Centrally located near Shin-Osaka Station make travelling by metro lines and rail lines absolutely convenient. The room cleanliness and right amount of space just make resting so much better after a tiring day touring the city. Love the smart toilet.

Hotel looks new but the room was kind of falling apart. Peeling wallpaper, stain or two on the top blanket, little door under the sink in the unit bath falling apart. Room was small but that was as expected. What I wasn't expecting was how dusty is would be but I guess that comes with being near a major road and express way. Service was average, no complaints. I must mention that it was very easy to hear the room across the hallway from us but they were being particularly loud, not really the hotels fault.

We stayed one night in mystays Osaka. 5-7 minutes walk from the station. The hotel is super clean, check in and check out process was very easy and the staff were very friendly. We would stay again if we visit Nagoya agaim.

Fine for a quick 1 night stay before getting the Shinkansen at Shin Osaka station, but I wouldn’t recommend for staying more than that. Reception was a total facade for how nice the hotel was. Room was okay, but dusty and there was hair in the bathroom that definitely wasn’t ours. A cheap stopover night, but that is all it should be used for.

Great location, close to the jr rail lines Clean and friendly staff Would have been nice to get a refund on a night we messed during the booking process, but that didn’t happen, didn’t let it ruin our fun time

Worst hotel I ever stayed. The reception and service at front desk is up to standard. The hotel interior is rather dated and the facilities inside was in terrible conditions. When I checked in my room the washing basin was falling apart and we were arranged to move to another room. The second room was full of smoking smell despite we were told it is a non smoking room. Turning on the ventilation made the smell even stronger. From the moment we settled in the second room, we began to feel itchy on our legs. In the next morning my wife neck was covered with insect bites. After staying for two nights, we decided to moved to another hotel despite we have booked this hotel for four nights. I can only suggest other to avoid booking this hotel at all cost. I'm also very disappointed such a hotel is on the hotel list of trip.com and I certainly will have second thought in booking hotel via trip.com in future.

2 beds room is unexpected small. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful to keep luggage after check-out.
