We stayed for one night at the Garden Panorama Suite with Soaking Tub at Dali Yunying Chunxiao Shuiyuan Scenic Hotel. This is a small boutique hotel, and while there are some things worth improving, the views and overall atmosphere were truly memorable. The first thing that struck us when we arrived was the view of Erhai Lake. It was absolutely exquisite and looked almost exactly like the photos online. Every corner of the hotel was incredibly photogenic, and the whole place had a very calm, peaceful and almost surreal atmosphere. The hotel itself is quite small, with a compact lobby that also serves as the breakfast area, but the incredible lake view more than made up for the limited space. The hotel is located along a cobbled street with no direct car access. The hotel contacted us beforehand to ask about our arrival time, which was appreciated, and their staff met us to collect our luggage and transported it to the hotel by motorbike. However, we initially thought someone would escort or pick us up, but instead we were given a location to follow on foot. The route was a little confusing and we got slightly lost, particularly because the final stretch goes through a very quiet back street that doesn’t really look like it leads to a hotel. It was also raining when we arrived and when we left, so we really appreciated that the hotel lent us umbrellas. The location itself is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, one important point for future guests is that the streets leading back to the hotel are completely dark at night, with no street lights at all. We found this quite scary and felt it could be unsafe, especially for families with young children or anyone returning after dark. Our room had a beautiful view of Erhai Lake, but unfortunately the upkeep and cleanliness did not quite match what we expected for the price. There were quite a few dead fish and pieces of rubbish visible around the water when looking over the ledge, both from our room and from the lobby area. The balcony also had a hammock, but it did not look particularly safe to use, and there were plants growing out from the lake and into the hammock area. The room itself was also relatively small for the price, and the cleanliness could have been better. That said, there were some really lovely inclusions with our room, including afternoon tea, a photoshoot, goodnight dessert and breakfast. Breakfast was not buffet-style, but we were given a choice of mains along with some sides and a drink. The portions were on the smaller side, but everything we had was good. The photoshoot was a particularly nice touch and something we really appreciated. Three photos were included with our stay, and we actually enjoyed the experience enough to purchase additional photos beyond the included three. It was a lovely way to capture our time in Dali. We were also celebrating our child’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel went above and beyond by preparing a very cute birthday cake for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture and genuinely made the stay more special❤️ Overall, this hotel has an incredibly beautiful setting and a very unique atmosphere. The views are genuinely stunning and the photography opportunities are fantastic. The thoughtful extras, especially the photoshoot and birthday cake, were also highlights of our stay. However, for the price, we felt the room upkeep, cleanliness and accessibility could be improved, and the completely unlit walk back to the hotel at night is something future guests should be aware of. If the hotel were to improve the maintenance and cleanliness while addressing the nighttime access issue, it could be an exceptional boutique stay because the location and views are truly special.

I had an absolutely incredible stay here, it was easily the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and genuine welcome from the host and his family, making us feel right at home immediately. Our bedroom was impressively spacious and kept perfectly clean throughout our visit. The highlight, however, was the spectacular view; waking up to a panoramic vista of both the city and the lake was truly unforgettable. What really set this place apart was the exceptional hospitality. The host took care of us from the beginning until the very end of our stay, going above and beyond by even personally taking us to the bus stop when it was time to leave. This is a truly unique place that feels like stepping into a serene tea house. The atmosphere is peaceful, with a beautiful garden that adds to the charm. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, and the corridor is exquisitely decorated with small plants, wood, and rocks, creating a natural and calming vibe. The property is situated among preserved buildings that share the same traditional architectural design, making you feel as though you’ve traveled back in time to the olden days. It’s a perfect blend of history and comfort. Mr. Wang, the gentleman who manages the place, is incredibly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to provide excellent advice on where to visit in Dali, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a hidden gem that offers a unique experience, combining traditional aesthetics with warm hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay in Dali!

Tiada harga hotel 5 bintang, tetapi anda masih boleh menikmati perkhidmatan hotel 5 bintang. Saya sangat mengesyorkan semua orang untuk menempah bilik Saya di sini untuk pergi ke Dali dan saya pastinya tidak meminta bantuan. Sila berasa bebas untuk mendaftar masuk. Saya memutuskan untuk tinggal di sini di Ideal Tie dengan segera apabila saya keluar untuk berseronok Pemandangan di taman itu menyenangkan dan sesuai untuk mengambil gambar. Persekitaran hotel sangat bagus Pemandangan di dalam taman ini sangat bersih dan kemas Biliknya luas dan selesa taman 24 jam sehari Pembantu rumah membalas mesej tepat pada masanya dan sentiasa responsif terhadap permintaan saya terutamanya penjaga rumah Su Su memberi perhatian kepada saya. Sarapan adalah sangat lazat. Ia hanya dimasak di restoran dan dihantar ke bilik. Ia adalah perjalanan yang sangat gembira.

The highlight of this hotel is the breathtaking view from the room. The hotel ambience feels homey and comfortable. I rarely write reviews for my trips, but this hotel truly won my heart with its welcoming service and friendly receptionists. What surprised me the most was the hotel driver, Mr. Mars, who offered to take us to Dali Railway Station free of charge. As we needed to catch our train, he did his very best to get us there as quickly as possible. What an amazing and unforgettable service! Thank you, Mr. Mars..you truly made our day with your warm and thoughtful service.

