The room we stayed smelled like cigarettes or curry. But the front staffs & location of the hotel was perfect. We will recommend to our friends & surely will stay again in the same hotel, when we come back but hopefully, not the same room!

The hotel provided pick up from the airport but we did not use this as we came from Nagoya. Getting to the hotel is not difficult as you will be able to see the hotel once you reached Shin-Imamiya station. Just that if you have luggages, use the East exit as there is an elevator. THe hotel provides a number of activities including walking tours as well as the PikaPika event in the evenings where they served free sushi and beers. It is quite a nice experience sitting outside and experiencing the cool air while having your sushi and beer. They also provided free shuttle to Universal Studio Japan but as we did not make our reservations earlier, we did not managed to use this service. Size of the room is not as big as we wished for but it is comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to Shinsekai where you can find lots of eateries. There are also many convenient stores around the area. Service staff is helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right next to the Namba Parks Shopping mall. For those who opted to use the Nankai Rapid Train can reach the hotel within an hour from the KIX station, if the queue for buying the train tickets is not too long. From train station, it was simply a 5 to 10min max if with big luggage. Around 10 walk to the nearest Namba Metro Station, or 15 min if you choose to use the Hanshin train line for Kobe or Kintetsu line for Nara as the two train lines shared a common station. The room is spacious for Japanese standards but could be bigger in reality for two people to open both luggages at the same time. It’s good that they have designed the toilet area into three separate spaces, so each space can be utilise by a person at a time without crossing the other’s path. Overall, well recommended for everyone who wants to stay in Namba area, and the staff checking in and out for us was the same person with a super nice and welcoming attitude. Such a good memory to remember.

Superb location, and located just above the Nankai Namba station, accessible to most rail lines from the underground. Rooms were considered big for a Japan hotel and service were excellent. Staff were highly professional, friendly and reliable. However, to note that if you wish to use the spa facilities (hot bath and sauna), you will need to get at least a Swiss Select room or higher (executive, suite etc). Otherwise, will need to pay 2200 yen per pax/day for use of the spa facilities. (Suggest for hotel to consider to put the information on their website). For breakfast, we were given an option to buy the breakfast at 20% discount, but will need to book 1 day in advance from hotel lobby. Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The room is spacious and very clean. The bathroom has dryer and heater which is very helpfull to dry towels and make the room warmer before bath. Mini kitchen is also very usefull for cooking. They also have laundry fascility. A great plus for people who bring kids like us! Alot bigger than what i expect! 5 minute walking distance to good breakfast places and minimart. Will come back for sure!

I'm so excited to visit Osaka again, it's been a while since 2020, I stayed at Popway Residence where I stayed before Covid-19. Since I was arriving late, I took the airport express to Tennoji station and walk to the hotel. There is a family mart nearby, which is very convenient for travelers like me who want to have something to eat at night. The condition of the hotel is still great and they still have multilingual staff at the hotel!!!! So happy I can communicate with the staff easily even I speak Mandarin or Cantonese. BTW, the spacious room is one of the main reasons I stay here again!

convenient location as tennoji station is only a few minutes walk away. we purchased the JR KANSAI PASS which allowed us to take the haruka line to kyoto station so it made it convenient for us to travel in kyoto. this hotel is clean and they provide most of your necessities such as toothbrush. there’s also a cute dog called oreo 😍 besides, the tennoji zoo is only a 3-minute walk away 😊
