Rooms are not clean and there is no parking space and reception persons didn’t cooperate properly, waste of money

Pathetic room. Room was soo unclean. We had to ask reception to change bedsheet for us. Geyser not working

I had found this property on mmt. The hotel is value for money. Rooms are cleaned and instead of numbering the room they have names on famous gems like ruby and sapphire. The location is very near to the boat house and toy train station in the middle of the market. The room was clean with all amenities as mentioned. We chose for a short stay of 6-8hrs just to keep our luggage and visit the places hands free.

No hot water for drinking, the blanket smell dirty, and also only one bottle normal water for drinking, if you want to more water you should pay for this. Bathing water also not enough hot for bath.

Property is very near to railway station and bus stop. No food will be given and no welcome drink. Room is very clean but no hangers inside the room. Overall service is good.

The hotel landmark is of lodge kind of thing, not having parking space, no cleanness, no facility, worst management. Kindly do not refer anyone to have bookings into this hotel
