderful stay at ABC Hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for solo travelers. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well maintained. My room was comfortable, had a lovely balcony, and the Smart TV with Netflix made it the perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring Cebu. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made me feel safe and at home. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and visit different attractions. Everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only small downside was that there wasn’t an iron available in the room, so I had a bit of a struggle with my clothes on my first day. It wasn’t a major issue, but having an iron available would make the experience even better. Overall, I had an amazing stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again the next time I’m in Cebu. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic experience!"

"The hotel is on their soft opening yet they did not come short of their services. Our room was kept clean always. Towels and toiletries were changed and refilled daily. Staff were very polite. There is a provided parking space but I wish it was roofed. I would prefer as well that the toilet has a bidet and the shower water pressure a little bit stronger. But it was a great stay over all! "It was a Saturday morning when our area were scheduled for a rotational brownout. We missed the social media announcement. But, to save the day to be worthwhile, we booked in this hostel. The Front Desk was so accommodating and even gave us complimentary early check in to ease ourselves from stress. The guards at the Front was so nice, too. The location is just at the Corner Entry to Cebu Business Park coming from Hipodromo. It is very convenient and accessible. The room was decent. The AC works well. The TV was WiFi-ready. The bed was comfortable. However, the shower was broken. The water spill on the valve between the main faucet and the overhead shower. The elevation of the guest room floor and the shower floor was too thin that makes the water from the shower to spill going to the room. The window was dirty with watermarks and dust-turned-cement residues. The towel hook was also out-of-place as a hanged towel will get when you turn on the shower. I think the planning was not carefully thought of. I do not know. The plus were the refrigerator and the microwave oven. It was a good try but might not come back."

"I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel's check-in time was supposed to be 2:00 PM, but when we arrived, our room was still not ready. We ended up waiting for almost an hour, which was frustrating after traveling and expecting to settle in on time. The room itself was also quite small, making it feel cramped and less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel improves its room preparation process so guests can check in at the promised time. Better time management and more accurate room readiness would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"An Unforgettable Stay - Excellent Hotel & Exceptional Tours! I recently stayed at Palette Cebu The Almonds Boutique Aparthotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The building is brand new, modern, and perfectly located next to a shopping mall and jeepney stops. It offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere while remaining just a stone's throw away from the bustling Cebu city center.The rooms are equipped with incredibly comfortable beds and highly efficient air conditioning, ensuring a great night's sleep. The swimming pool is also a fantastic bonus to unwind after a day of exploring.The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They can seamlessly arrange airport transfers and customized day trips. I highly recommend booking their tour to Moalboal to swim with turtles. My guide, Kim, made it an unforgettable day that will stay in my memory for a long time. Beyond the beautiful sights and delicious local food, Kim shared deep insights into Philippine history, the economic situation, and the realities of daily life in the country.To top it all off, the owner runs the ”Children of Asia” foundation. She is an incredibly helpful, good-hearted person with high moral standards. All of these qualities ensure the entire hotel operations run flawlessly. I recommend this place 100%!"
