Ulasan Hotel New Century

The staff were lovely and the location was good but the Hotel is very run down. The smell of mothballs and damp were not exactly giving holiday vibes. I’d say it not worth the price.

This hotel sits up on a heel, where the view offers a scenic panorama of nature, houses, and the ocean. Within the hotel is a restaurant called Burger Bear. This is a convenient option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Overall, the room fit my needs for an overnight stay.

Very good service but the stay or use of the service does not clearly inform what should or should not be done. I do not understand either.

Near the Okinawa Zoo, but more expensive, this hotel seem so old

Located near eateries, mall and restaurants and value for money stay. The rooms were large and the staff spoke good English. The laundry and dryer were commercial size so fast and good. Allocated a room next to the smoking area so could smell the smoke even though we were in a non-smoking room. Appreciated the guest parking. The traditional breakfast was okay except for some overnight(?) rice that cause me to choke. Overall, met my expectations.

Quiet hotel

Great location

There were a bunch of small bugs, so I picked them up with tissue. The wallpaper looked like it was peeling, but it can't be helped since it's an old building. My futon and pillow were so hot I couldn't sleep unless I turned down the air conditioning. I was told I had a windowless room. I called to confirm and changed my reservation to one with a window, but the front desk didn't understand. I told the lady at the front desk that I'd called and confirmed, and they finally changed it for me. It was exhausting dealing with them. The parking lot 🅿️ was free, which was great, but it was scorching hot. I wish they'd told me if there was a tower. It was hellishly hot when I got in, and it was hard to even close the trunk. It took quite a while for the air conditioning to kick in.

The pictures were different from the actual room. I originally booked a room with a window, but it was changed to a room without one. Luckily, TripAdvisor paid for it. But it was a waste of time and effort in communication and the cost of changing hotels. The room was very musty, and the sheets and bedding looked worn. Don't even think about the price. I checked out and booked another room of similar price, and it wasn't nearly as bad.