從雞足山回大理，臨時選擇入住到金梭島。來大理很多次了，第一次登島，這次酒店確是最滿意的一次。房間海景無敵，躺在床上就能看海看朝霞，設施非常智能，衞生也很乾凈。性價比超高！ 海景餐廳的早餐也是小驚喜。

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The room service was prompt, efficient, and attentive, with the staff always happy to help. One feature we particularly appreciated was the pillow menu, which offered different types of pillows to suit individual sleeping preferences and made our stay even more comfortable. The fitness centre was also well equipped, with a good variety of machines and equipment, making it easy to keep up with our workout routine while travelling. Overall, this is a comfortable and well-managed hotel with excellent service and facilities. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Dali.

Truly beyond my expectations This hotel genuinely exceeded every expectation I had. The service was not just good the staff went above and beyond in ways that I honestly did not expect, even from a five-star hotel. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive and meticulous. You can really feel that they care about the little details and the overall guest experience. One thing that really amazed me was the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The shower area was spotless every single time we returned to the hotel. Even when there were water marks and spots on the shower taps and head before we left the room, we would come back to find everything sparkling clean again. It was such a small detail, but it showed just how much effort the housekeeping team puts into maintaining the room. Honestly, this is the kind of attention to detail that you don’t even always expect from a five-star hotel. What impressed me even more was how thoughtfully they considered the needs of travellers. Knowing that guests would likely spend the entire day walking and exploring Dali, the hotel thoughtfully prepared soaking basins for guests to soak their legs after a long day. After hours of walking, coming back to the hotel and having this little comfort prepared for us was such a lovely touch. It showed that they weren’t simply providing a room, they were thinking about the entire experience of their guests. The food and drinks were another pleasant surprise. Breakfast had a wonderful variety, including their homemade yoghurt and soy milk, which were both delicious. During lunchtime, they also provided coffee and tea such a thoughtful touch when you’re out exploring for the day. And dinner was another highlight. Their homemade rose vinegar and wine were such unexpected and memorable touches. Everything felt carefully prepared and had a sense of warmth and authenticity that you don’t often find in hotels. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail throughout the entire stay. From the spotless room, thoughtful amenities and food, to the genuinely warm service, you could tell that the team truly cares about their guests. After travelling and staying in different hotels, I can honestly say this stay left a very strong impression on me. The combination of exceptional service, meticulous cleanliness, thoughtful details, wonderful food and genuinely friendly staff made this hotel stand out far beyond what I expected. If I ever return to Dali, I wouldn’t even need to think twice about where to stay. This would be my first choice, without hesitation. You truly went above and beyond. ❤️ 一次真正超出期待的入住体验 这次在大理入住这家酒店，真的让我非常惊喜。 酒店的服务完全超出了我的预期。每一位工作人员都非常亲切、热情，而且特别细心。最让我感动的是，他们对客人的照顾不是停留在“做好本职工作”，而是真的会去观察和理解客人的需求，把很多细节都提前想到了。 首先必须夸一下酒店的卫生和客房细节。 房间每天都保持得非常干净，尤其是浴室，真的让我印象深刻。前一天离开房间的时候，淋浴头和水龙头上明明还有一些水渍和水印，但我们每次回到酒店，看到的都是已经擦拭得闪闪发亮的淋浴头和水龙头，干净到几乎看不到一点痕迹。 这种程度的细致，说实话，甚至不是每一家五星级酒店都能做到。 另外一个让我觉得特别贴心的地方，是酒店真的有站在旅客的角度去想。 大理旅行每天走路的时间非常长，走一整天下来腿真的会很累。酒店竟然还提前准备了泡脚盆，让客人晚上回来可以泡泡腿、放松一下。这个细节真的让我觉得很暖心。因为这已经不只是“提供一个房间”了，而是在认真考虑客人整个旅程中的体验。 早餐也非常丰富，选择很多，而且还有酒店自制的酸奶和豆浆，都很好喝。中午还有咖啡和茶可以享用，让人觉得非常舒服、贴心。 晚餐同样让我有惊喜，酒店还有自制的玫瑰醋自制葡萄酒。这些小小的细节其实非常难得，也让整个入住体验多了一份温度和自己的特色。 整趟入住下来，我最深的感受就是：这家酒店真的很用心。 从房间的卫生、工作人员的态度，到餐饮、泡脚盆这些看似不起眼的小细节，每一样都能感受到他们是在认真对待客人，而不是单纯把服务流程做完而已。 这次入住让我觉得，酒店真正厉害的地方并不只是硬件，而是愿意站在客人的角度，把很多客人甚至没有开口说出来的需求都提前想到了。 如果以后还有机会再来大理，我完全不会需要考虑住哪一家酒店。 这里一定会是我的第一选择。 非常感谢酒店的每一位工作人员，让我们这次的大理之旅多了一份舒适、放松和温暖。这样的服务，真的值得五星好评！❤️
